There's a lot of people who are really scared. If I go on this, I am going to lose a bunch of weight, but the second I go off, I'll gain it. Then I ruin my metabolism, I'll gain more. The scary thing is if you do your GLP, if you use it wrong or you've been advised the wrong way, that will happen. And the reason is that you're putting yourself in a very metabolically challenged place. You're afraid to be hungry, you're not eating enough, you're eating 800 calories, 600 calories, like it's not sustainable, your hair is falling out. That is not the GLP problem, that's a user error. There's a responsibility to being on these GLPs? There is. It's huge, actually. Are you willing to nourish your body? Are you willing to change how you eat? I feel like that has been game-changing, having such a tool mixed with really consciously committing. I know what this does, and I want the rest of my life to be the best years of my life. I'm committed.
