Um, so Michelle, I love it. Your mind went directly to like using a tool. I personally, most people that I know that are in, you know, online and they're building stuff, they usually just use the platform's tools. So if you guys didn't know, you could schedule posts in Instagram and, um, and, uh, See, yeah, you could use post your, uh, you could use Instagram to schedule posts. I, I, I mean, I don't know if it's like a theory, but most people believe using third-party software to post content can, can, uh, lower performance potential. I don't have that as like facts, but I just, and I, I think my logic would confirm that too though, you know? So, um, and then let's go, uh, Yeah, Jackie says because of accountability. Okay, Roderick, repurposing clips from the long form. Let's go! Behind the scenes clips. Great, I love that. You're saying you're going to leverage what you're already doing to post. I love it. Uh, Felix says the same thing. Ben says using AI. I think that's really good. Um, We're working on a resource that you can like jump to if like you just like really are— don't know what to make, what to create. We'll have some prompts to give. But guys, AI is available and well. Now, I, you know, I don't ever want to minimize the power of AI. I just have a tendency to do so because I'm such an artist. Like, I really you know, I've been creating content for a while, and, um, and so like a lot of times I feel like AI can make people who aren't good appear as good, which is fine. That's like, that's kind of the point. Um, but I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna put something out there, okay? Uh, because it's, it's kind of hard to replicate it. Um, and that is— okay, AI cannot make this vlog I did. Like, as far as, like, when I say make the vlog, I don't mean like actually edit the vlog. AI could have clip, you know, created clips out of a bunch of clips. What I mean is like how it resonates. My voiceover was, was very intentional. Me showing off my life, very intentional. Um, can Christian business owners, or should Christians have nice watches? That's most of my content. It's internal. And the reality is, is like the essence of who you are is what gets exposed online. And so my, my, always my thing to you guys is just like, get good. Like you get good by paying attention to what people are saying, like actually listening. That's why I love the skill of sales, because just me growing in my ability to sell has created a hyper-awareness in my conversations and hearing— like, you guys don't realize, um, you guys don't realize, like, when I'm, when I'm asking you a question and when you give me a response, I see so much more than the response. So when I ask, you know, how are you guys going to be consistent? And Michelle says, using tools. I could literally turn around, pull out my phone, and say, if you're using third-party tools to post online, stop. You guys see how like my brain works? Uh, Billy said, I will put a task on my calendar as to-do for each day to post on Instagram. Oh my goodness. Conversations into content. Check this out. If you want to be more consistent online, set daily reminders to show up online. This is something actually Neil, my friend Neil, does. He'll have a thing that says share on stories. So he'll literally pop up on stories and then just be like, hey, how's your guys' day going? Like, it's just to just show face. Remember, remember, remember, remember, the reason why we show up consistently, the reason why we send emails, the reason why we show our face every day on stories, the reason why we post 3 to 5 times a week on our feeds is not necessarily with the first priority for people to consume it. We don't send emails for people to click them. We don't post videos on YouTube for people to watch them. We don't upload on Instagram or TikTok for people to watch the content. We do it so people see our name and our face. Like, that's it. I only have one of my inboxes with notifications turned on. I don't even have Instagram notifications, by the way. If you do, I don't know how you live. Omar El Takrori, I said it here first. Omar El Takrori does not have notifications on Instagram. I would not be married right now. So when I see people's phone go off with their notifications, I'm literally like, how is this happening? But yeah, I get one of my inboxes gets push notifications and I'm just going to tell you the names that I see. The names I see with my— with my— I'm going to just— these names: Jerisha Hawk, Eileen Wilder, Catherine K., Russell Brunson, Maria Went, John Yushai. Like, these are These are just like personalities online. I'm— these are names. I just see their names. I don't click on their emails. So that's why we want to be consistent. Anyway, make a calendar. Yeah, the Content to Cash calendar. Let's go. Great. All right, well, awesome. All right, session 2, let's go. I know this was supposed to end You guys, if you guys got to go, you got to go, and that's fine. But we'll post a recording of this, and then we'll— let's go into the next session, shall we? Oh wait, I wanted you guys to share. Derek, did you want to share?
Sorry, I just think my hand was still up from before.
Okay, bet. Yeah, you're good. Arianne, are you on? Ari, Miss Monet.
