This is awesome. Uh, this, this call was designed from a standpoint of probably doing probably like 70, like, one-on-ones last year. Like, and by, by, by one-on-ones, I mean like 70, like just on, like I would typically onboard and just get to, you know, get to know everyone. And I want a lot of that to happen here. Um, and so, uh, but, but what we're going to go through is like, it's like rapid acceleration of clarity. And I saw your guys' response. A lot of your guys' response in the intake form is just like clarity, this clarity, that, and, and, and I want to leave time for Q&A to help you specifically. So how about before we get into that, let's just, if you could, if you're in a place where you can unmute and share what you do, how maybe, maybe how you found me, and then, you know, why you joined the Inner Circle. Let's do that. What you do, why you joined the Inner Circle. Let's just leave it at those two things. Let's start with Felix since he's an action taker. Raise hand. Let's go. And then we'll get into questions at the end of going through the blueprint. And I put the doc, uh, in the chat, by the way, open up that doc, y'all. What's up, Felix?
All right.
My name is Felix Bobo. I go by Coach Felix, but I work in the K through 12 education space. I'm a, I'm a speaker, but I also design programs for schools. They utilize my, my programs in their schools from designing your own podcast to, uh, starting your own business. So they use my curriculum in their schools as well as my videos that I produce. That they use within school. So, um, name of my company is Unlimited University, and how I found you was, uh, YouTube. I think you know that, but, uh, yeah, definitely just YouTube and then Myron. I watch a lot of Myron, and then I think I saw a joint podcast, and then I was a fan of Think Media way back in the day, being involved in the church world.
Love it. So good, dude. You know what's crazy? I had a moment yesterday or this weekend, um, And that moment was like, bro, like I made so many videos on like how, what camera to buy, what mic to buy, what light to use, what, like, like all that stuff. And like, since I've not made those kinds of videos lately, for obvious reasons, dude, like, did you know that Apple update? So like, if you update your iPhone, you can use your AirPods as your microphone. So that when you record, it actually uses the mic in the AirPod. Now, newsflash, every AirPod leading up to the newest drop have terrible microphones. That's why I never take my calls on AirPods because their microphones suck. No shade, the $20 pair of AirPods plug-in, you know, headphone. It's like, Omar, okay, we get it, you're a nerd. Uh, okay, cool. No, like, the, the, these $20 joints, these actually sound incredible. It's crazy. And I got the Mac, don't worry. I got the, I got the Beats by Dre, I got the, I got the, the, the AirPods, the, the Maxes, but those, those, uh, the, the microphones are not good. Okay, so however, I say that to say the microphones on the newest AirPods are really good, and I just think it's crazy how accessible it's becoming to legit, like, just create content. And you're like, Omar, it's been around forever. Okay, uh, just let me go on my little, like, tech nerd thing real quick because this is crazy. Yeah, whatever, I'm just gonna— I'm just gonna let that happen. All right, yeah. Awesome. Addie, what's up?
Hi Omar, and hi everyone in the Inner Circle. So I'm a product marketing manager, um, a coach to product marketing managers in tech, and, um, I've been in corporate for 11+ years. I quit my job end of last year to do this, and, um, why I joined the Inner Circle is because I had done a lot of the work from the the learnings on your podcast, Omar, and even I had taken the challenge before, so I just actioned it. And I think I recognized very quickly that in order to get to the next level, I have to learn what I don't know. And yeah, seeing you rise in the ranks has given me a lot of, um, hope that I can definitely do the same. So yeah, very excited.
So you, you, when, when, when was the last time you took the challenge?
May.
So you took the challenge in May, let the summer happen, took the challenge again. Mm-hmm. Okay, I want everybody to write this word down. Predictability. This is something powerful because it's the power of deciding. When you can create predictability in your business, it's a level at a subconscious level, it's a level of trust that is being communicated. So, uh, yeah, th— this is like when you decide at every level, by the way, like when you decide the day of the week, your, your long form goes out. When you decide the time of day that you upload your feed posts on Instagram or LinkedIn or TikTok, when you decide the thing you do to get people from out here into in here. You're not the only person that's done that, Eddie, by the way. But like that took so much, that took so much, what's the word I'm looking for? Self-control from my end by not thinking about a million different ways I could be doing something and just locking in. And honestly, the reason— the biggest reason I locked in is because I paid. I paid to lock in, like, by learning the game from Myron. And it's crazy because, like, that room of people that paid $55K, he's literally telling everyone to do it, and not everyone's doing it. And that's fine. Not everyone's going to do it because everybody's got different stuff going on, and I get it, right? But my thing is, like, dude, if this is working for him And, and then it's working for a lot of people who are winning big in the program. What's like, what am I, what am I missing? And so I'm just learning like, like, cuz even in the cycles of like pre or post-COVID, like we're in the post-COVID era in the, in the sense that there's a lot of people who are, have started businesses after COVID or, um, have saw, have been seeing people make money online. And then there's so much perception and how people are, are interpreting that. And now all I'm doing is actually just like making sense of it, especially on my podcast. I'm just trying to make sense of what people are perceiving from online money making. But I say all that to say, just deciding on your thing, like you can make $1 million with a, with an assessment. You can make $1 million with a web class. You can make a million dollars with a signature presentation. You can make a million dollars with a podcast. Like it's just a matter of just deciding and sticking with it. So thank you for sharing that because it's just, it's crazy how that works. And I'm still, just to let you guys in on what's happening is we're still trying to find the predictability on when the challenges show up. And we're thinking probably one, one a season. So we just did our fourth, but the reason why I jammed in three last spring was because I was under a contract with a marketing company. But now that like we're out of contract and like we're just, we're, we're doing it all in-house now. I'm thinking about putting those. And then now, now onboarding into the Inner Circle happens in a season, and then also offboarding and renewals. It's like, and so it's a little rant on predictability. All right, Sidney, what's up?
