Chapters
As authors, speakers on stages to share about their programs, products, and services so that they can connect with audiences and talk about what they're up to in the world. And that's a passion of mine. I just, I. I would love for more people to be able to get on the stage and share what they're passionate about. You all have magic inside you to help other people make positive shifts in their world. And the more we can get that out to other people, the better for humanity at large. So we're not thinking small here, we're thinking big. This is the positive shifts pre call. This is for our speakers who are speaking on positive shifts. I'm going to talk about what happens before, during, and after the summit. I'm going to be talking about when you need to be there and when you don't. Of course, you're welcome to be there the entire time. I recommend getting your early bird tickets. Vip. Everybody should be grabbing the VIP tickets right now because you can still get them for the early bird price, which is $79. And you should always be able to get any VIP ticket on any event that you actually speak on. You should always buy the vip. That way you get access to all the recordings, plus all the bonuses, plus all the gifts, and you actually see what the. The people see when they upgrade to vip. So you see all the emails that. So if anybody emails you and they're like, hey, I signed up for your summit to see you speak, but I didn't get any of the emails. You have everything they need. You are getting it because you signed up. You're a VIP and you are registered for the event. Okay, does anybody. Does anybody have any pre questions like, I don't know what positive shifts is? I may be on the wrong call. I'm totally confused. Vivian.
Hi.
Thank you.
Need to unmute myself. One question regarding getting a copy of our video. If we've purchased VIP and we're speaking, but we've purchased vip, do we also need to go ahead and buy our. The $50 copy of our video? Is that something then that we can download versus just replay?
Oh, nope, it's just a replay. But there is a way you can get it without paying anything. You can get 50 signups for this event. So anybody who gets 50 signups for this event, we will gift you, as my gift to you, a copy of your MP4. That is your actual video where you can slice it and dice it and change it and put it to places, different places, to make sure that people can have it. So if you Want a copy of your video, then we will sell that to you for $50. Or you can have it with our compliments. If you get 50 signups as well, it is not included as part of the VIP package.
Right. And how do we go in case we don't get to that number of signets, how do we go about purchasing it?
So what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to put a link in the chat where you can buy it, and if you get it and then you get 50 signups, we will happily and graciously refund your $50.
Awesome. Thank you.
I would rather you get 50 signups than 50 than pay $50, but either way, we will. We would love for you guys to grab your m. Okay, great. If my team could please put a link in the chat for you to be able to buy the video, that would be great. And also, we actually recommend going to your own affiliate link and buying your VIP ticket, because then you will get credit for that purchase. All right, so that's. You actually get it for a discount off of the $79. You will pay $79, but then you'll get an affiliate commission on it. So you'll get some money back. And you'll be getting it at even cheaper than the. I mean, when you add the money together, you'll get it even cheaper than the $79 early bird fee. All right, so for this summit, all of you paid a $49 admin fee and a $200 deposit. That deposit is fully refundable as long as you achieve three things. Number one, you have to show up live for your live talk. You have to show up live for your live talk. Everybody get that? Okay? Sometimes people don't. In fact, on the last two summits, we had people that just didn't show up, and they lost their deposit. We make our summits based on a win. Win. Win methodology has to be a win for you, a win for us, and a win for our audience. When you no show our audience and they were expecting to hear your juicy goodness, it is not a win for us, and it is not a win for them. And really, it's not a win for you either. So make sure that you show up live for your live talk. That's number one. Number two, you got to get your minimum number of signups. The minimum number of signups. If we could put that in the chat, that would be great. I don't remember because all of my summits have different numbers. I know that none of them are as high as my entrepreneur's rocket fuel, which is 35, but I believe this one is 25. It could be 20. All right. It's 20 signups. Awesome. So you got to get your minimum of 20 sign ups. Now, if you have a big list. Awesome. You can mail your list once, maybe twice. No big deal. If you have a small list, maybe you mail it three or four times. That's fine. Or you reach out to people as direct messages. You can reach out to them on Facebook or on WhatsApp. And just if you're in any groups, it works really well to say, hey, I'm speaking on Kimberly's Positive Shift Summit on Wednesday. I would love to have you come and support me by signing up here on this free link. The tickets do not cost anything. Although if they do upgrade to be vip, you get paid. All right. Totally awesome opportunity. So I have even better news for all of you who are here. And you're like, okay, I paid my 200. I'm gonna get that back. That's awesome. Paid my 49. That's an admin fee. I'm not going to get that back. I am going to give all of you a chance to get a credit for that $49. You can get a credit for the 49. We have a gift giveaway coming up June 1st through 15th. It's called the Positive Shifts Toolkit giveaway. All right. So your gift can be included in this giveaway. It's $197 to sign up. I will give all of you a 49 credit to sign up if you want to join that giveaway. So it'll be 150 bucks or something like that if you want to do it. So I hope that's good news for everybody. Can I get some thumbs up? Like, yay, credits. We all like credits. That's awesome. All right, so it could cost nothing to be on this summit if you would like to do that. If you want to go into the giveaway, my team is. I surprise them with that. So they are very busily creating a coupon code for you to The Positive Shifts giveaway. That's happening again June 1st through 15th. You can advertise three times anytime in there. There is no minimum number of signups that require. All you need to do is you need to pay your fee. There are three levels that you can pay. There's elite, gold, and platinum, I think. And if you would like to join one of those. And the differences are, like, you get to be on Facebook's lives with me and some Other stuff, I don't want to get too deep into that, but I do want to make you available, aware that you all just got a gift from me. All right. Credit gift. All right, awesome. So we're going to talk about what happens before, during. Oh, we didn't say the three things. The three things are you got to show up live, you got to get your 20 sign ups and you can't break the rules. So my rules are that you cannot sell unless you've paid for a selling spot. Karen, you and I need to get on the phone later to figure out what you bought. But you actually bought a selling spot. I don't think you actually wanted to do that. So there is one selling spot available. If you guys want to upgrade to a selling spot, it's $500. If you'd like to upgrade and actually sell. If you sell. Basically I. Come on, I announce that you're here. I will be an interview host if you want me to. Or you can take over and you can use PowerPoint and you can do whatever you want and. And ideally you are just selling to the audience. All right. And you, you would just have an affiliate link that you drop at the end and you hands off like you guys have a good time selling, make a lot of money and that way we both make a lot of money and it's a lot of fun. So if you are not have not purchased a $500 selling spot, then what you can give away is a gift and a VIP gift to our VIPs. So the gift is going to be dropped for you at the end of the talk. The VIP gift is going to be announced, but it won't, the link will not be drop the chat because it only goes out to our VIPs. You are not required to give a VIP gift. We're going to talk about what makes a good VIP gift and a good gift at the end. But right now we're going to just talk about what you need to do before. So before the summit you need to get our your headshot and your gift information, whether it's VIP or the freebie to our folks. Actually Mercy's on here. Mercy, if you would put a note in for anybody that has not given us everything that they need to give us. I know there's a couple of people that are not on the website yet and if that's you, we need to get your headshot, your top title, your gift information and your VIP gift information if you're giving one. Okay. Most of you, I think that I See, have done that already. But if you haven't.
How do we put the selling link in the list? Selling link.
You've upgraded to a selling spot. Awesome. Sally, if you've upgraded to a selling spot, fantastic. Basically I will come on and then that I'll turn it over to you. You'll be a co host, you can share your screen, you can do whatever you like during the event. You have that 25 minute spot end to end. I'll come back in right at the end to sign everybody off and say, up next we have this person or we can do it interview style. So the choice is yours. If you have a presentation that you want to deliver and you just want to go and run with it, that's totally fine. Once you've upgraded to a selling spot, interview style is fun. Awesome. I will be there to support you 100%. So I will be there and then at the end we will make sure that at the very beginning in the green room, we'll make sure we have your link and then we'll test it, make sure it works and then we'll go from there. All right. We'll take great care of you. Sally. Thank you for upgrading to our other selling spot. You're awesome.
