Women in their 40s and 50s face anxiety and marital tension tied to hormonal changes, but culture dismisses it as normal stress. Previous generations had no support, often labeled crazy for struggling with symptoms they had to endure alone.

A lot of women come to me and they have anxiety, they hate their spouse. There's just this stigma that, okay, this is part of life and you're just supposed to keep pushing through and not really pay attention to your health.
So many women, especially in their 40s, and if we think about our moms and what they were going through in their 40s and 50s, that maybe we just thought like, oh, they're being a little crazy. Maybe our moms just really didn't have any support around hormones. Poor generation.
They just had to raw dog it. And everyone's like, stop being a bitch.
Yeah, it's so true.
