Instead of checking out, you're in a check in. We're calling on these four steps which is step one, choosing to check in with the pattern, behavior, belief. So instead of checking out, you choose to check in. That's quite soothing, right? Step two, curiosity. What do I know about this part of me? Where does it live in my body? What does it want me to know? How long has it been around? Step three, compassionate connection. Asking that part of you, what do you need? All of that is very self soothing. And then step four, check in for those C qualities. That's when you can watch the shift occur. You can say, do I feel more calm? Do I feel more connected? Do I feel more clear? Do I have some compassion towards this part of you? You feel that molecule itself, then you know that the four steps have done their job.
