Good morning, YouTube! It's Thoughtful Thursday today. Today's shoulder day, but first, before we get shoulders, we're gonna get some breakfast, right, Coco? Let's go get some. You hungry? Yeah? Let's go get some breakfast. Let's go. Excuse us, Cleo. There you go, Cokes. Love yourself. So for breakfast, I'm gonna make a breakfast shake. Start off with half a cup of oats, a nice scoop of protein, some PBfit, about 2 tablespoons worth, some cinnamon, about a teaspoon of flaxseeds, teaspoon of chia seeds, 5 grams of unmarked creatine, some stevia, about a half cup of blueberries, half of a banana, cup of egg whites, everyone's favorite, the whole egg. A splash of almond milk, and finally some ice. So there you have your pre-workout power breakfast shake. About 840 calories, 66 grams of protein, 84 carbs, and about 20 fat. Now let's go grow these shoulders. Alright guys, we just got here now at the gym. We're gonna start off with rear delts first. We're gonna work our way around the shoulder. When it comes to shoulders, most people lack in the rear delts. People usually have prominent front delts because as men, we're always doing push-ups or we're doing any type of press movement, bench press, and we lack the rears. So we want to have a full rounded 3D shoulder. In order to do that, you want to start with the muscle group that is less dominant. So we're gonna start back here and we'll work our way around up to the front. All right, so we just finished up with rear delts right now. Like I said, we're going to work our way around the shoulder. You think about it, you break your shoulder into 4 different areas. You're going to go your rear, you're going to go lateral and rear, your front and lateral, and then your front anterior. We're going to hit side raises I did 5 sets of those, 200 reps, side raises. Now we're gonna move on to the front raises. Alright, so I just did my first set of front raises. I did a superset. I did a Y-raise, which hits that interior side delt at the same time. This little muscle right here. I superseded that with front raises. With your thumbs pointing forward, that puts more emphasis to your front delt. Having a good stretch, coming back, contraction. Alright, so Just finished up with front raises, making my way over to the military press for some front. Oh! What is recording too? Oh my God, I hate myself. Okay, we're wrapping up the video here, right? All right guys, that was my regular shoulder days. Remember, sometimes you don't want to start with the prominent muscle. Instead, work on the muscle that's lacking. Start there, get that blood flow into that specific muscle group, and then work your way towards that dominant aspect. Remember, like I said, for me it was rear delts. I worked my way around my shoulder into my front. If you have any further questions, comments, comment down below.