Hey Omar. Hey Inner Circle, good to see y'all. So Sidney Smith, I have a business called The Nonprofit Guild. And so what I do is I help nonprofit executive directors really on strategic planning, but really helping their nonprofits be more profitable. And really bringing business fundamentals to the nonprofit sector that, you know, overwhelmingly and historically has focused a lot on mission-driven work and doing good for the community. But you can't do good for the community if you're not turning a profit. So that's where I come in.
So good.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And then I found you from your podcast. So I've been a regular watcher weekly for a couple of years now, Omar. So have been, and it just aligned that I quit my corporate job in July. And so, I've been entrepreneuring for about 2.5 months now. And I said, you know what? I want to buy the belief. Let's shorten this learning curve and let's dial in. And who better than Omar? So, I'm excited.
Hey, appreciate you. Glad you're here. 2 years. Don't let the end— don't let that discourage anybody. Like, just saying, I was— for 2 years you were building relationship with me online. And my question is, like, I wonder how many people that's happening with always. But like, this— I was just letting— I want you guys to know, like, it's your job to create this predictability in your business where people could be following you for some time. Um, I realize that this could take like an hour. Like, I, okay, I'm trying to think. You guys, you could, you guys could tell I'm just a long-winded human being and, uh, I mean, like, uh, I do want to get into like the actual blueprint part of things. Uh, so let's, let's just like be more speed and I, I will not coach. I, I won't coach through your thing. That's, that's what we'll do. Murat, or remind me how you say that again.
Yeah. Hi, Omar. Yeah, my name is Murat.
Murat, what's up? Yeah.
Hello, everyone.
Yeah.
So basically what I have, I have my residential commercial cleaning service, uh, in Seattle area and also in Orange County. And also about months, months and maybe 2 months ago, I decided I want to be, I want to move to business coaching.
And I start like shooting some videos a little bit and I'm not sure when I was subscribed to you and when I stopped following you. And it was just a Content Cash Challenge.
I just saw it's my first time when I bought something like that. And after that, I decided, okay, like, I want to, like, you teach me how I can make something works.
So yeah, let's go. Love it. And just community. Love it. Rodrick.
All right.
Um, so what's going on, everybody? This is Rod Earl, and I got my whole name up. I keep changing it, but it put my whole name back. You know, this is Rod Earl, and I'm a veteran school administrator. So a decade of school leadership, and my business is Accelerated AP Consulting. And the, um, the premise is to take those that want to be in school leadership and, um, accelerate that journey so they can get to become a principal a lot faster, um, to that. So a lot of times they get the, uh, I try to keep this short, that a lot of times they get the degrees and don't, don't get the interviews right and don't get to the job. And, and that's the case. So I speed that up and help them miss a lot of the pitfalls along the way. Um, the way that I found you was I actually My undergrad is actually in mass media production, digital production, things like that. So I was actually looking at you on, uh, Think Media because I have a camping, uh, business as well, uh, where we go camping. So I was looking at that for the video stuff, and I've been following you on that. And then I, you know, got into Myron and was looking at that, and then I saw y'all's thing, and it kind of got me here.
So, so good.
Anybody that that follows him and that does that. And I think a lot of what he says, I wanted to beat it up. So let's do it.
Let's go. Love it. So, yeah.
Hi, good morning. So I am a— my history is I'm a fashion designer and I've been a fashion designer in the corporate space for over 20 years. And at one point I added in being a yoga instructor onto my list of, in my list of tools. And then I also have a very serious health journey story.
I have a silent— sorry, go ahead.
I have a silent disability and actually went out of corporate on disability a couple of years ago around the pandemic time. And throughout that time, I've been working on journeying into what is my next thing. And it's, you know, I started a podcast in 2020, kind of had some health stuff, stopped it due to distractions and, you know, went through a lot of other health stuff throughout these last couple of years, journeyed into coaching. And what I learned throughout some of these coaching programs is they're all going to tell me I have to post content and I got to put myself out there to capture leads. And about a year ago, I just felt like, okay, I keep going through all these programs, y'all telling me the same thing. I'm not about to take no more coaching programs. Of y'all telling me the same thing. I just need to do it, and I have not done it. And I discovered you when you started your podcast, actually, and, um, I pretty much have watched like most of your episodes. And I met you at the Podcast Summit here in Atlanta and, um, loved everything that you had to say on stage and really resonated with you. I did do the Content to Cash Challenge— not, not Content to Cash— I did your masterclass in May as well. And said, hey, I'm gonna maybe do this Content to Cash Challenge eventually and didn't get around to it. And so I did it again this time and here we are.
So good. Thank you for sharing that. I'm pumped you're here. Thank you. I love it. It's crazy, like the amount of people that are thinking to themselves, like, I'm gonna, when I get to it, I will do it. And it's just like, it's just powerful. And, and I just shout out my team for just making things happen for people that think to themselves, when they do it again, I'll do it.
Um, Ryan, sir.
So I got, uh, joined basically— I want to— I got a podcast with a buddy and it's called Freedom Fighters. So, uh, we're premise behind it, but we're both in the military, both Christian, both entrepreneur, real estate investors just searching for financial freedom and, uh, life freedom, time freedom, stuff like that. And, uh, so it's been slow. I didn't know what we were doing. Like, if you watch some of the early ones, it was absolutely horrible. None of us had any, uh, understanding of light, sound, anything like that. And so been doing it for about a year and just time to take it seriously. Um, so that's kind of my reasoning for this. Um, I got business endeavors, like I said, real estate, stuff like that. I originally met you, I don't know, a year and a half, 2 years ago, something like that. You gave a sermon at Ryan Pineda's event, WealthCon. Uh, and so that's where I first— I think I've seen you on Think Media before that, possibly, but, uh, that's where I first, I guess, kind of met you or whatever. And then, uh, seen you a couple months ago at another one of Ryan's events. Uh, you were talking about social media and stuff like that.
And so are you in his All-Star program?
I am not. So I am, uh, one of his tent makers. So for his nonprofit site.