I like, I like Monet. It is Ariane though. I've been in the chat. It's been saying Candace for the last few weeks. I just confirm because I was kind of late in here. Will we be getting like one-on-one time with you within this call?
One-on-one time? Why do you want one-on-one time? Or what made you think that? I just, I genuine question.
Yeah. So I mean, that was my understanding of this call is that everybody's going to be leaving with a 90-day blueprint.
Correct.
Oh yeah. I'm just, is that individually or we're—
No.
You're gonna continue?
No. Yeah, we're gonna continue. We have two more sessions. That is the 90-day blueprint. Now, as far as one-on-one goes, if you paid in full or financed the program, you get to decide when you want your interview captured, which the interview, you know, it could happen in person, it could be virtual, and the interview could be about anything. It could be used as a captured coach call. Apply to me. What's up?
That doesn't apply to me.
Yeah, so that, that was the, that was the one-on-one element in the group, but I, I do want to encourage you to, to extract from the group and yeah, ask questions.
Yeah, I would love to. Um, since that's not going to be the case, uh, can I read my bio to you that I just fine-tuned, I like to think.
Let's go.
Alright, bet. Appreciate it. Right now it says I help aspiring entrepreneurs become service leaders, monetize their purpose, and achieve well-being. I'm nervous though about that aspiring entrepreneurs. I mean, that is my target audience. But I also know what it's like to be an aspiring entrepreneur. The, you know, I don't know if my target audience is going to lead me to a high-ticket offering.
Yeah, great. Okay, so can you copy-paste it, put it in the chat so I can unpack it more? Okay, sir. What did you, what did you learn from me talking about the others? So like, you know, I went through a handful, right?
Yes, sir.
Justin Page, no wrong answer. What came to mind? Yeah.
I mean, I would like to be serving people that have money and that are in a certain space that are seeking healing, or they have a certain level of self-awareness to where they, they can participate in co-active coaching. Because that's a separate thing from the consulting services that I would provide for specifically to business owners. But what I got—
Yeah.
Was to elevate the language to reach, to match my target, like to match an audience that is sophisticated enough to see the value in what I'm offering.
Yep. Yeah, so great. I'm gonna give you a personal healthy assumption after being, after doing what I've been doing for as long as I have. Okay, and that is a healthy assumption is that most people aren't self-aware.
So I mean, right?
What?
You're right, most aren't. That's why they need the coaching.
No, I mean, yeah, exactly. And but, but you don't— like, it's our job as leaders to bring awareness to even the blind spots people don't even know they have. So that's why there's a, that's why I love compiling healthy assumptions about humanity. Like a healthy assumption about humanity is that most people to include ourselves are generally selfish.
Right?
No, I'm not Omar. No, I'm a servant. Okay. If you took a group photo at your friend's party and you looked at that photo, who are you looking at? You. Like, we're selfish. We're not choosing this group photo because you didn't smile in this photo, you know, like, so, so with, with that healthy assumption that come— that has your healthy assumption should always come from observations over time. And so yeah, so going to your bio, I help aspiring entrepreneurs become service leaders, monetize their purpose, and achieve wellbeing.
So, is that—
Yeah, I'll say something like that. Just the first things that come to mind. Is, I don't know, aspiring. Aspiring could be a high schooler. It could be a, it could be a kid. It could, you know, for all I know, Ruby's an aspiring content creator. She makes, she likes using my phone to make videos. So, so there's something about, and here's what I'm, I think I'm, because I'm like good at packaging. Like I almost feel like, would you say you're trying to help people who have a side hustle? Like, or, you know, like I help side hustlers move into full-time business entrepreneurship. I help side hustlers move into full-time entrepreneurship. That's like a very clear thing. Now, you know what's funny about that is, it's not funny, but when I say that, you know what I mean? What's interesting about that is to become a full-time entrepreneur, it would insinuate that you would be monetizing, you'd be making more money. It would insinuate that you yourself became good or better at what it was you were doing. And it would also insinuate that you would create a better product or better service or whatever, right? So I don't want to, trying to, you know, force something on you in this regard, but I'm just like getting your mind to think, okay. And the question I have is, do you have somebody you've helped like actually achieve that?
