And part of my fourth of July plan and afterward, because of course I'm recording this before is glossy because it is all about helping hydrate, giving you those electrolytes and also that probiotic for digestion, you guys. And it doesn't kill me to have little immune function thrown in there with some zinc and vitamin C because we typically aren't eating our normal diet. So I also want to stay hydrated because, yes, I do like to have some cocktails out on the boat. So I'm going to be doing a cocktail glossy cocktail gloce. And that is going to be my plan along with a glossy the next morning because that probiotic I know is going to help me just feel debloated and kind of help re get into, you know, just that great feeling that you want to when you put on those jean shorts, you guys. Because it is insane what this product is doing. It's literally. It couldn't make me happier to read the reviews. So I always like to keep you guys up to date on my life through these quickies and through this podcast. And there's a couple things that are changing. It's super, super exciting. So the podcast network that I was a part of, the growth day podcast Network is dissolving. It's no longer going to exist. And Growth Day still exists. I'm still a big part of Growth Day. I'm obsessed with Growth Day. I get to speak into the Growth Day group, which you can get through an app@growthday.com so I'm still speaking there. I'm still a part of the events. It's still one of the things that is such a flagship for me in my life. And I hope that you go over and check that community out if you have not. But the podcast network is dissolving. So I am becoming a part of a new podcast network. Because what I learned from the last podcast network is that I love having a home for my podcast. And it is no secret that if you have a podcast, especially for as long as I have for eight years, I monetize my podcast. It's really, really important for me that if I am dedicating as many hours as I do each week to the podcast, that I have to get paid for it. If I'm not getting paid for the podcast, then I would have to dedicate those hours elsewhere in order to generate that income. So with that said, you guys know, the first five years of my podcast, I don't even think I had ads on the podcast and made that turn to really, really invest even more time and even more money. And for those of you who have podcasts, you know, but a podcast is a massive investment that you pay every single month to edit the podcast, not only in time, but in money to have that team, to have filming, to have all the. So I am moving into a new podcast network that I'm really, really excited about, you guys. The podcast network is called YAP Media. We are going to be working with different partners and different advertisers. So I'm really excited about that. And also we might do some really cool stuff. We'll see. We might do some live podcast things and some different pod swaps with other people on the network. It's pretty cool. If I could say that I would pick any one other podcast network to be a part of, it would absolutely be this network. I feel excited about the shows. I feel excited about the woman that runs it. Her name is Hala and she has an incredible podcast herself. So she totally knows what it's all about and understands the needs of a podcaster. So I am pumped about that. And you guys, if you have a podcast, I'm also going to be doing some really, really cool stuff. Moving forward, a little bit of the format of the show is going be changing, meaning I'm going to be doing one interview a week like I normally do with a guest for an hour. And then I'm also going to be adding one more hour long segment. So sometimes that will be an extra interview with a guest, sometimes that will be one hour with me teaching on a topic, sometimes that will be a series for the month. So one thing that I want to kick off is in September, I'm going to be doing a one hour a week series that's going to run all month long on podcasting. So the first hour is most likely going to be me sharing everything that I have learned about podcasting. Why I think that if you feel any inkling towards podcasting that you should have one. I'm going to teach how I decide what I'm going to talk about. I'm going to teach how to storytell and showing you that you can fill pretty much any amount of time. How I outline talks, how I outline talks for growth day every single month, how quick and easy it is, how to really just take away all of the fear around it. Not that you're not gonna be afraid, but how to really dissolve that and to stop being in your head about it. So that's gonna be the first episode. Second episode is most likely gonna be about, you know, how to monetize podcasts, how you can use it for your own products, things like that. I think I'm gonna bring on guest experts. So I literally am just planning this now obviously for September. So I would love to hear your thoughts on this, what you think, if you think you're gonna like that. So we're gonna stick to that one interview with a guest, just like normal. It's gonna be on that same day. And then we're gonna do the one hour that's gonna be a part of a monthly series. So like I said, September is gonna be on podcasting, maybe October is gonna be about, you know, mastering sales with whatever you're doing I' topic, but I'd