One of the biggest longevity hacks that we can implement is spending time with the people that we love in real life. This is the loneliest time of a woman's life is in midlife where she is feeling a lot of shame about the symptoms that she's dealing with. She's feeling like she's not getting a lot of answers, so it must be her fault and she doesn't know where to turn to. She feels like she's on this journey by herself. Gosh, on the days where I can't function or I feel like I'm half of myself, it is just so lonely and it's so hard to communicate that to everybody else. You can imagine a woman who's having leakage issues or she's having horrible hot flashes or migraines in this time. It can be so hard to know who to turn to or to have those really safe conversations. It is the time, as uncomfortable as it is, to double down on your friends on the people that matter.
