The energy that we do everything in. It's how people remember you. At the end of the day, people are people who want to work with people who make them feel good. So if you have left every person that you've encountered with just a little bit better feeling, or, like, the the feeling that you're interested in them or that people care, if we can just do one thing to leave someone with, oh, people aren't bad.