I have my first client. He just reached out just from my post and just me being me and the content I've made. I haven't been consistent, but semi-consistent. Um, and so he wants me to come. I actually am supposed to talk to him today, but he wants to start, uh, tomorrow. Um, he wants help with like—
you brought this up on last week's call, right? The same guy?
Yeah.
Okay. So, so here's what's cool. No. Yeah. Beautiful. But what's cool is it doesn't matter.
Okay.
Like, so, you know, like that's, hey, perception online is reality. Right. So in, in, in your case, you're gonna name it and claim it, right? So, so in this case, you're gonna claim that you help. It's like what you do now. Like we'll, we can unpack over time, like how, what the how is in that. But you, I mean, you, you, you will be posting content for the side hustler. And by the way, if you are in the middle of the thing you're wanting to be an expert in, This is, and so I'm speaking for the group. If you're in the middle and we're all, by the way, we're all in the middle of a journey.
Mm-hmm.
Just want everybody to know that. Like I would, I, I'm, I'm, I've become more of a business coach than I am a content coach. So like, but I, I mean, I've been, you know, I've, I've been coaching in content for a while now. It's evolving and I could see maybe 3, 5 years it becomes more life coach and I just work with very few people a year and I have a podcast and so, We're all in the middle of something. But if you are in the middle of the thing you want to be an expert in, there's nothing wrong with you being the experiment or the variable, right? Like that you're doc— it's called, it's like documenting. My friend Nolan Molt, who was also a creator on Think Media, when he went in, he was like, you know, documenting his journey to $100K.
Yeah, that's what I think.
Mm-hmm.
When you say, how do we want to do it? I was thinking, um, committing to like a morning routine slash night routine challenge where I'm showing the struggle of that. It's something I've thought about for a while and I feel like I need to do it. I've been afraid to kind of show myself in that regard cuz I know that I'm going to fall short. I'm not gonna be perfect every day, but what you said spoke to me along these lines of this call. And so that's why I decided to just do it, because I know rawness is going to get me more aligned to the people I'm trying to serve. And like you said, becoming that.
Yeah, 100%. Yeah. So yeah, you, you help. Yeah, you help people turn their side hustle into their main hustle, side business into their main business, you know? Um, so yeah. All right.
I appreciate it.
Heck yeah. All right, here we go. Next session. Uh, I wanna say, look, I'm, okay, I'm gonna do my best. I think, I think we can get outta here. We'll be done in within an hour, within an hour. So, uh, before 10, before 11:30. So this, and, and, and it all kind of just depends on like the flow of things. And I'll, I'll go more, I'll be more, um, cuz now, now we're, now we're, now we're stepping into more review. Uh, Jose, real quick. What, what's up? I'll wait. I'll go through the session too and then we can talk later. All right, bet. Thanks. All right, cool. Um, all right. All right. So, so this next session, session is just about lead magnets, right? So we had, you know, we, this is kind of like, and the, please, please don't miss when I'm trying to hand off a principle. So la, you know, the last hour and some we spent together was purely about digital real estate and just being, being aware of every opportunity that we have to, to get people to know who we are, right? The, the, um, in the Key Person of Influence book, he talks about like the, um, the pitch. If you, if you were in an, if you were in an elevator and somebody said, hey, what do you do? You literally have an opportunity to make money. And it's all predicated on what you say in that moment. If you sit on an airplane and they're like, hey, what do you do? Hopefully you say, what do you do? If you're, if you get good at, if you're good at sales, you wouldn't answer the question first because Guillermo is going to sit next to somebody on an airplane and that somebody's going to be like, hey, so what do you do? And you were like, I live in Vegas, but what do you do? I own a business. I own 5 liquor stores in Las Vegas. No way. Yeah. So I actually help business owners get their health back because a lot of the times they give all their energy, mental, physical to their businesses. And so that's what I help people do. Literally, I help people like you. Tell me more. Closed. Okay. Omar just said, okay, here we go. Lead magnet. Okay. This is how you move the right people from the platforms you post on into your world. So we want always, we always wanna be thinking how we do this. No one goes on social media thinking to give you money. So the goal is to always sell the next step. Some— write that down: sell the next step. Sell the next step. I practice what I preach, and I preach what I practice. This is the video department group. Whoops. Um, where we at? Right here. No, no, right here. That's the one with Omar's face. Here we