Commitment and convenience don't live on the same side. Oh, wow, that's good. We want the convenience of doing all the fun things and being with our friends and make sure we don't miss a birthday or an anniversary. And we meet here and we go to the winery and we do the thing and then we do the other thing. And, like, that is convenient and awesome. But sometimes if we. If we do that the whole time, we don't have the commitment to get those big lifts.

Why we're saying no so much. Because we, like, had plateaued a bit and we know what it takes to get out of that.
And if you're listening right now, you might just want to get to that first level. That's great. Then you're going to have to have commitment over convenience for a short period of time. Then enjoy the convenience for a while, party, do your thing, travel.
But then you're going to get to.
A certain point and go, this is stale, this is flat. Then you go back to the commitment.
