Relationship Advice | Create the Love You Crave

Partners often crave a specific sexual experience from a past lover but can't name it. The hosts argue those qualities are teachable behaviors and communication patterns, not fixed traits. By learning to articulate clear requests and practice these moves with a trusted partner, couples can recreate that excitement in their committed relationship.

Each of those two people in that coupleship had a lover in the past that hit their target, and they were a terrible person for a relationship, but it was like an amazing sexual experience for them. And now they're sort of like Justin said, sitting there like a spectator, kind of wishing their partner would be more like that one flavor they got to experience.
That person didn't really know why that lover was so exciting.
They couldn't really define what it was about about that experience that was so opening for them. So they don't even know what to ask for. And then they think, well, I don't think my partner could really do it anyway. So for example, maybe it was a woman who was with a guy who was all balls, no heart, really brought the killer energy, really brought telling her what to do, like get on all fours, do this now. And she loved it, but she didn't want to marry that guy because he was an absolute jerk. Every other time but that one lovemaking moment. And now she married someone who's actually a beautiful partner for her, but she just can't even imagine how she could ask him to do that kind of energy that was present in that lover.
And the purpose of tonight's call is to demystify this whole thing for you, because you can kind of find out some of the little details that went into some of the things that were so exciting And then you realize these are yogic moves. These aren't personality traits, and these aren't unicorns in a forest. These are yogic moves.
And if you learn how to make a strong request with your partner and really hang in there with them on learning it, those experiences become possible with the person that you love, with the person that you trust, with the person who's safe 99% of the rest of the time. Becomes a little unsafe if that's what you love, right? So that's what we're working on tonight, is breaking some of this apart so that you don't have to feel bad about missing that one experience that you had. You can learn how to make it happen in the true love that you have now.