Thank you.
Okay, great. Let's see.
The.
Actually is, Sally, you do not have to send submit questions. I'm going to answer all that about what happens during the event. Yours is a little bit unique because it's. Since you paid for a selling spot, you get a chance to really run it so that you make the most sales possible. I will still be there to interview you and support you. Um, but I. And you can give me questions if you want. I do not take questions usually, but in a selling spot I would take questions if you want me to ask something specific. All right. So before the summit, you pay your fee, you give us your information and then you start promoting. So we're going to go ahead and put a link in the chat for where you can find your affiliate links and swipe Copy. Swipe copy are example emails that you can send out to your email list. We also give you JPEGs and images that you can use to post on Facebook with your affiliate link, etc. I think we have a couple of different ones. I don't know, I don't actually do them. My team is amazing and they handle all that. But we will put a link. Can we put the link in the chat box for the. There we go. You guys are awesome. Totally on it. So there's your affiliate Links where you can find them if you don't know where yours is and swipe, copy. And then if you. Then you're going to start promoting right? Right now, if you haven't already. We have 10 people on our leaderboard very early. We're doing a great job of promoting already. So if you're on the leaderboard, pat yourself on the back. You're going to win some prizes if you stay toward the top. That's awesome. We have some great prizes on the leaderboard that are going to be phenomenal. So let's play in a big way together and get a lot of folks to this amazing summit. Um, again, you do not have to hit your list 140,000 times. We don't care how big your list is. But the more you promote, the more you can potentially make. Because when those people convert to vip, you're going to get paid. So you can definitely become profitable. I've had many, many speakers that well out earned what their fees were just by promoting a summit because they're getting commissions and commissions and commissions when those people upgrade to vip. Right?
So that's what happens before the summit, during the summit. Oh, one thing that you can do is click your affiliate link when you're buying your vip. Just check your details, make sure they're right. If you have any problems, you're going to email our support team and that's supportpeakersplayhouse.com you'll email support speakersplayhouse.com you'll say, you know, I don't see me on the website or maybe my talk title is wrong or something like that. Just email our support team. We'll get it fixed for you. We do have coverage on our support line 247 at this point, so it's just a matter of having them make sure that they're finishing the other questions before they get to yours. But they're pretty quick in response right now. So if you are have any questions, you can email our support line. If you don't know how many signups you have, you can email our support line if you mercy. Can they see their signups? Is there a way for them to see their signups or do they have to email us to see how many signups they have?
Thank you, Cheryl. My support team is amazing. I love it. We'll find out about that in just a second. But if you have any questions and you don't know how many signups you have, you can email our support team and they can either tell you or tell you how you can Find it.
All right.
You can email them. Perfect.
Let's see. So before the summit, you're going to promote as much as possible and then the stay of the summit happens. Do you have to be there the whole day? No, you do not have to be there the whole day. You need to be there during your talk. That's the number one time you need to be there. Also important is the kickoff call. The kickoff call is the very first call of the day. And the reason why that's important is because we will probably mention your name. We'll probably say you're going to be speaking at this particular time and you can be like, I'm super looking forward to it. Right. In the chat so people know that you're there and you can start interacting with the audience.
A very important call to be on, a very important session to be on is the wrap up call. You all want to be on the wrap up call. You all just bought your VIP tickets. Fantastic. You're going to get the replay of the wrap up call. What happens in the wrap up call? In the wrap up call, we ask all of the attendees to come on and raise their hand and come to the mic and share their gratitudes and takeaways and comment on any particular speaker that made a difference in their life. So you're going to have people come on and they're going to be like, oh, my gosh. When Jay Luman dropped her eight points, I was like, oh, my gosh. I'm taking notes as fast as I can. And when Sherelle Morris talked, I was right there with her. I was just like, she was, she was amazing and I loved it. And when Karen hall dropped her tidbits, I was marking those down. And then when Vivian came on, I was like, man, she's so right. I need to be doing more of that. Right. So they're going to give you comments and and positive reinforcement. It's one of the most powerful parts of our summits for our speakers and for our attendees because they get a chance to participate. Right. The wrap up call is the last call of the day. Right now it is scheduled for 5pm Pacific. 5pm Pacific. It probably will not change, but keep your eyes peeled in case it does. Sometimes we have things that happen at the last minute and so it will not be earlier, it may be later. Do not run late. But sometimes we add speakers at the end of the day, things happen and sometimes that happens. But right now it looks like it's going to be at 5pm Pacific. Right? So make sure Block your calendar. If you're in the uk, set an alarm. You're going to want to be there when people announce, oh my gosh, so and so made such a difference in my life and you're not there to hear it. It's such a shame because when somebody calls your name out, you get to respond to them like, oh my gosh. Thank you so much for those very kind comments, Sally. That was cool. Awesome. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Right. And you get to interact back with them. It is also a huge opportunity for you to talk, talk to our audience one more time if we have time. At the end, I will call all the speakers to the mic one more time and you all can share one small thing that people can do to take action on your talk. This is not a time to pitch. It's not a time to grandstand. It's not a time to remind them to grab your downloadable. It's just something from your talk that they can do in the next seven to actually take action moving forward on what you suggested. All right, so some examples of that are. If it's about. If your talk is about mindfulness, I have two good suggestions. We had one speaker who talked about mindfulness and she said, before you get out of bed tomorrow, think of three things that you want to accomplish just for you by the end of the day, not somebody else's stuff just for you. What three things do you want to accomplish just for you? And before your feet hit the floor, make sure you've selected those three things. All right, so that was a great suggestion, right? It's not pitching anything. It's just about mindfulness, like about me. Right. Another lady talked about self care. This is really good. I still do this one. She said, the next time you use the restroom, I, I know that you all are very busy, very busy people. We all have a lot of on our plates, but self care is super important. And I know that none of you think you have no time for self care. So the next time you use the restroom, after you wash your hands, I want you to take a minute to apply lotion and give yourself a hand massage. It's one of the best, easiest forms of self care that you can give yourself and nobody can blame you for taking time to do it. I was like, oh my God, that's great because you're alone in the restroom. Totally true. Right? Nobody's like, but mom, I need this and blah, blah, blah. Nobody can do that. You're in the restroom. Right? Totally awesome. So that's the kind of thing that you can do. So you get your speaking spot and then at the end you want to be there for the wrap up call that starts at 5pm Pacific and you'll be able to address the audience one more time. Plus you can share your takeaways and gratitudes from the event. So even though you're not required to be on anybody else's talk, we recommend that you spend the day with us. We would love to have you spend the day with us, right, and listen to some of the other speakers so that you can come on and say, oh my gosh, when Deanne Randu told her story and about dying and coming back to life, I was riveted. It was absolutely fantastic. Right, so you can enforce that. Other speakers did a great job as well. And then you have a chance to be on the mic and then during their talks you can actually type things in the chat. Now here's the thing. As a speaker, you're speaking to me or one of your interview posts, right? So you're doing an interview with our interview host. And in that interview you're just talking to the interview host. You're engaging the people in the chat and I'll describe how to do that. But you're engaging people in the chat, but you're not reading all their comments. The interview host is reading the comments and bringing them to you. But when you are watching somebody else's talk, you can type things in the chat like wow, that's a really great point. Or oh, I hadn't thought of that. Or oh my gosh, that's totally true. I put that, you know, like I believe that I wrote a book about that kind of thing. Whatever you want to do in order to type or ask a question of somebody, you know, like is it true that blah, blah, blah, right? Go ahead and put things in the chat when you're doing that, that you're actually building community with the other people that are in the chat. They're watching your positive comments and they're starting to build their know, like and trust with you. Okay, so you are not required to be on the whole day, but we would encourage you to be there for many of the talks so that you can participate as a full participant as well. All right, so before the event you're going to promote, you're going to give us your information, you're going to promote. And then during the event you have to be there during your talk and then ideally on the kickoff call and definitely on the wrap up call and then as much as you deem necessary or important or fun during the rest of the day. Okay, so next we're going to talk about what happens on your actual talk. I'm going to give you a breakdown of how it goes. A lot of people ask me, should I give you questions beforehand? No, we do not take questions beforehand. We are going to have a natural, comfortable conversation about your topic. All right? If you have three main points or six pillars or five mistakes or seven secrets, we're going to make sure that you get through all of your seven, but we are going to just ask natural questions along the way. Does that make sense? Okay, cool. All right, so we're going to talk about what happens during your talk. Before we do, does anybody have any questions about promoting affiliate links when they need to be there? Anything before the summit actually happens? Before your talk actually happens? Any questions?