Yep.
So, um, so that's how I know Ryan and, uh, seen you through there.
Good, let's go. Love it. Uh, Ben.
Hi everyone, um, Ben Alvarado.
Uh, what—
I'm a relatively new entrepreneur, 12 months in. Um, like Sydney, I actually quit my corporate job last— well, a year ago this past June, so a little bit over 12 months ago. And, um, so 20 years as a project manager in the digital and marketing advertising side and database management and corporate, certified as a project manager. And, uh, my degree is in management of technology systems. So I kind of just got tired of doing it for corporate America and I didn't have my freedom of life. And, uh, I guess for me, my, uh, what started my entrepreneur journey is frustration that I did everything so-called right way, right? Go to school, get good grades, get your degree, so on and so forth. Uh, and I don't really have anything to show for it. Um, knowledge-wise, yes. Experience, skill set, absolutely. But as far as, uh, I was like, is that channeling all that for somebody else thinking, hey, you climb the corporate ladder? I never sniffed anywhere near six figures, and with my degree, experience, certification, I should be making well into the high six figures. Never saw it. Um, and I'm a single father as well, so divorced. Uh, I've got a 15-year-old daughter, she lives with me. And I'm her blueprint for life, right? Like, I'm, I'm her, her guide as a human to another human in life. So I started this journey, said I'm going to invest and bet on myself, and if I fail and swing, you know, swing and miss and fall on my face, so what? Corporate America could have sent me there at any point, let me go and walk me out the door, and I'm there anyways, right? So I figured I might as well take the chance on myself and, uh, and show my daughter whether I succeed or fail, there's a life and growth purpose in, in the journey, right? Um, but I, I know that whatever is on the other side is way better than what corporate America was offering from a life, and especially from not even from a financial perspective, but enjoying life, you know, being free. Uh, you know, we're here as humans to help one another and guide one another along our personal journeys. Well, if you're working and stuck in, you know, in a maze How am I connecting with my fellow human and talking about creativity and, and, and helping us explore and, and push out our, our gifts to other fellow humans, right? I think that's really what we are here for, and, and that's what humanity should be about. That being said, um, I'm, I'm looking at launching a, a streetwear apparel line, essentially creating an ecosystem. Uh, I have been part of other masterminds and other community groups, but I'm part of two AI groups. I'm part of two of a real estate investing group. So I have the mindset of an entrepreneur, but I've been trying to, I guess, really find a mentor, if you will. And all these pieces that I know are part of the Lego foundation. So podcasts, I understand, again, online is the fastest vehicle to get your message and brand out there. Um, you know, the analogy I like to tell people is I can either get there on a tricycle, I can get there on a single-speed bike, or I can get there on a 21-speed bike. What's going to be the fastest route? 21-speed bike. So looking at it that way, internet's the, this, the fastest highway to get your message and brand out. That being said, I'm looking to create an ecosystem— podcasting, um, and as far as the streetwear brand, I have local artists DJs, choreographers that are part of my friend group. So, um, I want to promote them and help their brand and their message through my podcasting while help— they help me source the art. We all make money selling streetwear, but through the podcasting, it's not about the brand for anybody's art. It is literally that human connection. It is those—
great.
I don't care, I want to find out who 10-year-old Omar was, what made him realize, hey, this is the journey I was gonna take, but at this point in my life I had this tragedy or this positive door open because the audience wants to hear authenticity. Anybody can market flashing smoke and mirrors and lights, and that's all well and good and needed, but I feel really if, if we can have just honest, authentic human connection, you know, conversations, that's when you, you build your audience. And so to your point, Omar, I'm sorry, I know I'm long-winded as well. I met— I found out about you through the Podcast Summit in Atlanta. I was actually getting ads through David Shands, which is then why I said, let me jump on this, this Podcast Summit. And yeah, I connected with, with what you had to say. I guess also you're just energy, you know, the— and even your foundation, you know, I'm a Christ follower as well. So I said, yeah, I don't know, something, something led me to you. You then showed up on my ad as I started on my ad feed as I started following you on Instagram, joined the Cash for Content. And, and as you started speaking, Myron Golden, I also, you know, follow him. I was like, okay, you know, and I knew podcasting was my next level, my next thing that I need to build. So I've been building my team around me these last 12 months and I was like, podcasting is the next thing. I don't know anybody that does a podcast. How do I even begin getting on somebody's podcast? What is the packaging look like, right? So I was like, hey, here I am. And yeah, I love it.
No, dude, you're here in the right place and I'm pumped. And thanks for locking in and taking yourself serious. I mean, like, I think about how my kids perceive me and my wife at the highest level, even to the point where I still get convicted from time to time like this. This is crazy, this is crazy, you guys. This weekend, our pastor, Pastor Jabin, was out of town. Sometimes I'll preach when he's out of town, but he flew in somebody like 3 weeks ago. His name is— he's a pastor in Louisiana. His name is Jacob Aranza, has one of the biggest churches in Louisiana, and he's 67 years old, has had 5 boys. One passed away at like 20. All his kids went through life. Long story short, this weekend's sermon was a video podcast and I hosted the service. So like, you know, I, you know, come up after worship, kind of like exhort a little exhortation. After the podcast, I come up and over 100 people gave their life to Christ and it blew my mind. I was like texting Pastor Jabin. I was like, dude, this is unreal. And it was a powerful story. Like, I mean, and, uh, I'll, I'll link up. But anyway, he was just— it was a great conversation on, uh, God and family and how important fathers are and stuff. So I just want to, um, double down on that. Rick, my man, what's up?
All right, unmuted. All right, uh, Rick, uh, my previous life I was a corpsman for the Navy. Went to college, decided to be a screenwriter. So I've been a screenwriter for the last, I don't know, 14 years, 15 years, something like that. Um, since 2020, uh, Hollywood has become less and less, um, a place for a Christian. So, um, so I think 2020 I discovered you guys, um, met you at church a couple of times. Um, but yeah, now I just need to figure out how I can turn screenwriting into a coaching business. Um, I think I can help people reach their audience better through, through better storytelling. I know it's one of the better, one of the best ways to reach your audience. So, um, other than that, I don't know.
