Would you say are three traits that you see in every business person that you feel has the potential to be successful? One of the first ones, I would have never really thought about it years ago, but I've noticed it a lot in people nowadays, and it's mover advantage, people who take action. Second thing I can spot for people that really helps make them successful is presence. It's how you hold yourself, it's how you act, it's how you talk. It's the confidence level that you have. Not only do you know how to get people to listen to you, but you know how to listen to people, and that makes a really big difference. So that's the second one. And the third one for me is the easiest one. It's resilience. You have the ability to bounce back, not take things personally and keep moving. Those are the types of things that just really make a difference.