Yeah. Yes, Kimberly.
HI. For the UK.
The 5pm will be one o' clock in the morning and I've got to go to a funeral the same day next day. So I'll do my best to stay up but I need to be alert because I'm taking part in this, in the service and, and everything. But if I can't make it, it'll be, won't be great. But I'll do my.
Yeah, absolutely. Just make sure you get the wrap up call of the vip so you'll have a recording of the wrap up call so you can hear what was said about your gorgeousness. And it's Sheila, is that correct, Sheila?
Yes.
Okay, perfect. Sheila was clever enough to send me a recording of how you pronounce her name. So great job.
All right, so yes, if you have to miss it for a funeral, absolutely. I mean that's a, of course you don't want to, you know, be not there for your family. Family comes first. But if you have, if you have the ability to be there, it is very endearing. It's really powerful to be able to hear those comments live. Jay.
Hi, Kimberly. Hey.
Is there a schedule so we know.
What time our talk is scheduled? Oh, you should all know what your time, what time you are speaking right now. You can email our support team or just message them in the chat. You can message Mercy or Troy in the chat and they can get you your time. But yes, all the times have been specified. They, we do have a full lineup. We have three, three tracks. So during the event, these attendees will be able to hear any of three speakers at any given time. This summit went gangbusters. We actually sold out three times and we had to open new spots. So it was super fun. We are fully sold out. There's no more spots. If people want to get on it, they have to get on the next one. But yes, the OH sheet with a schedule and zoom links will be sent out today. Awesome. Okay, great. But they should have their own talk time. Can you make sure Jay knows her talk time? That would be great. Cool. Okay, we are going to talk about what happens during your interview. So if we could put the interview process link in the chat, that would be great. And then I am going to walk you through it and we will.
We will make sure that you guys understand what happens during your actual talk. So for the rest of the, for those of you who are like, how much longer is this going to last? It usually lasts about 90 minutes. We will talk next about what happens during your talk. Then I'll talk about what happens after the event. And then we will talk about what makes a great VIP gift. If you don't have one, you probably do. You just didn't know it. What makes a great downloadable a lead magnet list builder and what may and what works and what doesn't kind of thing. And then I will make time for Q and A on all of this during the event. Okay, so that's just a little agenda.
Okay. So if you click that link, you're going to see a nice purple sheet come up and I will share it on my screen for a briefly, but then I'll just talk you guys through it. So this is the page that you guys are going to see and it's what happens during our interview process. You guys can have this. This is what we use for all of our summits and it is based on the fact that I've conducted over 100 summits with thousands and thousands of speakers. This is not my first rodeo. This is what works to get the most people engaged in your talk and clicking on your link at the end of your talk. Right. We want it to be a win for everybody and we want it to be a win for you. Our summits get really good response from our audience because of the way that we structured it. And that's what we want for you. All right, so what happens during this summit interview? What are you going to do to me, Kimberly? Well, here's what happens. Our summits are unique and follow a formula designed with a win, win, win approach. We want it to be win for the audience, win for the summit host, and a win for the speakers. With that in mind, our summits are typically very interactive, held Live interview style over zoom with a global reach. Interview spots are 25 minutes end to end. They're held every half hour with a five minute break in between sessions. We do not go late. We are on time. All right? If the wrap up call moves forward, it is not because the talks were late, it is because we added talks. We stick to that 25 minute schedule very, very tightly. You will have an interview host and a tech host in the session with you. The interview host will be on the screen with you directing the session and the tech host will be monitoring the chat and answering questions, handling any technical issues during session. They will also drop your link at the end of your talk for you. All right, so everybody hold up five fingers like this.
Five fingers. All right? Five minutes before your talk begins, join the Zoom call. You're going to enter a green room, which is a private room, for it's not actually green. They just call it green room and theater. For it's the same zoom room, same zoom call. Okay? But it'll be a private zoom room for you, the interview host and the tech host to chat before the beginning of the session. No attendees will be able to hear your discussion during this time and your interview host can answer any final questions you have. The recording has not started yet. Right. We're going to verify your name and how to pronounce it. So, Sheila, I'll make sure that I say it correctly before we go live. That'll be our one last chance to make sure we say it correctly. Then we're going to verify your talk title, your gift, your downloadable. All right, we're going to verify your VIP gift. Oh, we'll verify your gift and then we'll also drop the link in the chat for your gift so you can check it one more time to make sure that it works. All right? If it doesn't work, this is not our first rodeo. We have workarounds. All right? We can definitely make it work. So if it breaks, tech breaks. My tech breaks from time to time. Right? Tech breaks. If it breaks. We actually have a very easy workaround where we say if it doesn't work for you, you just email our support line and we will make sure to get you Sally's link. All right? Make sure to get you her gift. So don't panic about it. But it's one last chance to make sure that it works. Or if it doesn't work and you can get it to us really fast and fix it really fast, that's your last chance to do that. Then we're going to verify the title of your VIP gift if you're giving one. But we won't actually verify the link because that's not used during the summit. We give it only to our VIPs after the summit, when it's time for the interview to begin, interview host will make sure that you're ready. And then we will go live. The tech host will admit the attendees and the recording will automatically begin. And it will say, welcome back to the Positive Shift Summit. Your host for this session is Kimberly Crowd. Kimberly is the founder of entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel and a co host of Speakers Playhouse. And she's got another amazing guest coming right up. Welcome to the program. Take it away, Kimberly. Okay, so that's what it'll say. There'll be some music behind it. And then the interview host, whoever that is. We have five interview hosts on this one. I believe the interview host will welcome you to the show. So we're super glad to have you here. Let's see, I'll play with Kathy Baldwin. Super glad to have you here, Kathy. Welcome to the show. And Kathy will say, super glad to be here. And we'll say, we're delighted that you're here. Thanks for carbon time out of your day. But. And we're going to get into this topic. You're going to be speaking to us about the 10 things we got to do every time we go to the zoo. But before we get to it, can you tell us how we became how you became an expert in this particular area? And then you're going to tell your why story. All right. You're going to share. Kathy will say, well, I was a foster kid, and when my foster parents did take me to the zoo, they always missed the elephants or the flamingos. And so I made a handy dandy list of 10 things you have to see every time you go to the zoo. And we'll say, okay, great, let's get into it. And she'll say, all right. Before we do, maybe she'll say, tell me your favorite zoo animal, everybody. Put your favorite zoo animal in the chat. You guys can play along. Put your favorite zoo animal in the chat. What zoo animals do you all like? We'll make sure that they're on our list of 10 things. Let me know what your favorite zoo animal is. Mim says, hi, Mim. Mim says polar bear. Let's see. Leah says orangutan. Kathy says lions. Amy says giraffes and elephants. That's two. I'll give you two, Amy. Adrian says panda. Risa says monkey Karen says Giraffe Shiloh also likes monkeys. The reason I'm doing this, and you can do this as well, you can put a 1 in the chat or you can ask them a one word answer in the chat. Something small, something short. The reason that we do this is because the people are like, oh, I got to play. And she called my name. It's like romper Room, like, where they're like, I see you. Right? It's. And people love hearing their own name. They realize that they're making, that they're, that they're contributing, and it's really, really powerful. So you might ask a question. You don't have to ask it right off, but you might ask a question of the people in the chat to make it interactive. All right? Then the interview host will get into the topic. All right, what's animal number one on your list? Oh, it's elephants, blah, blah. And you'll start talking about it, and then somebody will put a thing in the chat. That's a question. Now, we don't want you to read it. We don't want you to go down and read it. Your interview host will actually read all the chat for you and they will bring things to you that are helpful or glorify you in some way. So we would say, okay, well, Sally Reed has a question for you, Kathy. Her question is, would you rather have. Would you. Should we be eating buttered popcorn or kettle corn when we go to the zoo? And Kathy will say.