go. Yeah, look, so this was like looking for founders, new offer. The goal is the next step. What's the next step? This is the next step. If you want to be a part of this first group as a founder, comment me below. That's the next step. And then after this next step is just another next step. Like that's, uh, and so all this is for, like, lead magnets are simply to get people from where they're at to the next step. And don't, as I always want to minimize what things are. Last call I did before this, it's like lead being like creating a lead magnet was this gnarly thing, but like, no, all a lead magnet is is just an asset. That somebody can use. And it, and it's like an asset that helps people with the problem they're facing. And that's all we do. All we do is solve problems for people and we just have a specific problem so that we solve. So, so this is something that I paid a lot of money to uncover and this is a constant tweaking. So the question is, what is your ascension or value ladder? What is your ascension or value ladder? Um, another way to look at this is like a funnel. Um, and Jackie's asking, what, what does it mean to exactly be a founder? You know, um, that's a great question. Being a founder, it's a word that I used to leverage an opportunity, right? So anytime you guys launch something new and you say like, hey, I'm looking for some founders here, I'm just gonna let you know, people love being a part of something new. Number 2, founder insinuates first. People love to be the first in something. And then also, I personally, uh, and I have to like keep my word on it, I won't charge what you guys paid to join this. It's going to be more. And so there was a level. And another— here's another one— founder also extends— you extend grace to me because you're a founder. Isn't that cool? So like, this is what I mean by you could sell it before it's ready. This is why I mean by, you know, the concept that you are getting, like even in your mind, you're getting a deal. 'Cause you're like, yeah, I like lock in a rate, you know, like, So that's what, like when I say founder, it's just being a part of the, the, the first group, you know, or the first test of an offer or, and not saying I shot myself in the foot cuz I'm, I'm, I'm fine, right? I am bleeding out. No, I'm just kidding. No, but when I sold my offer in December of 2022 for $2,000, one of the things that I connected to it was If you join me as a founder for $2,000, that will be your price every year, no matter how much I raise the price. So there are some people in the inner circle. Hey, oh, there are some people in the inner circle that every year they renew for $2,000. Now check this out. There's been a lot of people who don't renew. You're probably like, y'all, y'all crazy. I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I wanna share this. This is very important. And then I know exactly where I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go back into the value ladder. This is very important.
Okay.
The people who are founders in my program, in the Inner Circle, the program you're in, who paid $2,000 they have not won the most. Okay, I'm gonna— all right, check this out. Sometimes I try to like wonder if I should like use names and stuff, but I think, I think, I think I could use names this time. Okay, so check this out. The offer was if you join my program as a founder and you stay, your price to stay is $2,000 a year. If you leave, you have to come back in at the price it's at. There's psychology. This is psychology. Okay. For the people that have been in the program at $2,000 a year. They have not seen me in a different light. I mean, I'm just being straight up with you guys. I'm still Omar, the video guy, to them. So I've seen people who are founders pay other coaches to teach them the thing I've been teaching. Check this out, though. Matt Plummer, who did not renew, rejoined earlier this year for $17,000 or $19,000. And in 2 months, he had a $77,000 week. 2 months into the program, or 3 months. He was a, he was a founder. Pricing does a lot of the heavy lifting. Now, what's the difference? The difference is in the buy-in or the, look at this, the difference is in the value of the information being shared. So I've helped Matt, create, launch, and start his own challenge paid. I guess he had a challenge going, he was doing it for free, but giving him some handles. I've helped him make a hire, a full-time hire. Like, Matt's— I'm his business coach. But there are some people, you'll see, got you guys, you'll see them on the calls. You'll see them on the calls and they're still stuck at posting like a YouTube video and they're like, yo, you know, which like, of course I get that. Like, that's part of the— that's part of the program. I want you to show up, but this is why you don't have to— you don't have to do that. You can actually just like know your business, know what you're building, know your people, know your email list, know, and then like run a play and make money. So like You guys, you guys, it's psychological. Myron Golden has a million-dollar offer, and Macy from the Sales Girls bought that offer. I asked Macy, I asked