Kenny Chapman (the "blue collar coach") delivers a short Freedom Friday Focus vlog about recognizing and using an "I've had it" moment to trigger meaningful change. Drawing on lessons from Les Brown and personal experience touring 14 cities in five months, Chapman urges viewers to identify the thermostat/trigger point that compels them to change (examples: relationships, self-care, weight, finances, business leadership) and to shift from asking for what they need to asking for what they really want.

Hey, my friends, Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach, coming to you with this week's Freedom Friday Focus. Now, I want you to think about this, the I've had it moment that Les Brown taught me. Today. I'm writing in the column about when is enough going to be enough, my friend, you know those moments that you've had enough of, whatever it is. I had the amazing chance to travel with Les Brown. I did 14 cities in five months with this amazing speaker, amazing human being, and he used to teach this concept. You know, most of us need to get to a place where we've had an I' had it moment. I've had it with the way that my relationship works. I've had it with the way that I treat myself. I've had it with the way my finances operate. I've had it with the way my business functions. I've had it with the way that I lead my team, whatever that is. Now, let's be careful we don't go into an I've had it moment and start kicking our own backside because we suck and we're terrible and all that. No, rather we go, you know what? I've had it. Enough is enough, and it's time for me to play a better game. It's time for me to embrace the things that really serve me. Now, here's the challenge. All of us have had that man. Enough is enough, and I've had it. Here's what I know. If you think about your goal weight right now and now I think. Now think about, what's that target weight? Where do you like? Yeah, I'm good at this. Sometimes people, It's a range 3, 5 pounds. Whatever. Whatever your kind of goal ideal weight is. I want you to think about that number. Now I want you to think about, what is that? What's your actual weight right now? Here's reality. There's a really good chance that you are not at your ideal weight, but you are less than 20 pounds over that ideal weight. Most people aren't. They don't get over £20. If you're watching this and paying attention to great information, however, it doesn't matter if you're over. The point is that there's a societal barometer. If you were, if you will, society says it's okay to be 20 pounds overweight, and many of us just embrace that. It's. It's about your thermometer. It's about when that or that thermostat hits and goes. You know what? Here's my trigger point. I've had it. Enough is enough. Now you find the change. Now you find the momentum. The key is to lower those things down. I was at Genius Network this weekend. One of my mentors, Dan Sullivan, speaks about the fact that you get what you ask for in life. The problem is most of us ask for what we need, not what we really want. Stop justifying what you want. I've had it with where I'm at. I want to move forward. I don't care if you make seven figures a year and you're like, I've had it. I want to make eight figures. I don't care if you make $50 a month and you're like, you know what? I've had it. That's enough. I don't care if you make $2 million a year and your life sucks and you're living on caffeine and donuts and you're like, I've had it. I want to make less money and have quality life. Whatever that is for you. Find your I've had it moment. I don't have it for you, but you've got it within you. Until we talk. Make it a better than fantastic Freedom Friday. Cheers, everybody.