Butter, butter. Obviously, butter. Butter is the best. Right? Whatever you say. We are going to support you 100%. We're not going to be like, well, I like, you know, we won't do that. We're here to support you and make you look amazing because you are. You're the expert and we're going to lean into whatever you say. All right? So if there's a question, we will bring it to you. Now, if there's a question in there that sabotages you, we will not bring it to you. If there's something in there that says, I don't believe in zoos, Zoos are horrible. They should let all those animals out and put the land back to nature or whatever, right? We will just skip right over that and we will move forward and only bring you things that glorify you. Which brings me to a really important point. Everybody that speaks should save their own chat. You should remember to save your chat at the end because there might be comments in there that you didn't see that you want to see. There might Be personal things that people sent to you privately. We don't even see those. Right. So you want to save your own chat during your talk. Save early, save often. Make sure you save your chat. Right, because there might be something and you might reach out to that person and say, I heard that you don't like zoos and I'd love to talk to you about that. Let's get on the phone and chat about it. Right, Whatever you want to do. But if there are comments in there that we haven't brought to you, you may want to address those directly. Exactly. All right.
We encourage you to engage. You know, put a one in the chat. Put heck yes in the chat, something like that. So you can see it. Scroll by, but don't read the paragraphs. If you do, it looks like this. Holly says, thank you. Mercy. Is that the time I had, but wanted to double check with PS and you may be reading something that doesn't even pertain to you. Right. It could be. Hey, I don't know what that last. That last speaker's gift was. Can I get it from you guys? It may. It just may be something totally unrelated. So we don't bother to read the chat during your talk. Just talk to the interview host. All right, as time winds down at 20 minutes after your talk time was supposed to start.
You will start on time. One minute late is late. Two minutes late is very late. Right. So we do start on time.
20 minutes in, we will move to your gift. We're going to be like, okay, great. So this has been fantastic. We will try to get through all your things. So if you tell us right up front, I have seven points that I need to make. Okay, great. If you're on point number three, we're going to start hurrying you along around 18 minutes. Right? All right. You got to get to these other points. We're going to make sure we get the whole methodology out. So we'll be moving you along, just keeping an eye on the time. But then at 20 minutes after, we're going to move to your downloadable. So we'll say, rumor has it, Kathy, that you have a gift for our whole audience, which will say, yep, it's the five things to pack in your picnic basket when you go to the zoo. Oh, my gosh. Fantastic. We're going to put the link in the chat right now. When you guys click on that link to get those five things and you successfully got it, could you put got it in the chat box? Put got it in the chat box. So we know the link Worked for you. Now we already know the link worked, ladies and gentlemen, because we tested it in the chat box beforehand. Right. This is for them to actually take action. We are reminding them to do it right now. We want them to do it and then put got it in the chat box. That way more people grab your link. If they don't, if we don't do this, then it's fine. Your link's still in there and people might grab it, but they might also decide to save the chat and think that they're going to go back and grab it later and then they don't. We give them lots of opportunities to grab your gift. We have a Facebook group that we run and they can grab it in there. We have a email that goes out afterwards where they can get all the gifts in one place. It's totally awesome. But we want to be sure that they get get it during your talk if possible. So we do ask them to do that while they're putting get it in the chat box. Kathy. What? Tell us about your VIP gift. Kathy is going to say yes. I have a six week course. It's a recorded course on how to become a zookeeper. Wow, that's awesome. Yep. It's worth $495 and you all get it for if you upgraded to vip. Wow, that's fantastic. Thank you so much for your generosity, Kathy. That's amazing. All right, so hopefully you guys all upgraded to vip. If not, you're going to want to do that right now. Up next, we have two more, three more amazing speakers. It's this person, this person, and this person. But before we let you go, Kathy, any final words for the crew and you're going to have a chance to give your final last send off to the audience. Okay, We've done many of these summits. We have found that if we don't give you one last word for our wizard of wisdom, you will take it anyway and you will step all over what we were trying to do next. Okay, so that's your chance to wrap it up. Like just this is words of wisdom. So it's not a whole new topic. It is be well and be worthy. Or if it's not fun, it's not worth doing. Or if you're not being seen, you're being overlooked. If you're not being heard, your message isn't getting out there. So get your message out before you leave the planet. That kind of. Okay. Then we'll say, wow, those are fantastic words to live by. All right, everybody, we'll see you back at the bottom of the hour. I'm Kimberly Crowe. Cheers. And then the outro music plays and it says, wow, that was a great guest. Up next, we have somebody else. Awesome. If you haven't upgraded to vip, you're going to want to do that now. We'll see you all back at the bottom of the hour. Cheers. Right. And it's over. That seals the recording end to end. The entire session ends. We actually kick everybody out of every session at the end of every session. Why? Because we don't want them just to stream track one and ignore track two and track three. We want them to make an active choice of which speaker they want to see next. We want them to be interactive and play with us during the event. We don't want them to tune out every time we make them take an action. It's more likely that they're going to grab the gift gifts. Okay. It's a choose your own adventure. It's an I'm in it with you. It's active participation from our audience. Plus, it seals the recording end to end, and we don't have to wait till the end of the day and then edit it and cut it up into different sections. Okay, that makes sense. All right, I'm going to take questions on what happens during your talk, and then we'll talk about what happens after the event, and then we'll talk about VIP gifts and download any questions about what happens during your talk.
Do you guys like the format? It's kind of fun, right? Yeah. Awesome. This is not too much. Too geeky for you guys? You get it?
Kimberly, I had a question. Yes, I do. If there's some prepared questions that we have, like, question that we would like you to ask as part of that, is that okay?
As well, we. I won't look at any questions if you can give them to us. I have five interview hosts on this. I'm one of five. Some of the other interview hosts will take questions. I don't. I've been doing this a long time, and if you do prepared questions, it sounds canned and planned and it doesn't sound natural. And it's very difficult to get the questions in from the audience who really you care about. I mean, you care about the audience more than you care about your interview host. I know you love us, but. But really you want to make sure you're answering the questions from the. From the audience. So I hope that answers your questions. You're welcome to send them to us. Some of my interview hosts, if they feel like it. Gives them more security that they know something to ask in the event that it gets slow or something like that, you're welcome to send them. I will tell you personally, I won't read any of them.
Okay, thank you.
Awesome.
Cool.
All right, so after the event is over and we've done the wrap up call and you guys got all your accolades, by the way, those are all testimonials. So when they come in and they're like, whoa, I heard Holly's talk and I that's going to change my life. That's a testimonial. Kathy said it would change her life. Right. Like, that's awesome to be able to do that. Okay, so after the summit is over, you have one job. You have to deliver on everything you promised. That's it. That's your one job, everything. So if you promised somebody, if you promised at the end of your talk that anybody who wanted it could have a 90 minute breakthrough session with you live, one on one.
