In this meditative talk, the speaker urges listeners to recognize that they are dying in each moment, using that awareness of mortality as a catalyst for deeper presence and love. He introduces the "Alpha practice," which involves fully feeling the suffering heart, embracing fragility, and allowing conscious love to arise from those wounds. This love becomes the source of confidence, trust, and faith, both for oneself and for others. By abiding in this meditation, ordinary activities (e.g., brushing teeth) become profound, and purpose, love, and freedom are realized as internal rather than external pursuits. The speaker frames this as a path to become a masterful lover and a giver of love to children and partners, ultimately achieving liberation while still living. The talk blends spiritual instruction with personal commitment to embodying these principles.

You're not not dying right now. You're dying right now. Every one of you. Me too. We are here dying together now, dissolving into infinity now together. When we feel that moment to moment to moment to moment, everything is more vibrant. Everything is more precious. Everything is so temporary. Change will come, right? The song that I played earlier: it's just a broken heart, son, this pain will pass away. And you feel that heart, that suffering heart, but you rest as something more profound than that. And that is the apex of Alpha practice. It's not some dude who can't feel his suffering heart. It's you feel your heart and the weight of it. You feel your humanity, your mortality. You feel the fragileness of you in this moment in your life and everyone in it. And through the wounds, there you love through those wounds. It's your conscious love that pervades and gives everyone confidence and trust and faith in what's happening here. We all just wake up and realize, holy shit, we were just born and we're all dying. Can someone save me? Just hold me and tell me it's going to be okay. And you become the one, the giver of that. As you feel your own heart crying for someone to say that. But you become the giver of love. You become the bringer of consciousness. And if you just abide in that meditation, everything in your life transforms. The moments you're brushing your teeth are profound, and you don't have to do it anywhere near perfectly to feel the profundity of that. And that's what we're here doing. Bless us all that we may become completely liberated in this life. Bless us all. But if we understand just this, and where that's the way we live our life, can you see how purpose, love, and freedom are now suddenly found on the tip of your nose and nowhere out there? Does that make sense what I'm saying? You suddenly experience absolutely that your purpose is not out there in the bigger check. Or the bigger house, or the future moment. That love is not out there in the great parent in the sky, or from mom and dad, or from your lover. That you are the source of those things. That you are the very bringer of those things. This is how you become a masterful lover. Obviously there's so much more to it. But the reason I teach it is to teach you how to bring this gift as a gift of love and relationship to your children and to your lover. That's the man that I'm committed to being. And if I die now like that, I die completely. Does this body-mind still have things to do? Of course. I have things to do, of course. But I die complete, unquestionably. There's no doubt. And you can find it there.
