Sometimes the more you learn, the more overwhelmed you can actually get. It's kind of like a mastermind. Like, Chris and I actually talk about this whenever we have any event or whenever we have a mastermind. We'll stand on stage and be like, this is going to feel like a fire hose of information. Probably. Like when sometimes people my podcast or your podcast, I think it's so important to, like, step back from the information, listen to it from an observer point and just constantly look at it from the lens of Do I feel like I need that now or is this for later? And that on its own has helped me because to an anxious person, going into a room or reading a ton of tools without that lens is like, I should be doing all the things, oh, she's meditating this much or that. Or, oh, my God, maybe I should walk now. Maybe Pilates is it.
Maybe this is that. Maybe this food.
Let's run it through the lens of does this feel like it's for me right now?