You have to deliver that to everyone who asks. If people email us and they say, oh, I tried to get on our calendar, but it's full, we will email you asking you to open up your calendar to make sure everybody can get access to it. It. Okay, here's a tip. Don't do that. Okay? Don't do that. Your time is very valuable, right? I wouldn't recommend you give away your time for free to everyone. If you want to give away your time for those calls, I'm going to show you how you can do it. But I don't recommend you give away your time as your freebie. You have just told the entire audience that you have lots of time on your hands and you value it at zero. And that's not a good way to show up in the world as a coach or a professional. Right? You want to look busy. It's very hard to get on my calendar. I don't know if you guys know that, but it's super hard to get on my calendar. Like, you haven't jumped through some hoops to get on my calendar. And I think that's right. I think you should, like, I don't mean jump through hoops literally. I just mean, like, we shouldn't necessarily be talking to everybody who wants to just block our time. Okay? All right. But do you have to deliver on whatever you promise? So if your link breaks, not a big deal. People might email us and they're like, oh, her link broke and I really wanted her stuff. No problem. We're gonna email you and her at the Same time and say, please get her the gift. Right? Don't send them a link, just send them the gift. You already have their email address because I just emailed you, right? Just send them the gift. Get them the thing you promised to get them. All right? Things happen. I get it. Like it's live events. A lot of stuff happens on live events.
It's not going to be perfect, but when things break or if things go awry, no big deal, we just need to fix it along the way. You just have to deliver on everything you promised for us. We have to manage, finish managing the support line. We have to continue to run the Facebook group afterwards. We put together all the gifts in one place and give it to them as a gift page where they can download the links and then they. We make sure to answer any questions that people have and we start refunding all of our refunds, right? All of our deposits. We want to get those deposits back to you lickety split. They are guaranteed to be back to you. They will be back to you by seven days in. If something happens and seven days have gone by and you haven't got your deposit, just email us, we will get it to you. Unless something we get, maybe we think you didn't get as many as you think you got, right? Or maybe you didn't show up live to your live talk or something like that. I will tell you that I've never held anybody's deposit for breaking the rules. I've never ever held anybody's deposit. The reason it's in there is because we had a speaker break every possible rule. We could have made.
Everyone like, she, she came late. She, she, she went long. She invited people up to get coached live during the event, which was not pre arranged. She invited people to another event that was tomorrow. And tomorrow we still had more of the summit. So she, she took people off of our summit to send them to her thing. She pitched four or five things during her talk. It was a mess. She's a mess and she's a big name. And so we were like, awesome. That's not going to happen to us again. We're going to make sure people understand. So we will be dropping your link for you to your gift. You cannot drop links during the thing to your other stuff. If you start to sell, we'll probably point you the other direction. We'll be like, oh, actually we're going to be talking about your G next. Right? If you start to do something that you're not supposed to do unless you've already Paid for it. Which case hands off. You do whatever you guys want, then it will make sure that you get. Get your deposits back. Normally they come at about 24 to 48 hours later, so we'll get them. I don't want your money. I. I want you to do what you said you were going to do. Okay. So I'm getting those deposits back as quickly as possible. They stay in a little escrow account. I do not spend deposits until the end of the summit, and they get returned to you very, very quickly. Okay.
All right.
So that's what happens before, during, and after the summit. Does anybody have any questions about, like, how they have to deliver on everything they promise? Oh, okay, good. We're going to talk about what makes a good VIP gift and what makes a good downloadable and what sucks. I've seen thousands and thousands of them. So I'm going to show you exactly what works well and what doesn't. So if my team could please put the link for the coupon code for the Positive Shift summit, that would be great. Positive Shifts.
Positive Shifts toolkit. That would be great. We'll give you a code.
For a 49 discount. Did you give. Did you already give them the code? Do we have the code?
Yes. Okay, so if you click on that link, it's going to take $49 off. Not $47. I guess you guys paid 49. That's awesome. And when you do.
Oh, that's not what I was looking for. I was looking for the other thing. The Positive Shifts toolkit page where they can purchase the three different things. Can you put that link in the chat? That one has the list of gifts that work well. This is what I'm trying to get to.
I can do it with the other one if you don't have it. Andy. I'll show you guys here.
Okay, so this is my other one. Oh, nope, that's about it.
Oh, I can't do it with this one because it's closed.
So do you have the one that has the list of gifts that work well?
Okay, perfect.
Yes, that one.
Okay, stop. Share it. Opened in different windows. Let me reshare.
I cannot get my to work today.
Okay, hold on.
If you are ahead of me and you can scroll halfway down the page, you will be able to see what makes a great gift and what we recommend for it.
I'm going to share.
This one.
Yes. Okay, so if you scroll right here and you guys can take a screenshot of this for those of you who don't want to be in the Positive Shows giveaway. I don't know why you wouldn't. Because of. That's awesome. But if it. By the way, the positive shifts toolkit gives giveaway gets mailed out to my Entire list of 50,000 entrepreneurs, coaches, authors, speakers, entrepreneurs. Amazing, right? So if you want rapid exposure on your. Your gift, I would highly recommend getting in this giveaway, especially with a discount. But here's what works well. Worksheets, checklists, assessments, quizzes, planners, event tickets, tip sheets, calendars, recipes, like a recipe for food, but also recipe for success. Those were shortcuts, blueprints, videos, meditations, journals, guides, templates, success guides, cheat sheets, course modules, handouts, resources, and more. So that all seems to get grabbed pretty well. Meditations fly. They do really, really well. Like if you have an audio meditation or a video meditation or something like that, they do really, really well. So if you can record one, make that your gift, that does really well on positive shifts. But all of those things work really well. What does not work well and what you did not see on that list is an ebook. All right, so how many of you have ebooks? Don't be afraid. Raise your hand, get an ebook. Awesome. Pat yourself on the back. Good job. Congratulations. That was a lot of hard work. Here's what you're going to do. Go to the table of contents of your ebook book right here, your table of contents, and pull the first 10 chapters, titles, and turn it into a checklist of the same title as your book. All right? So now you have a checklist that you can give away instead of a book. People do not grab ebooks because they think it's too much of a commitment. Nobody is lying in their bed at night, like, if I only had one more ebook, my life would be complete. Nobody's doing that. Okay? So make the checklist and then on the checklist, on the actual checklist that you give them, at the bottom, put a link to your ebook. Just say, get my whole ebook for free right here or buy it or whatever you want. Right?
Get my whole. Get my whole ebook right here. However you do that, okay? So now they got both the checklist, which they grabbed because they thought it was more valuable than an ebook. And they can have the ebook. They can have both of them. All right? If you insist upon using an ebook, call it a guide instead of an ebook. People will grab a guide faster than they will grab an ebook. Okay? Also, not on there. Your time, your free assessment, your free coaching session, your free time, right? None of those things that were on that list cost you Any time, and they don't cost you any money. That's what a free gift should be. Ideally, something that is immediately available, automatically delivered, and costs you no time and no money. Immediately available, automatically delivered, costs you no time and no money. That's your free gift. All right, for those of you who would like to join me for a session on how to create a Heck Yes Lead magnet, I actually have a course coming up, and it's going to be a session teaching you exactly how to build that out. That's amazing. And we can give them the discount code for that one as well. So it could be. I think it's 49 or something like that.
If you'd like that, you can put Heck yes in the chat box and we will get you that code so that you can join that to learn how to create a Heck Yes. Lead magnet.
Okay. What works well as a VIP gift, and you probably already have it, is a class that you have taught in the past and charged money for, that you recorded. And now it's just the recording, Right? The recording of something that you have already taught and charged money for. It has to be something that you've already charged money for.
It cannot be free somewhere else on your website.
Right. So it can't be like your other free, downloadable.
It can't be a limited number. Like, the first 10 people get this. Nope. We might have 100 people grab VIP. 100 people grab VIP. You got to give it to any of the hundred that want it. Okay.
