I had to get rid of the toxic friends. Say it louder. There were just the people who— I don't know how to explain it, but after hanging out with them, I just felt drained. And one day my husband's like, what do you got going on this week? And I said, well, Thursday I have to have dinner with so-and-so. And he goes, I thought you didn't like her. And I was like, I don't.
I guarantee you saw that on your calendar and it affected you every single day and every single time you would see it. Like, it's just like a, oh, I can't believe I said yes to this. I like betray myself every time I say yes to this woman because she drives me bananas. We don't realize how much that is blocking our creativity, our energy, all of the things in our life. It's blocking us from really getting to know ourselves and what we're capable of.
