Do you love your team? Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach. Freedom Friday Focus on Valentine's Day 2020. And I just want you to think about this for a moment. We send flowers, we get cards for our loved ones and different things on a day like today. But I want you to think about yourself. Do you love the growth that you're performing as a leader and as somebody who inspires your team that helps them grow? That I want you to think back to when you first started your business or you took on the career that you have today. The excitement, the butterflies, if you will, that you had before that first day. What has happened to that? Where has it gone? Or do you wake up, fired up, ready to jump out of bed and go take on the world every single day? I'm shooting this for you today from San Diego, California, where I was born. And I love the ocean that's behind me. I love the energy that it brings. I love what it represents of new, like, newborn things and the growth and the all the different amazing things that it represents. What about your company? Does it represent the growth that you'd once desired it to do? Are you fascinated with the team that comes in? Do you look forward to going in and having conversations and learning? Are you investing in your people and training them so they can continue to grow and get better? Or is it just going through the motions? Maybe today it's time to send yourself a little Valentine's love and get back to what got you to where you are. Because what we know is what got you here will not get you to where you want to go.