By the way, not all people that grab the VIP gift bundle will grab your gift.
And not more than we sold tickets should be able to grab your gift. Okay.
So it's. I'll give you some examples of things I use. I love using a course that I've already taught that's recorded. That's deep, long information about something that's going to lead them to something else that I sell. For example, I taught a class on how to host a $10,000 summit. How to host a summit that nets you $10,000. And it's hard, but I taught exactly my methodology of how to do it. Right. When I taught that, I recorded it, I charged money. And now that is available for VIPs.
Also great things to give away are. It could be anything that you charge for. It doesn't have to be a course. It could be a checklist. If you charge for a checklist or I watched somebody give away their. What's that project management software that everybody uses? And it has, like, cards and buckets and things like that and it. It was a whole process on how to fill your events, and she gave it away. Her process on how to fill events at Trello. Yeah. Thank you. She gave away her Trello board on how to fill events, and people grabbed that like mad. They were like, the way you do it. Yes, I want to learn how to do that. And so they grabbed her Trello board and it. It went like mad. So that's awesome. She. It wasn't something that she sold directly. She only gave it to people who were in her mastermind. Right. So you had to pay to get it. Otherwise you had to pay for this VIP to get it. Right. So that works. Something that they have to get through a payment gate to get. All right, Tickets to an upcoming event. If you have an event coming up in the next six weeks, if you sell tickets to that and you want more people in your event, think about giving a. A complimentary ticket to your event where obviously you're going to sell something else. That's awesome. To our VIPs.
Right. I wouldn't give it to the freebies, but give it to the VIPs then that way, you know. See, here's the reason that you. This is why it's in your best interest if you. If you give your gift to the freebie grabbers. That's awesome. They'll get on your list. They'll learn more about you. They'll grow their know, like and trust. Eventually they'll find something that they like about you that they want to buy. They might buy right away. They might buy five years from now. Whatever, that's fine. Awesome. But if you put something in our VIP bundle, you have segmented the list. You've gone to the people who are buyers, people who have found their credit card and they're not afraid to use it, and they invest in themselves. Now, this is a different group of people, right? This is a different group of people. So they haven't paid you. Although if they were your. Your person and they upgraded, then you got a commission on it. But they haven't paid you for the ticket. But they've paid. And when they've paid, now they're buyers. Now they're people who invest in themselves. These are different people. Right? So now I can go back to the people who grabbed my VIP gift. My, my freebie. They're getting stuff about Speakers Playhouse or getting stuff about Pot of Palopalooza. They're getting stuff about whatever, all my upcoming stuff. That's great. But my VIPs, if they grabbed that thing about how to have a ten thousand dollar summit. They're my people. Those are the people I want to talk to about hosting a summit. Right. And they, they paid and they went through the content. Now I want to talk to them. Right. Those are the people that I want to talk to. So ideally those are the people that you're narrowing it down to. So it's actually in your best interest to give a VIP gift.
So I'm going to take some time here and have you guys ask questions about maybe what may make a good VIP gift. If you have an upcoming class, an upcoming event or a recorded class or something that you charge for regularly that you can waive the fee on and it still costs you no time, no money, and. Or something that you'd be willing to do that would be great. If you all are insistent upon giving away your time, like that coaching session that you definitely want to give away, give it away as a vip. All right. Sally's like, don't even do that. No, right, sorry. There will be cussing. You don't have to cuss. Like, don't, don't, don't give away your time. But if you do give it away to the people who paid money at the. At least. All right. Those are at least a segmented part of the population. Leah, did you have a question?
Yes, thank you. Oh, I froze up there. I, I have some audios, some self hypnosis audios that I use that are inside a bundle of my, my, my paid clients get access to them. I have actually sold them like on Amazon in the past.
Y.
They're not like, like anywhere. Like I would have to direct somebody right to that. And I'm wondering, you mentioned meditation and not. So I'm curious because a lot of people think that because they're self hypnosis, they kind of feel like more like meditation than hypnosis.
If, if phrasing positive shifts, both of them will work. Will work.
Okay.
People are positive shifts. Will go for hypnosis stuff. Absolutely.
Okay, cool. Because I know sometimes people are like, oh, people don't want that. It was like, well, if I just call it meditation.
Same thing, but other ones. Yes, but people will grab a hypnosis here. Yeah.
Awesome.
If you're, if you're speaking on family matters, you're going to want to call it a meditation.
Yeah, yeah, I know. I was like, oh, that's interesting. I hadn't thought about that. That's great. Okay, great. Perfect. Thank you so much.
Absolutely. Sally, I see you waving. Are you asking a question? You want to ask a question? No, you're waving goodbye. Okay, great. Let. If she's gone, she's gone. Okay, awesome. Kitty, did you have a question? Yes, thank you. I was thinking of having. Oh, I can't hear you. I was thinking of having a master class, but I wasn't going to charge for it, so I guess that wouldn't be. Giving tickets to. That would not be.
A good idea. Why would you not charge for it?
Good. Well. Oh, good point.
I knew you were gonna say that.
Why would you charge for it? Yeah, charge for it, put it for sale, and then give it away free to our VIPs. God love you. And then if you have people that you're already working with, like your existing clients, you can give it to them. They've already paid you something. Give it to them. Yeah.
Yeah.
Cool. Yeah, charge for it. Charge. All of you need to charge more. Yeah, you're right.
All right, what other questions do you all have?
Risa. Is it Risa?
Yes. Risa. Risa. Hi. Hi. So for a VIP gift, could you give a replay of a class that you taught for free, but it's no longer available for anybody to see, so technically the answer is no. However, if you put it up on your website for sale now, then it is for sale. Right. And so now you are selling it. So theoretically you could get away with that. I. I wouldn't encourage it, but if you don't have anything else, sure. You could do that. Okay. Thank you.
Yep.
Absolutely. Sarah.
I just wanted to ask the same question. I do. I have. My free gift is an energy medicine audio. So is it okay to call it that or should it be an energy medicine meditation? Oh, yeah, you can say audio. Yeah, that's great. Okay. Yeah, thank you.
Awesome.
More questions.
Leah?
Actually, that was my follow up question is, is there an amount on a vip, like a maximum?
Oh, wow, Good question. Yeah, I don't usually get that one. I usually get the other one, the minimum.
I know, I know.
So I would say anything over $2,000, people are going to think it's BS. So up to $2,000 is probably fine. 1997 or whatever. People are like, wow, that's really valuable. If you're like, this is my five thousand dollar program. People are like, yeah, probably not.
So I. I would say up to about $2,000. Minimum is 97, ideally. But we will take anything that you have sold. So if you've sold something for 50 bucks, that's totally fine. The reason that we choose 97 is because during the day of the event, the price goes up to 97 and it might go up higher than that, but we want every gift in there to be worth the price of admission. Okay, but your question is up to about $2,000. Yeah, yeah.
Because I have something, I have something that is a program that is 5,000.
A five week program, like online. So I was wondering about that, that same thought.
You want to give away the whole thing?
Yeah, it's all online. I don't have interaction with it at all.
We would, we would love that.
So as far as like something that like you said, like I don't have to do it. It's already there. It's not, I mean selling, but it has sold for that.
If you sold something for $5,000, we would love to have it in the event. I was talking about the people who say it's valued at $5,000 but they've never sold it for that. And people are like, sure, but if you actually sold it and you are willing to give it to our audience, yay. Us and all of you that just bought VIP are going to get her $5,000 dealio. So please do. I'm sure it would be a huge value to everyone here.
Okay, good. I mean I was seriously asking that question because I'm like, I thought what you just said, like people gonna go, oh yeah. I'm like. But it really, it is, but it's already there. I'm not using it now.
So we will actually talk about that on your talk. If you're on my track or whoever's track you're on. We, we need to my team.