Dude, great. No, excited you're here. Let's go. All right, bro.
Thanks.
Derek, what's up?
What's up? What's up? Um, thanks again for creating the space for everybody to kind of share a little about their story and get to know everybody. But, um, quick, I'm Derek, the Marketing Point Guard. That's what I go by. Uh, spent over a decade building my career in sports and marketing. I was on the agency side, got a little burned out, honestly. Had a young family of two young boys with my wife and needed a change. Um, so I took some time off. And then honestly, through creating content, kind of rediscovered my love for sports culture, marketing insights, and things of that nature. So as I've kind of doubled down on my brand as the Marketing Point Guard, really wanted to have that be a stronger funnel into getting clients, doing freelance work and consulting and things of that nature. And at the top of the year, um, I saw a video one of your podcast episodes kind of came up on my feed, and I'd followed you before from Think Media, like kind of everybody else's story, and seeing that I've always been into content and making everything look clean. So obviously you pop up in that sense. Um, so yeah, I saw that at the top of the year, it kind of expanded my brain about like, oh man, you could really build this out and see what it does. And heard you speak about that investment you made then. And then I believe I just got served an ad about the the 5 Mistakes webinar, joined that and really just worked my way through the funnel. Honestly, I hit the webinar, then I got the ads for the Content to Cash, felt convicted, joined that, and then joined in the GA seats for the Content to Cash. And when you were going through the offer, it just felt like, it literally felt like a light was on above my head. I just felt like the heat kind of come through my body and I'm like, Man, how am I going to do this? How am I going to make this work? Is this right for me at this time? I knew I was talking myself out of it and I knew it was something I needed to do. And then the next day when, um, I'm blanking on her name now, you had the guest speaker come in and she spoke about breaking the mind maps and it was just like, Macy.
Yeah.
And I was just like, man, that was it. That was like the final push I needed, um, to do what I had to do, you know? I had to pull out some money from my 401k to make it happen, but I know this is a space to get me where I needed to be, to fail faster, and just get in the right rooms and be around the right people. Because I've been kind of building this over 2 years, and it's been off of me white-knuckling it and just learning on my own. So I really wanted to inject myself in a space to fail faster.
Bro, love it. So good. Glad you're here. Guillermo. What up, y'all?
So my name is Guillermo. I have been in fitness coaching for going on 8 years now. And long story short, man, fitness saved my life. So I've been in coaching for 8 years now. I opened a gym 3 years ago. And my biggest focus has been helping people people see beyond just getting results, like all of the changes that happen within us from fitness that help us perform better in life, period. Um, you know, obviously you, you open a business and you love what you do. I love coaching, but when I opened the business, I realized that somebody had to grow the business. So I had to take myself out of coaching into the chair of growing the business. And, uh, I'm not gonna lie, that was like a crazy shift. It was hard because I love coaching. I love coaching people. I see, I love breakthroughs. Breakthroughs. I love seeing people see like the changes. Uh, but in this time of building the business and creating systems and doing all that stuff, I realized how many entrepreneurs and CEOs actually let go of their health to build a business, right? So I, as I'm, as I have a team now and I'm grateful that I have systems in place, I want to dive back into coaching, but really specifically help more CEOs and entrepreneurs just become the healthiest version of themselves so that they can perform really well in their business and just for everything else life requires of them, period. So that's, I really, I'm jumping into this because as I'm jumping back into coaching, I want to be very specific on who I want to help. And I don't really quite know how to yet because the gym has always been about just helping everybody and anybody, right? So yeah, I'm really excited about this, man, because I just want to almost rebuild my own brand. Aside from the gym, like, I still want, you know, I want my brand to also feed the gym in a sense, if that makes sense. Um, so yeah, I'm super excited about that. And I found you, you're my pastor, uh, obviously. And dude, uh, you have helped me grow more than I can express in words already, man. So, um, jumping into this, I just knew who better to guide you, who better to point you in the right direction than a man that has already helped you grow as a man more than a lot of people have really.
So let's go. But I appreciate you. I'm glad you're here. Uh, and to answer Danny, yeah, right after, honestly, right after Brandon, we're gonna run into, here's the doc, I'm gonna put it on the chat, but dude, glad you're here. And oh, that's not the doc. I, uh, I will. So yeah, that's right here. Copy. And then bang. All right, Brandon, what's up?
Hey everyone, my name is Brandon Malcolm. I have been creating content for other clients for the past 8 years. I mainly do photo, video, as well as editing services, and I mainly specialize in event recap coverage. So that's what my main specialty is. However, I have, you know, kind of felt a little bit burnt out doing that or like doing a lot of work for other clients. And the main, the main way I got into that and, you know, how I got introduced to you is through, you know, what's the best camera to use. So that's where I found you through the Think Media Days. Danny, I'm located in Atlanta, Georgia. Um, and I just wanted— I joined this program to be able to find a way to scale and to grow outside of just creating content for other clients and kind of just, you know, that, like, having to be able to provide for my family through that source of income. I would rather do something else that allows me to be more free, more available, and more present.
Good stuff, bro. Look at that. You just got a client. Okay, so how much do you, will you make this year doing your agency stuff?
I would say probably close to the agency itself would probably make around $70,000 to $80,000.
Great.
