I have a performance coach and I have calls anywhere from one to three times a week. Instead of saying, what are you doing for the next week? We do what am I doing for the next 24 to 48 hours. Bringing it into a shorter, bite sized amount of time allows me the ability to move quickly. That resonates with me so deeply because I'm like, no, I need to like have somebody hold me accountable for two days in a row. Like, no. You said you wanted to do that phone call. Nope. You needed to talk to that person. If you don't have a coach, I do feel like that is something you could do with a highly accountable friend. That is like game changing for me. Just so you know, because it makes you move. We can get really caught up in like the needing to work through it, the needing to process it. Yes, I think there is a beautiful, very important place that you should process, but at the same time I think that it doesn't have to stop you.