It dovetails into my talk. That's why I was asking. Okay, cool, cool.
Let's make sure people know that's she's really sold it for $5,000. That's a big deal. That doesn't happen very often to us. Us. Thank you, that's very generous.
Yeah, thanks.
Awesome. Christine says hers is 497 Canadian. That's awesome. We probably won't even convert that into us so we'll just see. Is 495. That's awesome. Karen, did you have a question?
Okay. So I was looking at that list.
And that we just took the screenshot.
Of and I think that list is, you know, with the worksheets, checklists, assessment quizzes, the recipes, you know, all that. I think that is the free gift for everyone. Did I understand that correctly? Correct. Yes.
Okay.
That's free. That's for freebies, lead magnets, list builders, downloadables. Yeah.
Okay.
And so I Wondered like, would it, would it be appropriate, like if you have a text opt in to say that during your presentation so that they just, you know, have that right then and there, or is it better to not do that?
If you're in a selling spot, you can do whatever you want. If you're not in a selling spot, we need to have it be a link that we can drop, but it could just say, text this to this number.
And if it's for your freebie, then yeah, we probably let you say that. Normally we don't do that because we don't want you giving out that information. We want it to be in the chat where people can grab it from there. But yeah. Okay.
Thank you.
My pleasure.
Holly.
Hi, Kimberly. Thanks so much for coordinating all of this in your team too. So I have two quick questions. One I saw in the chat. So just to get some clarification, I actually have a brand new VIP gift. So I probably did not submit anything. I can't remember. So we just email the team or is that something that we just show up, up with in the, in the green room?
Please email the team if you have it ahead of time.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay, perfect. Yeah, I've got all the, all the, the details and everything. So, yeah, like brand new. I still need to do the email sequence, but it's up and ready to go. And then.
The second question was on the other thing that you shared, the. What is it? The Positive Shifts Toolkit Giveaway. So my regular opt in is a private podcast. And the value on that's like, you know, $100, give or take. The VIP is like a mini training course. It's the bonus that's very large that I pulled out of my regular program that I sell. And the value on that's like around 500. Which one of those is ideal for the Positive Shifts Toolkit giveaway?
Is.
Is the value or the type or the bigger one?
Perfect.
That's it. Thank you.
Absolutely. That's awesome.
Kelly Rudolph. And can we put the link in again for them to be able to get the money off of the Positive Shifts? And it should be on that main page, like the one, the page that you dropped in there was for the Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel Toolkit giveaway. That's not the same one. If you guys actually only bought that one, we'll put you on the right one. Don't worry. But it's the, it's not the Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel one. It's the Positive Shift Gifts Toolkit. If we could put that one in the chat with the coupon code. That would be fantastic. All right, Kelly Rudolph.
Okay. I have a question. I am giving away a bundle. It's called the stand in your power bundle. It's two already recorded mini workshops. They're one hour long and they've been $37. And then my relax and empower guided visualizations for women, which is six amazing audios. And that also would sell. Sells for 37. So the value is 111. But I just wanted to be sure that a bundle is. Is a good idea because they're all short and to the point and my, my theme is simple, quick and effective. And these fit perfectly.
Okay, first off, plus 100,000 bonus points for making it 111. That was awesome. I love that our positive shifts. People are going to adore that. The answer to your question is it needs to be one link link, not three. If they can get it from one link and get all three of them, awesome. If you're gonna break it and down and have them opt into three different links, we can't do that. We can only drop one link. But it absolutely can have three things at the back of that link. They can get all three. They just need to have one link to be able to get all three.
Okay, so what if they're in my membership site? So I was going to. And I. This was. I need a workaround for this. It makes it easy. I guess I'll just make a new product in my, in my membership site and just have that be the link and they go there free because I. What I was going to do is need to put them, you know, get their emails and then put them into.
My website and then they would get an email with access. But that's too cumbersome, isn't it?
I would recommend something that is instantly available and automatically done rather than hand done. But if you need. If you can give them. If you can give them an email that says, hey, you're in. We're going to be setting you up shortly. That's instantly delivered and then you can manually do it later.
Okay.
I did that in my emails.
Okay, perfect. Yeah.
And, and I said. And in the meantime, you can check these out to see what you're getting. And it has the links to the really good sales pages for each one.
Great. Awesome. Yes.
Okay.
I'll keep it that way. Thank you so much. This is a really exciting good.
You're awesome. That's fantastic. That would be good in the toolkit giveaway as well.
Awesome. Kelly, was the last question. Does anybody Else have a question?
I'm texting my team.
I'm confused about something. I normally have a web page, but it's not. I don't see it. So it's very odd. Vivian.
Thank you. If we didn't have a VIP gift, is it okay to participate in the positive shift? It is okay.
Thank you.
I don't have that level thing yet.
But I'm working on that. Not required at all. Not required at all. You're welcome. Technically, a gift is not required, but ideally, you are leading them to buy something eventually, so hopefully you have some sort of way to get them on your list. But VIP gift is not required. It is. Once you get one. It is in your best interest. And even if you have nothing, giving away your time is a possibility. If you wanted to do that. So everybody technically could have one. But if you don't want to, it's not required. So don't worry about that.
Any other questions?
Y' all are great. Mim, I'm so glad you're here. We're going to take great care of you. So Mim was on another assume of mine, and the timing got screwed up. And this almost never happens. This happened, like, one other time to one other person where the timing was like. Instead of. She was. She was in for, like, 10 minutes, and they moved. We moved to the gift instead of 20 minutes, and it was like, wait, what happened? She, like, got cut. Like, she had no time. Summit. So we are happy that she's going. We're going to restore her virtue on this summit. So.
Delighted to have you here.
Awesome. Yes. Indigo, hi.
Hi.
Can you tell us how many people are registered for the summit so far? I could, but I don't have it handy if my team has it. If you guys want to drop that in the chat, that's great. Be great. Super excited.
Excellent. Thank you.
Awesome.
We're getting sales for VIPs already. Oh. If you haven't already promoted and you're not on the leaderboard and you're like, oh, my gosh, I'll never get there, you absolutely still can. All right. There's plenty of time to promote this. I'm going to tell you that statistically speaking, we get 50% of our signups the day before and the day of the summit. The day before and the day of the summit. So Those are the two days that, if you haven't already reached your 20 signups, make sure that you promote on those two days. Because it's really. It's really, really good. The leaderboard has been Sent out to everybody, actually, if we can. Let me see if I can pull it up.
I'll tell you what the prizes are for the leaderboard, which are great.
There's some good prizes on this one.
Seven. Here it is. Okay, so congratulations to Risa, who's first Shiraz, and then Amala. Indigo, you're fourth on the leaderboard. Awesome. Kelly Rudolph, Sarah Lascano. Shila is on Shilla. Sorry. Is on the board as well on number seven. Patricia is here on number eight. Kerry Wallace is number nine, and Karen hall is number ten. The leaderboard prizes. I'll copy this and paste. Paste it in the chat. If you reach a minimum of 20 signups, you're going to get your deposit back. And then if you get 50 signups, you'll get an MP4 copy of your talk. Top five will get complimentary elite admission on the Positive Shifts toolkit giveaway. If you've already bought admission, you can put in a second gift. The top three affiliates will get a VIP upgrade on the next attempt. Positive Shift Summit, if we have one. And the top promoter will have their talk mailed out to our entire registration list during our mail out for the gift giveaway to the registrants of the summit. So everybody who applied for, who registered for the summit, whether they attended one talk, zero talks, or all the talks, they will get an email that'll have all the gifts in one place. And the top of the leaderboard will have their talk doc mailed out to all those people as well. So it'll be on there so they can watch at least one doc, even if they never upgraded to vip. So the top of the leaderboard, you guys are getting all kinds of prizes and goodies.