Okay, cool. Yeah, dude, I mean, I think sometimes we overlook something that could be leveraged to be able to build something out. Underneath and by all means, like, I mean, you just need a handful of $3K to $5K a month clients and then all that, all how you leverage that to then teach other people. But yeah, look, I think there's a lot of people in Georgia in the program, so that's fire. Cool. All right, let's get into it. Today's the, this is the brand blueprint call, just to kind of re— say what this is. This, this was designed in a way to, to, to create a clear path for you guys to win quick. You know, we have a year together. I want you to show up to things. I want you to show up to calls. I want you to show up in the group. I want you to make content and, and post in the group. I want you to ask questions. I want you to be involved. I want you to do the works because you get the greatest insight when you actually take action. Like that's when the insight comes. And I guess another better word would be the wisdom comes when you apply, when you're applying things, the wisdom actually is in the application. Right. So just a few things that came to mind, though, as you guys were going. One was like, is selling is a spiritual experience? This is like, I love that you said, I think it was was it? I think it was Derek. He said, when I was going through my offer, it was like a light was over your head and like a heat came over your body. And, and I used— it's crazy because like I was raised in church. I mean, I was raised Catholic and I got saved in 2011 and then, um, started my business in 2016 doing agency work. And then, you know, things grew from that point. But it was actually Eileen Wilder who She told me this last year when she was like, Omar, every time I sell, I, you know, she's like, I genuinely feel the presence of God. Like, because what's happening is not only are you creating an invitation for people to experience a different level of themselves, but you're also creating an experience for them to experience a different level of of God, because that is it. To think that that is a carnal thing, like Omar, once you went through your offer, it's like a light, like you're verbalizing with picturesque language. It's like a light was over my head and like heat came over, bro. That's incredible. That shows in and of itself that all you guys had internal dialogue Regardless of what you believe, you had internal dialogue about Inner Circle. And I just want you to know that though. I want you to know that selling is spiritual. So that's why it's so important to be dialed, be sharp, get better. Like if, because literally we are entrusted with other business. We're all in the business of people. We're all in the people business, and people are spiritual beings where, yes, we have like an earth suit, but like we, we're spiritual beings. That's why you have a personality. It's why you're an introvert or you're an extrovert, or like, this is, this is not just, you know, dirt. We're not just like here today, gone tomorrow. Like, no, we, we're spiritual beings. So, uh, Before I go into this document, I just want to repeat this. This is the foundations of every business, no matter what stage in life you're in. And these are just— I just want you to always keep this in your head because like it's so important. Business is comprised of 4 elements: lead generation, lead conversion, fulfillment, delivery, fulfillment, and then retention or ascension. This, like, if this is business, lead generation, how people find out more, how people raise their hand, you getting their name, phone number, email, lead generation. Um, or even like, I guess another way to put it is like how, how you're manufacturing the conversation about the solution you provide. Because like if sometimes I like to like use very basic examples like door knocking. Door knocking is another word for that is prospecting, but like door knocking is like uploading content. So you're going, you're going door to door and you're knocking on the door waiting for somebody to open the door. And then you ask them a question. Hey, would you like us to clean up your lawn or whatever? Right? Yeah. Cool. Now that's a lead. Now you're having a conversion conversation. You know, how much do you want to do? Oh dude, I actually was looking to renovate the front of our home. Dang. Just because I door knocked, had a conversation. What I thought was going to be a $300 one-time, one-hour job has now turned into a $20,000 opportunity. Then actually fulfilling on the actual thing you guys agreed on. And then the question is, how do you retain them or how do you ascend them? And this goes for everything, right? You can retain somebody by simply a monthly recurring thing. You can— for, for Inner Circle, my retention and ascension is renewal every year if you want to renew, and then ascending is into the next level of working together, which I've even just, I'm still working on. So that's, that's like Omar's business blueprint. But obviously this with, with an emphasis of lead gen and lead conversion, uh, the program is like marketing emphasis, right? And so, so I got, I, you know, put the doc in the, in the chat and these are things that like I, I need you guys to do. I need to make sure you guys are doing these basics before we get into like kind of anything else, right? So, so this first session is all about dialing in your Instagram bio. But this, you could also go for TikTok. It also goes for LinkedIn, right? And when I say dial in your bio, there's, there's something that we all are poor stewards of, and that is called, that is digital real estate. We are all poor stewards of digital real estate. Like when you have somebody's attention, what are they reading? What are they seeing? What are they, what are they getting? When you have somebody's attention in the Content to Cash Challenge, Do you guys notice that we put testimonial videos in the countdown? That's digital real estate. In the podcast, I'm even thinking about like in the podcast, I told you, Art, like we're sleeping, bro. We're still sleeping 2 years in. We're sleeping because I'm like, why don't we just throw up the QR code from time to time during the podcast? Just little, join the Content Academy. It's just living there while we're talking. I'm like, golly. With this, always be thinking like, this is a, this is a great frame of reference. Digital real estate, my car is kind of like a physical, like I just, I throw my logo on my car. We have windows here at my studio, video department. Okay, so, so in this case, practically, we have Dialing in your IG bio, which, you know, I put links to. So this is, this is a guy who like teaches like Instagram. You guys should follow him, he's awesome. Yeah, Insta Coach Mike. But if your Instagram does not look like this, change it. Right, okay, and by the way, we don't have to like do that. I'm just introducing you to work to do this week. Right now, what do the best Instagram bios have in common? What they have in common is, is what I like to say, like They have like what you do for people, which is funny 'cause like Jesus lover is not what you do for people. You know, people like Philippians 4:13 is not what you do for people. I help blankety blank achieve blankety blank. Helping late-diagnosed ADHD women thrive. And, and, and you know, having the emojis too makes it easier to read. But this is, you know, you could even comment on these, you know, prompt and then they have like the, the actual prompt itself. So yeah, I, I, I'd like for you to comment, comment below, like, Put— I want you to type in the chat, I help. Who do you help? And then what do you help them with? Let's just throw it in the chat. I mean, Rick, we're going to figure that out. We're figuring that out. Okay, that's fine. Other people, I help. Don't overthink this. I help. What kind of human being do you help? Okay, love it. Let's go, let's go. Assistance.
Party.
Ask.
