Lori Harder and her guest discuss why their vision board goals manifested quickly: staying at a high frequency through small wins, affirmations, and surrounding yourself with action-oriented people. Key practices include adopting "what is for us will not pass us" and reframing rejection as "not now, but not no."

We actually manifest really quickly. Like, half of our vision board for this year is already complete.
Why do you think that's happening? What are you doing?
I think we're just vibrating at a really high frequency right now. And I think a lot of that comes from the wins. Right. Like when you're feeling those successes and you're getting those yeses and maybe you're getting more yeses than no's, and you're surrounding yourself with the right circle and the right people, the doers and the believers and the dreamers allow us to, like, manifest those opportunities faster.
What do you think you guys are personally doing to keep your frequency up?
I think some of the concepts that we've implemented into our business is what is for us will not pass us. Yeah. And we've had to get, like, really fine with that.
So you say that all the time.
If things pass you.
You'Re like, okay.
I don't do well with rejection. So to me, I don't really get rejected. I'm just like, oh, it's a no from you. But it's either means I need to delay it, I need to reevaluate, and not through you. I need to go this way or I need to go that. It's kind of like a diversion. Not now, but not no. Yeah, but not no. I don't believe in no love that.
