A short conversational transcript from a Lori Harder video discussing Human Design as a validating framework that helps people recognize and lean into their natural tendencies. Speakers describe Human Design as confirming pre-existing self-knowledge, reducing internal disruption, and granting permission to create and connect with oneself.
What human design.
Is over and over.
It's such confirmation of things you already knew. Instead of being like, oh, I'm a weirdo, or, oh, wait, I'm extra. I need this time to create. I think the more that we lean into it, the more magic comes, like, the more you get to see what you're capable of doing.
And also, you.
Just feel.
So much better.
There's not so much disruption and, like, lack of feeling a connection, even.
With yourself. I feel like the people that are most skeptical tend to really fall in love with human design for that reason, because it feels like what I articulate to them is not this foreign concept. They know it. They're like, oh, God, I feel this. I felt it my entire life, but nobody's put it into words. So it does tend to do that for people where they're like, I know this, and I haven't really allowed it. And now I have permission to allow it.
Yeah, Permission to just lean in and keep creating what you need for.