love to hear some different topics that you'd like to go deep on every single month. Because I'm really gonna take time to outline those, find those guests who are gonna go deep on those topics. So I'd love to hear your thoughts on that. And then I'm going to keep my he said, she saids as well. One thing I may not be keeping is the quickie. So we'll see because you're gonna get an hour, you're gonna get an hour of me on those other Podcasts. So let me know your thoughts around that and we'll see if we can keep the quickies. I'm not sure if I can do personally that much prep and content, but I would love to hear your thoughts. You can DM me Lori Harder on Instagram. So you guys, that's what's updated with the podcast. And keep me posted. Keep me posted on that. Also, what brands do you love? Because you guys know that if I find an epic sponsor that I love, that you guys will get an awesome coupon code. So what brands do you love? What would you love a coupon code for? What's something that you use frequently? This is literally your show, so please tell me. I love the feedback. I absolutely love it. I was listening to a podcast today and a topic that I'm going to just chat with you quick is about consistency. And you might be like, yay, whoop dee doo. I know all about consistency. Like I should do it. But what I want to talk about is in the NFL, they talk about a concept of how if you don't get out of shape, you don't have to get back into shape. And this just like hit me like a ton of bricks. And something that I wanted to share with you about this is that I don't think people realize that if you're consistent, you actually have to do a lot less work. So I know some people think that on a day to day basis they're like, oh my God, how do you do all the things you're doing? Like you're running a company, you do these separate businesses with your husband, you have events, you are involved in network marketing, you have Glocee. Like, how is this how you have this podcast that you're putting out three episodes a week on? Like, how is this all happening? You know, part of that, of course, is team. Of course a part of that was like, it took time to build up. But honestly, I am someone who, my attention span is pretty small, but I have just gotten really good at dedicating a little bit of time to each thing pretty much every day during the week. And even now in my career, in the beginning, I didn't take weekends off for quite a few years. Because in, in the beginning you are gonna have to, you do have to hustle. I don't know how to get around that. I don't know how to tell you that you're not gonna have to hustle in the beginning because you are. But even while I was hustling, I will say that it wasn't this crazy, like exhaust myself to a point where I had no time for myself. Like, I've always been able to have self care habits. I've always been able to work out. I've always been able to make sure that I grocery shop. I've always put a little bit of friend time in there. I've always had time for walks with my husband. But it's when you like, you know, go super hard and then you burn yourself out and you just have to take all this time off or you're like, oh my God, I just can't do it. And you're in avoidance because you have burnt yourself out because you pull these like all nighters or whatever it is. It is so rare that I have had to pull all nighters because I'm consistent. And so I hope that relieves you thinking like, oh my God, I'm gonna have to kill myself working like an animal. Well, no, not if you're consistent. Even to the point where sometimes during the week it'll be Friday and I'm like, I am so mentally burned out by 2pm That I would much rather just be consistent again on a Saturday for two hours. That's it. Go do my workout than work at a coffee shop for two hours and catch up and make up for whatever I missed or needed to take a break on throughout the week. So you guys, it's just about making sure you move the needle a little tiny bit every day. And one of the ways that you can do this is ask yourself every single day, what are the two to three needle movers that I need to do today in order to make sure that my business, my body and my relationships move forward. Right. Like when I say body, I mean health. So my business, my body, health, relationships move forward. It's not that much. It's about doing a little bit every day. So if you're getting overwhelmed or you're thinking, oh my God, I'm never gonna reach my goals because I'm not doing what this person over here says they're doing. I don't even know if that's true. Or maybe they've got a really shit work style because it's been quite shocking through the years how I haven't had to do like all nighters or work past seven every single night. Like, do I have some of those? Yeah. But they're pretty few and far between because I'm just so good at making sure I do those three most important things every single day. So I hope that this helps you guys. I hope that I get to hear from you about the updates on the podcast. Just DM me your thoughts to Lori Harder on Instagram and I would love to hear not only what segments you would love to hear about to go deep on for the month, but how you feel about going to those segments. Okay, I will talk to you soon. So grateful for you. And until next time, earn your happy. Bye everyone. Sam.
