Do you value structure in your life, in your business? What about freedom? Kenny Chapman, the blue collar coach, Freedom Friday Focus. I want you to think about structure in your life. You might be like me as a driven thought leader, as a driven entrepreneur, my number one value in life is freedom. Because I want the opportunity to create the life that I desire, create the business that I want to create, to play with the team that I want, to play the game with, all those different types of things. Therefore, I desire freedom. Now when you start talking about business complexity, free friction that blocks scalability in your own company, you start looking and going, well, wait a minute, I want to get up and do what I want to do when I want to do it, with who I want to do it every single day, right? I get this, but I want to challenge that for you and I want you to learn from some of the growth that I've gone through where when you give up a little bit of your calendar to your team, when you start creating more structure in your life, you actually create more freedom. When you start to create the structure that here's my time for me to go think, your team responds accordingly. That structure therefore gives you freedom. If you value how your health and your mindset, your energy, a certain time of the day, you're going to go to the gym, you're going to do yoga, you're going to do whatever it is that feeds your mind and that self care. Now you block that time through structure and ultimately that creates freedom. This is true with your break even, this is true with your marketing plan. This is true with so many things in your business, your team member plan, increase your structure, increase your freedom until we talk. Make it a better than fantastic day. We'll see you real soon.