Okay, great. All right, I'm just gonna read some of these and then, and I'm gonna throw some questions and you could write it down. If, if I question something, I'm not asking for you to like have the answer. It's cuz like, uh, let's just say Nathaniel says, I help creatives unlock their potential. That's fine. It's just a little esoteric. The more specific, the more prolific. So I guess the word would be like what kind of creatives? Because even like who self-identifies their creativeness? Or like, because like, I don't know, like who's a creative? And then unlock their potential. Now, if we really were to unpack that, what is potential? Is, is potential growth in, in an area, is potential making money, is potential, uh, uh, exposure. I help creatives get exposed so and get paid for what they love. I don't even know, like, oh, I slipped on my arm. Yeah, so just questions, you know. Danny says, I help professionals and entrepreneurs, I guess, yeah, heal their relationships with money and with money manifestation. Great. So something I find with Danny's kind of thing is it's a little, it's very niche. Just because words, words, words, words. I mean, that's what's most of what you're gonna learn from me in the next year is the power of words and the words you decide to use. Just simply me changing the words to my YouTube video when we released it Thursday changed its performance. Just words. So I help professionals and entrepreneurs. So like, what's crazy is the word professionals insinuates entrepreneurs, if I'm not mistaken, because I think of myself as a professional. I think of myself as a high-income earner. I think of myself as a CEO. I think of myself as a small business owner. I think of myself as a coach. I think so. Just like notice how we can just even between professionals and entrepreneur, we can pick one word. CEOs could, could work too. I help CEOs. Um, and then, and then the relationship with money part. So like, oh, by the way, we have like a couple of finance, uh, wealth coaches or finance coaches in the program. Uh, Matt Plummer, feel free to reach out to these people. And then Jamil Frazier. But heal their relationships. So like, my thing is that healing their relationship with money management, it's like money manifestation is maybe the answer, but like, is the problem like like build wealth or are they like you're a CEO but personal money problems are still jacked up. So like, so like that, I think that's, I think that's something, you know, because like most people when they increase their money or their income increases, they increase their lifestyle and they actually never make— they never get raises. You never, you never make more money technically. So, you know, Sydney says, I, I, I help nonprofit executives make more money in their organizations. Yeah, that's, that's awesome. Um, now the question is, do you help nonprofits make more money or do you help nonprofit executives? Now your content could be geared toward decision makers. Uh, but essentially it sounds like you solve the problem for nonprofits to keep running. Like, I mean, so like making more money is— dude, you know what's crazy? Even just as we're brainstorming, this is like making more money is still the— is actually the solution to running. So like, um, I help nonprofits You know, or prevent nonprofits from shutting their doors. And what's so cool is like, there's so many nonprofits do so many good things. Like, obviously I can't speak for all of them, but there's a guy in our church who has a nonprofit called Hope for Prisoners. His name is John Ponder, and he, he helps incarcerated men and women re— like get, you know, go back into society with jobs and skills. But what's crazy is bro is literally, he streams church on Sundays. So these people are like getting saved. We went and did baptisms for a female correction facility 2 weeks ago, and 34 women got water baptized. And it's crazy 'cause like once they're out, they come to church and they're like, oh my gosh, Pastor Omar, you're like a celebrity. 'Cause like they just been watching me on the screen. For like so long. But I think about John and like if he ran out of money, oh my God. But you could even notice how I'm like even talking about it right now. So like this is something you'll learn at the Content Mastery Workshop is, and something I want you guys to be very aware of is conversation. Content from conversations. Like you guys are usually always having conversations. Like we are having a conversation even right now, and you guys should learn how to extract, uh, something from a conversation and reframe it for your audience. So literally as I'm talking with Sydney, uh, we're talking about great nonprofits shutting down. Now I'm like, now I'm like, okay, what's the statistic on that? Like, how many, how many nonprofits close their doors and how soon does it happen? And then what, why does it happen? Well, you obviously, it happens because the misuse of funds. Maybe it's like they don't know how to actually, um, you know, get, get more money, which is literally your pro— your, your solution. So yeah, I help nonprofits like stay open and scale. Um, let me see, let me see, uh, how many nonprofits shut down stat. Impact funding cuts in May 2025. They're gonna shut down. They shut down like 1,000— it says 1,000 programs. I don't know, just stuff like this. And jobs, we're talking about jobs. Like, people— my wife worked at a non-profit, and nonprofit includes churches, right? So, okay, Guillermo, I help CEOs and entrepreneurs get and stay fit and healthy so that they can perform in their peak, at their peak, for their calling. Great. Could probably be less wordy, which is fine. Like the goal is, you know, like we're, we're all just trying to make it this one-liner, you know, uh, at some point today or this week. And by the way, you guys could, um, you guys can, you know, I don't know, feel free to, I think you file and you make a copy. File, make a copy of this, and then you can genuinely like type in this. It'll become your doc if you do that. So yeah, I help CEOs, uh, get and stay fit and healthy. Yeah, so I mean, let me just, uh, think of like Instagram. We got project So I, I know you maybe know about Project Wellbeing. I just know that Sam Coleman, which would be your target audience, goes to Project Wellbeing and he's willing to spend $750 a month at this gym. So like $700 for a monthly gym membership. Now every other gym membership, membership place, like a— this is a great, uh, business principle. Planet Fitness. It's not for Planet Fitness people. So if, if you gasp at the $700 a month, then yes, this membership isn't for you. I, I went golfing on Friday with a friend's dad that this friend of mine, they got married on Friday, so they got a free round at the resort they were at here in Vegas, Lake Las Vegas. Reflection Bay was the golf course. Her dad has been a caddy at the number one course in the world, which is actually in Las Vegas. You guys didn't know that the number one course in the world, as far as I know, is Shadow Creek. He's been there for over 20 years. You know how much a round of golf at Shadow Creek is? It's $1,250 for one round of golf. I asked him, hey, how much is the round at Shadow Creek again? He said $1,250. I was like, oh, sweet. He's like, oh, he was surprised because he thought I was going to go, dang, that's a lot. But he literally said, it's for people who don't think it's a lot. This is where pricing