Macy, what did you get? Or what did— whoa, what did Myron tell you? You know, like, she's like, nothing. It's the boss moves book. Myron, just, it's just the boss moves book. But Macy positioned herself with million-dollar ears. So remember when I told you, I made a video on the onboarding call that Sophie did. I said, I need you guys to have a $20K lens at everything. It's your job to extract the value from the information. I know, how to squeeze value. Like, I broke it down last week how I already got my ROI on Russell Brunson's Inner Circle. Like, game over. I'm chilling. I'm literally chilling. Not because, oh, Omar, you have so much money. No, that's not why. It's because I know how to— like, yeah, my lens and my ears can extract value. So I just, I mean, this is why when I say you, when you become a better buyer, you become a better seller. It's just, it just is what it is. Last thing I'll share, and I'm gonna get into this because this is so good, this is very important. My barber was like, dude, you've been watching those— he knows I like watches, you know— he's like, bro, you've been watching like internet, like YouTube, they're saying that even the watch companies are saying that the fake watches are becoming so good you can't even tell the difference. And I love that he brought this up because now I'm leveraging it to use for an opportunity like this. He's like, you could literally just buy a fake watch and yada yada yada. Now, you don't buy an authentic watch to have an authentic watch. You buy a real thing because you're paying for confidence. So like, of course, someone who would want— who gets the fake one got a fake Roli. And you're— and what is it gonna do? Yeah, it'll— yeah, if you, if you see it from a distance, you know, whatever, like Cool. But like, are you— did your posture change when you put it on? Yeah. When I got a Day-Date, which was not that long ago, I got it like 2 months ago. I got a Day-Date with 2 ruby diamonds in the— and it's a factory-set diamond. For me, like with both of my kids, their names mean red. And there's also like a— there's a prophetic meaning behind that, like a biblical meaning. So when I saw this like factory diamond-set Rolex that, you know, I was like, okay, I mean, this is kind of like the watch of the watches for me. But when I put that thing on, be careful where I show up. I'm just saying. So, so much of selling and buying, it's confidence. It is like you're paying for confidence. This is why I love Macy's message. And how her whole thing is about showing up, and how you show up, she puts on the earring. You guys don't even know, Macy was wearing blue and she was wearing big earrings because blue communicates safety and her earrings drew people to her. The reason why I wear hats, and by the way, I just wear glasses, it's not just my look, but I also wear glasses because I wear glasses. Glasses and hats, they draw people to look at your eyes. Rings communicate trust. So like, not only am I double downing on the psychological influential side of things, I'm also David Yurman, family-owned business, craftsmanship on jewelry, nice watch. Tom Ford glasses, even though I get them from eBay for like super discounted, like they're, I mean, they're real Tom Ford, but like, I just want you guys to know this is like, this is more, this is more than like the, you know, the thing. And I know this sounds, this could be new to a lot of you guys. It was new to me. It was so new to me. I'm gonna give you guys a, By the way, this is— I get so much out of YouTube videos because I know how to extract value. So I'll watch a video that has 200 views on it, and that thing, I know it, that video is worth so much money, but the person who made it doesn't know how to package it. That's why it's not getting the views. But what did I say at the beginning of this call? Or I might have said it in the last call, so sorry if I said that. But I can't control the context of the person that consumes my content. But I can control my context for when I consume other people's content. Good night. This is— I don't know what to do with what I just said. That was— that's— that alone. But I'm gonna show you. I mean, sales girls, Macy Myron. I hope she didn't take it down. Yep, yep, yep. Mm, Myron. Oh no. Dang, dude. All right, give me a second. This was such a valuable video and Macy took it down. I'm gonna get it for you guys. I'm gonna have to text— I'm gonna make a note, text Macy. So I'm gonna say that again. When you, you can't control the context which someone consumes your content. So why I don't gatekeep, I don't gatekeep on my podcast, I don't gatekeep on the challenge, I don't, I don't ever, I don't gatekeep, period, because I can't control the context somebody's consuming my content in. However, I can control the context I'm in to consume someone else's content. It's the same principle of like when art, you know, a lot of times people will see Art's camera setup. And they'll say, "Oh, Art, what do you guys use for your cameras?" Or like, "How do you film the podcast?" It's like, you don't get it. Well, I'm not saying you don't get it, obviously. They think that if they buy Art's setup, they will have Art's results. No. So he can, so, and here's a perfect example of what I mean. This is why I can give away my gear list for free that people paid $30,000 to get. 