As an entrepreneur, you really have to put yourself out there all the time. You have to do big bold asks. You have to take big risks and handle a lot of stress that comes with taking a risk. I would love to know what's the connection between physical health and the ability to take bigger risks in business.
There's always so much going on as a business owner. I don't want to be worried about my joint health. I don't want to be worried about my bloating. I don't want to be thinking about all of those things. I want to be in thriving mode, not surviving mode. So I think there's that internal feeling of confidence, but then there's also an external, external feeling of confidence. If you feel strong in your body, if you want to step up on the stage and you feel strong, you have good core strength, you have good posture, you look healthy, there is a confidence that comes with that as well. When we feel secure in certain things, it gives us the confidence to take bigger risks.