is a form— pricing is a part of the sales process. Now here's what's cool. Here's what's actually whack. You, you have to, you have to book an MGM hotel. You have to be chauffeured to the course from an MGM property. So like they, they have like all these things, but here's what's really cool. They only have to serve X amount of people a day and they get to create an experience for people that's unmatched because they have the resources to be able to do it. So, so I mean, it's just like you get to determine and it's— and it did— a lot of it does come from who you are. You're, you're not going to be Shadow Creek if internally you're not Shadow Creek, if that makes sense, right? Like if you're not that person, that's why the becoming the person, it yields the market's response. Like when you become the value that you bring your business, which dude, literally I say this all the time, business is a game of belief. And if you don't have the belief for the thing you're selling, like, I mean, then no one's going to buy it. No one's going to be a part of it. No one's going to inquire. So Project Well-Being, human performance, pro, 700 pro athletes. I don't know why this one doesn't show the thing. It's a lot here. I thought they would have even had a better thing, but there's something here, even something about like, look at this, like there's words like wellness. Because, because there's words that high-level people are attracted to: biohacking, wellness. Look at their physical therapy. You know what, you know what these words categorized are categorized by? To me, they, they, they scream sophistication. Biohacking, wellness, peak performance, like that's those, that's sophisticated language, right? Okay. So I help those who struggle with consistency. Build the discipline and focus of a high performer. I help athletes, creators, and entrepreneurs build strong athletic brands. I help product marketing managers become profitable through promotions, better jobs, or consulting. I help humanity unleash their creative side. I help entrepreneurs tell their stories through content. Um, I help people start businesses and scale business process. I help aspiring principals accelerate their journey to principalship. So good. I mean, you guys, I mean, as I'm talking, like, this is— look at this, this is coaching. As I'm even reading those and then talking through some, notice how, like, we're very unclear. It's not that you're unclear. But it's just so esoteric what we help people do. And if you're causing people, like this is huge. If somebody is gonna read your bio and you're making them having to make it sense to them, you lost. Digital real estate. Like we gotta be so clear as to what we help as to who we help and what, you know. I help, Rod Earl says, I help aspiring principals. Like, an aspiring principal, who would they be right now? Would they be educators? I help educating, I help educators become principals. You know, like, that's even more it's more clear. Because I don't want you guys to— and I know that this is just, this is mind work— broad appeal and being clear could coexist, right? Don't feel like when I say broad appeal, because when you say educators, Or I mean, if you say like, uh, what would you call a teacher? Like, what career path have they chosen? Like, if you were to give them a title, if they— their most internal clear title for themselves, teacher, um, what would that be?
Rod Earl, there's a teacher. I mean, they would be a teacher. So I typically say I help teachers and current assistant principals get to that. So I'm more specialized that way.
Um, and do they want to become— no, I'm just wondering because like teacher, like I think I'm a teacher but I'm not a teacher, I'm not your audience, you know what I'm saying? So like, um, like, uh, when people— what's the, what's the degree you need, uh, when you go into it? Like what's the, the bachelor degree called? Like I got—
oh, you need to answer. You need a, uh, well, teaching— to be an administrator, you need an educational leadership degree. So there are, there are people— my clients typically need— they have that degree, but then they're, they're not, they're not getting hired. They don't know how. They're not doing what they need to do to get hired. Or you have current, um, assistant principals that want to be principals that have the degree. They have the degrees, they just don't know what to do Good.
Yeah, yeah. Yeah, so like, like something that comes to mind is, is like you may be using the word as like elementary through high school professionals or educators. And if it's becoming principals, then it's becoming principals, but like I don't know if there's like some more more clarity language in regards to, like, become more effective, or like, or yeah, it might be a growth, like, career. So now, is it about the school or is it about the career? And now you're becoming a career— it's really like you're a career coach for educators. I mean, hey, like now, and like when it, when it, when, uh, that sounds like, hey, what do you do? I'm a career coach for, for teachers. Yeah, so like, so when, uh, that's very clear. I like career coach, that it insinuates, if I'm not mistaken, that you're helping people do this. Um, which by the way, uh, back to kind of like this thing, you know, uh, there, there's a difference between your, your username on Instagram and then your name on Instagram, right guys? So like Your, your name could be your name and then your, your, uh, or your username is your username, your right? Like I'm @OmarAlTakrori, but you can have Rod Earle, career coach for professional educators or for, for, uh, for teachers and educators, teachers, whatever. But, and the, and the reason why I'm saying this is because it's searchable. So like, that's why they say use keywords. When you use keywords on here, um, people can search Las Vegas fitness and then it's like you can literally show up. So let's, let's just test this real quick and I'm gonna put Las Vegas real estate. Look at this. So this guy, which I actually know who he is, um, that's funny. I don't follow him. Then he got veneers. Okay, so, uh, yeah, he, he showed up. That's crazy. He showed up. So, but he could, he could probably put his name like Mark But that's why he showed up. But I mean, we're just— we're— dude, we're just talking like this is free marketing. It costs nothing to have like a clear Las Vegas church. Yeah, so great. I mean, these are churches. Obviously this probably shows up just because of my like thing, but It's, it's important that it has a Las Vegas in the name for search. So that's cool. All right. And then, so yeah, now something I kind of like, I jumped the gun a little bit, is the profile pic. This is just the easiest screen real estate right now and it always will be for me. From my point of opinion, is your profile image. So like, and here's my thing, you want 80%, 80% of your face should take up your profile image. And here's why. Like, even like, this is my friend David Simmons, he's helped me a lot in my business. Like, that's too much chest. Nobody needs your hands in the shot. Right, so like when I, and the reason I say this is because when people are in your DMs, like this is what you're looking at. And so when somebody, if you wanna leave a mark, shout out to my friend Jay Hubbard, he's one of the pastors at City Light. It's like a, I mean, he can care less about his Instagram by the way, but like this is his profile