'Cause I can't control the context that somebody's in to get that. Now, I have had people come up to me at business conferences and say, "Hey Omar, I took your podcast list and I opened up a podcast studio and I just want to thank you for helping me start a business." Bro, what? From a lead magnet? You've given me $0. But I can't get, I mean, amazing. It's— if you can help people win at that level, let's go. But that only comes from the ability to be— and by the way, the foundation of what I'm talking about is having an abundant mindset. Like, if you think you can control all the stuff, like you can control what, you know, what you're sharing and all that stuff, like then I think it's gonna be hard for you, you know. Like, the people winning online with like really strong personal brands, you can just tell they're not holding back. You can just tell. Okay, so just kind of back to the funnel thing, or the value ladder. Like, as a business owner, the this should be pretty clear for you, right? So, and a lot of us have the same foundational— like, I mean, it's pretty, it's pretty foundational in essence as far as— right here. Okay, so Yeah, we can just call this free. So like, what all stuff do you offer that's free? You know, I got YT, and it's crazy because it's like, yeah, you don't— there's not an immediate return for really prioritizing this part, but as an overflow, as giving your most free value. Dang, I just had the craziest unlock. I'm going to run with this unlock. Dang. Okay, here's my unlock I just had, and this is what's so cool about creating and teaching is you get revelation even as you teach. This is wrong from Omar's side of things. From Russell's side of things, this makes sense. So what I'm gonna do is I'm literally— sorry. I'm going to flip it. How do I flip this? Invert. Image options. Hmm, well anyway, I'm gonna draw it. That's fine. So you said size and rotation. Yeah, but I mean, I mean like, I guess it's kind of like that. I mean like the other way around, but I guess for now I'll make it this. Dang, this is why we're winning. Okay, here we go. You're— are you saying like, am I— you're saying I'm almost there? Oh, okay, okay, let's see. This is so fun. You guys are like, bro, this is crazy. All right, what is it? No, that ain't it. No, I'm trying to flip this. I want this side over here and I want to go down, but it's okay, I will Yeah, that ain't it. LOL. You guys are like, bro, just, just stick to the podcast. All right, okay. No, the flipping of it is simply I spend majority of my time doing the free. This is like the part-time business model, and it's just a better visual. So yeah, my free stuff is my YouTube, the pod, lead magnets, which would include my masterclass, YouTube podcast. Yeah, that was just like content in general. What else do you do for free? Like, the reason why I want to flip this and I'm going to flip this is because I The thing you do for free should be the thing you spend the most time doing. Whoa. When it comes to building your online business, like, I get there's so much context here, right? But you guys would be surprised at how much mental effort energy, thought goes into the podcast. It's a— and here's what's funny, why I have leverage is because most entrepreneurs aren't willing because they think linearly with their time. They feel like they have to have a direct, immediate trade-off of their time. But you don't get these kinds of comments Well, actually, I'll just pull up the text message. So I texted Steven, who is— do you guys see my text message? You see it? Yeah, you do? Okay, cool. Steven, Steven, Steven, Steven, Steven, Steven, Steven, Steven. Alright, here we go. Texted Steven Blackburn. Like, you don't get comments like this by, by treating— like, treating it like it's free. This is the best podcast on paid ads I've ever watched to the very end. These two guys provided deep insights. The information here is pure gold. You guys are changing the way I'm thinking about strategies. I agree, Omar. This was the greatest podcast on paid ads. I was not prepared. I had to run it back, take notes this time. I feel like I should have been a paid subscriber to watch this. LOL. I had to pause and just say this free game right here. So much value. This video is pure gold. Thank you so much, Gold. Thank you. This video is so huge. Best freaking video. Of 2025. And I was just texting him like how it's working. Okay, you do. I— it's because I— it's because I care. Okay, so the next— now the next level is what's— what's the— and by the way, free, dude, I don't know. I mean, it's up to you, but free could also be discovery call. Right? I mean, that's the same lead magnet. You guys know it's the same thing, you know. But the next level, then we're talking like this is your value ladder. Listen up, people will invest in you if you provide more value than they give you later on. So what is this? And honestly, this could be low ticket. That's why I put LT, low ticket. So for