Awesome.
Any other questions I'm gonna give you guys, since you hung out here for this long, I'm gonna. Yes, Patricia, question.
If. If we are on the leaderboard now, does this mean we've achieved our 20 signups?
Not necessarily. Not necessarily. I think seven people have achieved their signup so far. I'm not sure.
Okay, so. So the leaderboard just indicates people who have registrants.
It's the top 10 people. So we rank it in terms of registrants and then we. It's the top 10 people on that list.
All right, so it doesn't mean that because I'm on the list doesn't mean I have all my 20 already.
Okay.
We do a leaderboard on day one, and that has people with like three signups. So it's awesome, right? But is as we get closer to It. It does not mean that. So as we get closer to it, hopefully everybody on. Everybody here will have have at least 20Z.
Okay, I'm going to put a link in the chat. This is extra material. So if you guys are done listening and you're done hearing me today, you are welcome to sign off. But this is my gift, and it is a highly converting gift. And I'm going to show you exactly why.
What happened to my gift?
I said that and then it screwed up.
See? Ten expert secrets.
Well, that doesn't work. I was going to show you something really cool, but tech breaks from time to time.
Hey, Kim, quick question. Yeah. While you're doing that, so is there a time limit for people to get the VIP gifts and, like, utilize them?
No.
Okay, so it has to be something that's evergreen.
Yes. Okay. Thank you. Yes, technically it does.
Okay.
I will tell you that most people grab the VIP gifts in the first couple of weeks, and I don't know that anybody has ever grabbed my VIP gift after about six months. So if that gives you an idea, but I can't promise it if technically they bought it it. And so they bought it and they get it. And if it's, you know, if technically it's forever, but in reality, it probably isn't.
Mercy. Can you put my new gift in there? Maybe the new gift will work. The new gift about the how to. How to broadcast your show or whatever it is it's about show. Hey, Kimberly. Yep. Can I ask a jump in with a question? Of course. I've been taking these notes on good, like, freebies, and now could you just remind me the distinction between the, like.
The free versus the.
The lead magnet freebie versus the VIP gift. Sure.
VIP gift needs to be of value. It can't be free anywhere else on your website. That's the big differentiator. It needs to be something that. That they would have to pay for it. It has to be an unlimited number and it has to be. It has to be no discount. And it can't have a credit card required. So it can't be like 10% off my really amazing program because if you do that, that's a selling spot. Got it.
Great.
Thank you.
You're welcome. Okay, I'm going to share my screen with this one. So this is my new gift, which is 10 creative ways to promote your show. And then you put in your name and email address. I make it white because I don't want them too distracted. I just want them to give me their name and email address right and usually we don't even have a write up on it at all. Like, we don't have that description about it. Okay. And then it says, okay, thanks. It's coming to your email for this. Check your email for this amazing resource. In the meantime, you can do this or this.
Okay. You can register as a speaker or you can come to Speakers Playhouse. So I've given them one link, but there's three different offers from that one link because the other offers are on the thank you page. Right. Does anybody have any idea of why I have them go to their email?
And I don't just deliver it on that page.
Amy.
You'Re.
You're. It's confirming and they're also doing an action. So they're going in and seeing your email. They're looking for you. Absolutely. You all worry about spam from time to time. You're like, oh, all my stuff ends up in spam. This is a great way to make sure your spam, your. The rating for your spam goes way down into the positive.
Because when, when I send people an email for the first time, they open it because it's their gift. All right? If I just give it to them then, and then three weeks later I email them something else, they'll have forgotten who I am and they'll unsubscribe and then my spam rating goes up. So if I give it to them right then, then I've lost the opportunity for them to go to their email. Also, when you go to your email and you look at it, it will say, click here to get this gift. It won't be the actual gift attached to it. If the first email that you send somebody has an attachment, it will probably go to junk or spam. Okay. So that's why we do that and we want them to take action. So now the spam rating, people look at it, Google will look at it and they'll be like, oh, every time Kimberly sends something to her audience, they open it. If they send it for the first time, they open it and they click on it. So she must really send stuff that people want.
Right.
That's why I do it that way. By the way, there's like six things we need to fix on my new gift. So just so you know, my stuff is not perfect either, but it is actually. There's some really good stuff on there that you could use.
Right.
So you will be waitlisted. Exactly. Kelly, you're exactly right. I'm scrolling through to see if there's any other questions in the Chat. I don't think there were, but I'm pretty much done with content. I'm really excited that you all are coming to the Positive Shift Summit. This is our seventh one, and usually we've only had one or two tracks. This is the first time we sold out two tracks right away, and we had to open another track, and then we extended the day. That's. That's how much that's. That we had to keep reselling. We got to keep opening it up. We actually have people in our membership that couldn't get in, and we owe it to them to be able to get them in if possible. That's why we have. They added another track, and so that opened up some more spots. So I'm excited that you guys are all here, and I hope that you all join the Positive Shifts Toolkit Giveaway, because your gift is going to get mailed to. If we have a thousand people on that register for Positive Shifts, your gift will be mailed to those thousand people. They'll have a chance to grab that. That's awesome. But if you do the Positive Shifts Toolkit giveaway, it goes to my entire list, and 50,000 people are on my list, and it goes to the list of everybody else as well that's on the summit. So you'll have a large chance to get exposure and you'll get the credit of your $49 that you paid for the event. For this event. So I hope you do that.
Cool. All right. If there's no more. Yes. Another question, Patricia.
Yes. Will people be given the name of the next person up speaking or do they have to go to a different track? They'll be given the name of the next person up speaking on the track that you're on.
For example.
Both.
All three, actually. So it'll say, here are our next three speakers. You choose which one. We do that on purpose so that they will actually, whichever one they're on, they'll still have the choice between the three. The only one we don't do that one on is one that you've been on, which is the voice. Voices of Women, where they have 16 different tracks to choose from. And we can't do that. Just too many to put in the chat. But on Positive Shifts, we give them all.
Okay, great, Great.
And yes, you can use the same VIP gift for both. And it doesn't have to be a VIP gift. It can be a free gift. It can be your freebie if you wanted to. It could be whatever people grab. Okay. Thank you.
Okay. I'm Looking forward to Wednesday. It's one of the most highly energetic, positive, uplifting days of my year because I get poured into by you all. You get a chance to pour into me and our audience, which is great. But I get so much benefit of being on that summit and having people just share their juicy goodness with me, and it's amazing. And I'm glad I'm VIP because I get to get all the gifts and I get to get all of the recordings of all the talks as well. So even if I'm not interviewing you, I get a chance to see your talk afterwards.
Patricia, one more quick question. I don't understand what the Thrive cart is for.
Do we have to.
Do you explain that to me? The thrive.
Do we have which Thrive car. You've done everything you need to do, I think, for. For Positive shifts summit. Okay. I have Positive shifts toolkit giveaway, which is separate, which will cost you $150 roughly, if you would like to be on that. And it will be mailed out to my. And your gift will be mailed out to my whole list. If you don't want to do that, you don't have to do any. Did that answer question?
The giveaway, obviously, is to increase the number of emails. I mean, to increase your email list.
Yes. Yes. Y. Yep. You don't get to speak. You don't get to speak. It's just a wider audience that gets your gift. It's not a second speaking opportunity. You do get to speak on this. Positive. Chefs up. I hope I didn't confuse anybody about that. Okay.
All right. Yes. Thrive cart. Also, you can see your VIP sales.
Vip.
Okay. VIP sales. So if. If people actually. If my registrant sign up for vip.
You'Ll get a commission, and you can see that in five card.
Okay, great.
Okay.
Thank you.
You're welcome. Too many links. Too many things.
All right, ladies, thank you so much for being here. We love you to pieces. We'll see you on Wednesday. Cheers.
See you Wednesday, 8 o'. Clock.
Bye.