pic. Is a picture of his family, which I admire and I love, but it's just not helpful, right? Like, so, and he's not, he's not an entrepreneur. He's a pastor. But like, it doesn't matter who you are. It's kind of just like you want at least 80. This is my barber, my barber, Gene. Okay, so that's called the 80% rule. You heard it. If I'm ever on a call, y'all, if I'm ever on a call and I'm like, we're doing— but by the way, tomorrow is content hot seats. So it's like when I'm looking at profiles, I'm looking at content, and then I'm giving, you know, insight. I mean, sometimes I don't even get to the video because I'm like, guys, profile pic. Now here. This is, this is crazy branding. Okay. All right. Uh, and Derek, face over logo. I do believe face over logo, um, especially because of the power of personal brand, right? Like people connect with other people like that. People buy from people and, and, and the, and, and we're in a time where building the, building the brand with a face It's just the fast path, right? Wave at me or put a me in the chat if you have an iPhone. If you have an iPhone, put a me in the chat. I'm not making an Android joke, don't worry. All right, cool. This is crazy Ain't no business coach or marketing coach is going to tell you to do this. All right. You're going to go into your own profile. So go to, go to your contacts. If you have your phone, if you're on your phone, don't worry. You're going to go to your contacts. Click on my card. My card is the top, the top contact, right? My card should be here. It should be you. Then you're going to go to content, contact photo and poster. You better put the most crispy image of yourself here. Like, I just want you guys to see, like, when I call people, they answer because it takes up their phone. And what— and do this branding and content and professionalism, everything that I'm talking about, It's holistic. Like, people don't doubt in their mind that I'm a quality human being, someone who cares about attention to detail, somebody who cares about excellence. And don't other people just want to work with others that take themselves serious? And there's little things like that that communicates volumes. So like, and by the way, if you guys ever come— when you come to the content workshop, we do headshots, you know, but like you could take a crispy shot. I'm just saying So many people underestimate the power of this art. If you're there, can you call me, Art? Art, if you're there, Art, call me. I'm going to text you to call. So when Art calls, Bro, bro's just dripped out. And then what's crazy is some people don't adjust their poster. But because he hooked up his poster, or I don't know if I did this for you, Art. Did you do this or did I do it for you in my phone? Anyway, like even on my phone when he texts me, it's legit. But I mean, my wife, she needs to hook up her thing. I need to get her to do it. Okay, anyway, all right, so that's, that's that. That's just, that's just the game right there. Okay, okay, we're moving through this. Oh my goodness, I haven't even gotten to line 2. What are we doing, guys? Okay, here we go. So line 2 is social proof slash your credibility line. Now this doesn't— I don't want to We don't have to go too deep into this, but it's just, and by the way, this is like share your accomplishment, share, you know, some of your guys' credibility, it might be an audience number, it might be, have you written a book? How long have you been doing what you've been doing? How many people have you served? How much money have you done in revenue? How many awards? It actually— anyone has this. I call it— so because like the, the framework for this Instagram bio is it's assistance, authority, and then ask. So here, how I assist you: I help this kind of person achieve this kind of result. Authority is whatever. I mean, mine's like, I don't know, Well, I mean, mine is like 2 point or over 3 million subscribers on YouTube, or host. Here's what's crazy, host of a podcast. You gotta have podcast and you're a host, credibility line. Gym owner, you know. Yeah, so that's, that's, that's the credibility, social proof. If there's anything you've done— Sophie, what are you doing? Squeeze. There's a button. Hold the camera first with your right hand. Yeah, and then there's a button on the side, on the plate, on the plate of the camera itself. Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. All right, here we go. No, so line number 2, social proof credibility. And then we got— then we have call to action. Call to action, or your ask. I'm gonna put these in here, by the way. So this is like— this is assistance frameworks. Frameworks, framework, frameworks, uh, in real time. So I'm going to go assistance, authority, ask. Um, yeah, one-on-one coaching here, or like join the challenge, or book a call, or take the quiz. You know, how much should you be getting paid? How's your health? And then the link to the next step. I don't know if you guys have ever heard me say though, but like your LinkedIn bio, it should just be one link. Um, we don't want to lead people down a million paths. And here's what's crazy is when you, every time you make people have to make a decision on their own, Conversions go down. So let's— I mean, like, I just want to— let's just see what— how it go. And this is why it's important to know, like, you know, I was talking about predictability in the last call I did this morning, and, and it's just like, where do you want people to go? Let's look at Neil. I'm just gonna look at my friend Neil. Neilholm.com, which by the way, he's not really— he doesn't really sell anything every day. But look at that. Yeah, okay, it's one link and it's just to opt into his email list. You know what I love is like, and then he like, it even says your industry, which is giving him— which is just like with one ask is making people tell him what they do so he can— so then, so when he sends out emails, he can actually architect what kind of emails. Um, yeah, this is actually really good. I'm gonna copy this. Okay. Uh, right now mine's a waitlist, by the way. So like whenever I'm not during— when I'm not having a challenge, it's a waitlist to the challenge, which alone I'm already seeing like the value of how Neil has his dialed. Um, by the way, screen real estate, this is, I, I recently added this as a pinned post and it has, um, doubled in views. And here's what's crazy about this post. It's literally like the, you know, people getting results who work with me like that. And my phone shows the actual view count, which is cool, but you just want one step. One step, one step, one step. Okay? So, emojis at the beginning of each line. And then we'll take a short break. I'm gonna take like a, like, we'll take a break, but my question is how are you going to post consistently on— and I say Instagram, or like, like, you know what I'm talking about, social media. But let's just— I just want you to write that down, and then I'll put in a— I'm gonna— we're just gonna break for a hotline bling. I'm gonna use the restroom, get a drink, and then, uh, we'll start next session. And we're recording this, so you're good. You're good. Lo-fi coffee. There's this like really cool like AI coffee channel that I just started. Um, this is crazy, like AI coffee, like this, this thing has, uh, just long videos, but they just have like these AI images that are like super cool. But anyway, all right. Boom. We'll meet back in, uh, 3 minutes.