me, this is the challenge. C2C, which introduces— you become, you become a customer in Omar's business at $97, at $197, and at $397. So, I mean, I, I, I think that here's the other thing. You, at this point, it could be a book, right? Like, you can have a self-published book, which is something I'm like actually working on, leveraging AI. I'm gonna create a— pretty excited about it. I'm gonna create a coffee table book for business owners that's going to leverage the conversations I've already had. I'm gonna use AI to write it and it's gonna be like Tools of the Titans. Tools of Titans with from the guy who wrote that book is Tim Ferriss, Tools of Titans. If you saw it, it's like he's interviewed high earners, billionaires, multimillionaires, CEOs that have had crazy exits. And he, he's asked them questions on their routines, their mindset, and all that stuff. So, but it's such a cool looking book. Everyone who has it, it's so noticeable. And I'm like, shoot, man, I got, I got literally everyone and their mom on my podcast. I should turn it into a, a thing. So that's low ticket, right? It could be a book and you could charge whatever for your book. I'll probably, I'll honestly probably charge $97 for my book. Because it'll be like coffee table high quality. But then also another, another book is just turning the Content to Cash Challenge into a book. So those are two books I'm working on right now, which by the way, write this down. I got this from Delphi, Delphi.ai, D-E-L-P-H.ai. You could take transcriptions and it'll turn your stuff. Or, um, Rod Earl, LT is just low ticket, low ticket. Um, delphi.ai helps. Oh, sorry. It helps you create a chatbot, a chatbot. So like if you're somebody who's doing meetings, I mean, man, some of you guys have been like having conversations, Zoom calls or whatever. Like you could turn all that stuff into a chatbot. And then so eventually you guys can just ask me a question at any point in the day, and if it doesn't give you the right answer— but I mean, I have 3 years of content, you know. So anyway, low ticket, low tick. Okay, so, so then The next, I mean, and I'm just, I'm obviously sharing mine, but I know your guys's like imaginations like going. So then this, this could be mid-ticket or high-ticket. And for the longest time, for me, it's literally just been the $19K or the $20K, literally from the challenge directly at $19K. But, but this— I mean, and I'm so glad, and not everyone has the luxury, but I'm so glad I was able to build— like, I had leverage to be able to build a high-ticket offer. And I think our job is to create leverage somewhere else. One reason why, when I say create leverage, I mean there should be something that allows you to sell your program without having to feel like you need the sale. Like, when— oh, I forgot to— I said the wrong thing the other day, or I don't know, the two killers of sales, right? It's, it's time. Two killers of sales, right? There's time and desperation. Time and desperation. I actually said time and speed like an idiot, I think, earlier on this call or the last call. Desperation will kill a sale if you need it. People don't need to know, but this is something I learned from Myron is— and by the way, he's at a, he's at a level, right? I get it, we all get it, like, but he genuinely can care less if you buy an offer. He literally, like, he literally moves on with it. He's gonna go golf. He didn't go back home. And so like I was able to give— I made a $100,000 offer on Friday to somebody. You know what's crazy is I didn't care whether they took it or not. This is the first time Art actually said he was proud of me. I think if I get— he's like, dude, because he was there. He's like, dude, I'm actually proud of you, bro. I was like, Did you just send me? No, I'm just kidding. He's like, he saw it. He saw me. Literally, I gave a $100,000 offer. So, so now, you know, because I've gotten some insight from Russell Brunson stuff, I mean, I do have a mid-ticket and it's this, it's this $100K a month mastermind, which, by the way, I want your guys' question because you guys are founders. Tell me which, which name you like better. Tell me which name you like better. Do you like 100K Month Mastermind or do you like One to Many Mastermind? Show me in the chat. Just 100K. 100K. Okay. Okay. Well, I'll keep it. Derek is out, is outvoted. You're right, Jackie, a lot of people won't understand the second. Yeah, no, I mean, that's a really good insight. All right, 100K it is. I just, like, I thought I, like, this is literally like my, like, we all create some from within. I just thought of like 12M being like the— notice how like my imagination was like, dude, everyone rocking like 12M gear. Because it's like one-to-many, which is like your business model, which is like the keys to the freedom. It's okay, you guys can wear stuff that says $100K too though. No, I'm just kidding. I mean, whatever. I just thought about— okay, mid-ticket. So, so this, you know, this offer is gonna be $10K, and then I have my inner circle, which is high ticket, which is then that's going to move to $25K. But this, this is a value ladder. This is a value ladder. So
