What's this one look like? Does this one look better?
That's huge.
It's huge.
I like huge. Huge sounds good.
Okay, what's up guys? Justin Page here, back with another one. It's Sunday. Today we are going to be having an arm day here. I have the lovely Miss Cassandra behind the camera here. I'm teaching her how to use the camera, get the good angles, get the spot. She has no idea what she's doing, so bear with all of us as we're trying to transition again into filmmaking here. I'm gonna get the pre-workout gains going on here. I'm gonna start with some Bum pre-workout, 2 scoops of this bad boy. It's gonna get you right. Since we're doing arms, nobody likes arms better than juicy pumped arms. So add some Pump 2 in there in the mix and then creatine in there because why not? It's creatine. So we're gonna get that going here. Should I take this now or should I take it later?
Take it later.
We're gonna take it later. We gotta drive to the gym. I don't wanna be amped up on the way to the gym. So we're gonna wait. Just got to EOS Gym over in Land O'Lakes, Florida. We're gonna go hit an arm workout. Like I was saying, it is brutal out here. I'm wearing all black for some reason. Let's go get this workout in. So I'm starting off with some preacher curls here, just a warm-up. Most people do tries before buys, but I buy things out, try it, then return it. Nice and easy, pulling at the top. Hey, all right, hands open.
Oh, oh, oh, shit.
Cable curls with the EZ bar, nice concentrated, keeping good form here, not trying to lean back as you go. People who try to compensate adding more weight tend to lean back, and we're doing bicep biceps. We're not doing full body workout. Good squeeze at the top.
Go!
So I'm going to do some spider curls here. Reason why I'm doing this, it's to help take the momentum off. So I'm using solely my arms to curl here. I'm going to do 3 sets wide grip, and then I'm going to do probably 2 sets or 3 sets depending on what I have left in me. Close grip here so I get both angles working the biceps here.
Speed dropping. Come on. Gosh, I think I drooled.
Definitely.
Remember to move around.
Don't get so fixated on the spot.
Oh my gosh.
I like to hold the weight from up here. All that weight when I pull up here, uh, sits all on the forearm. So hopefully I'll get bigger forearms doing the hammers. But try it that way. It hurts. It's definitely humbling too, because I can't go as heavy and it does get tiring quick.
What are you doing? My 10-minute break.
Yeah, I believe that too. Big stretch, deep stretch, and bring the weight up. You're doing half reps. Finish up with some triceps now. Nice slow movement here. Good squeeze. Taking my time. I'm not just repping it out. Just bang, bang, bang, bang. Like, we're working out the muscle. So specifically stretch the muscle, contract the muscle. I think that's what I want to say.
I don't know what I want to say.
Okay, think about 3 sets of that and a bunch of variations of other things, and maybe make out of here. I've already been here for an hour. It's literally been an hour being here now, so Doing some overhead, trying to get a good split with the rope for the outer tricep. Man, this stuff burns. Gym's the only place we pay to beat ourselves up. Okay, more tricep stuff. All right, we're doing some overhead tricep. Uh, if you don't have this machine— love this machine— but if you don't have it in your gym, you can do a dumbbell extension over your head. We're going to do elbows flared out.
This is too light.
Okay, I think my right arm is shorter than my left arm because I always feel the contraction better in this tricep than this one. I always feel like the weight's kind of crooked. I don't know, maybe I'll get like arm lengthening surgery on one of my arms here. Like, even like holding my arms out here, I feel this one's longer, but then I just said the opposite.
This one should be—
I don't know, but maybe like a 90. Okay, okay.
Oh, that's too light. One more.
This feels pretty good.
Look at this, babe.
Oh, that feels good. I don't know about this feet thing though. I feel like it's in the way.
Oh, oh, shit.
All right, I'm going to superset with some diamond push-ups here, maybe. Oh, shit, my leg— my legs are still sore. Come on.
Oh my God. Oh, shit. Okay, what does this one look like? Does this one look better? It's huge. I like huge.
Huge sounds good.
Okay, you came out the restroom quick.
I thought I was gonna be here for like 5 hours. I thought you're proud of my videos too.
Oh no. Well, yeah, that too.
I love you too. All right guys, that was a good arm workout. At least I think it was. Casey's new to the camera. She's never really recorded, and this is very high-tech for her. And me trying to work out, push myself, think about my reps, focus on my own workout, and then focus on her hitting the right angles and the right lighting and all that stuff. It's a lot to think about, but we're gonna grow together as a couple. All right, and we're gonna get better at this, and which each video is learning experience, and we're gonna go from there. So if you guys like what you saw, leave some comments below too if you want to see improved things or just some tips and tricks for us, at least as a couple, as we're recording. That'd be greatly appreciated. Subscribe, then stay tuned for the next episode of whatever we're gonna do. Peace!
