How to Stay Consistent When You Can’t Give 100% with Stephanie Gambetta

Stephanie Gambetta and Lori Harder discuss staying consistent when you can't give 100%, covering perfectionism, self-care basics like sleep and movement, and how an Instagram outage pushed Stephanie to Substack and podcasting. They share their coaching approaches and Stephanie's peptide protocols including GHK-CU and glutathione.

Consistency over perfection is all I'm asking. Like, consistency is so important with anything.
It is. Oh my God, when people are like, how do you do what you do and how do you stay on top of the businesses and all the things? I'm like, you know, my number one superpower is just being consistent.
Yes.
Because I have really bad days, but even on a really bad day, I'm still consistent. And it doesn't mean I'm going all out. In fact, it's really rare that I even go all out in things anymore. It's just that I, every single day, am doing something to chip away. Hi everyone. Welcome to another episode of I'm Obsessed. I'm sitting here with my co-host Stephanie Gambetta, and we're excited for today's episode because her and I just have to actually catch up. Yes, I know.
I was like, literally, we're kind of chatting about like, we know how we want this to flow, and I'm like, we just need to catch up.
I know.
That's what's so fun about you and I. I feel like Literally driving here today, I'm like, I'm so excited. Like, it's like a girl catch-up session. It is half therapy, half just what's going on. I need your advice, all of it. And then we have me for—
I need your advice. So great. We're, we're forced to drop in. Um, and life has been busy partially because you've been traveling. Yeah. You guys, between you have 6 kids.
Yes.
That means there's birthdays.
Yes. There's a lot.
We're starting birthdays, graduations, celebrations, other people's. I mean, it is insane all of the things that you guys get done, plus going back and forth and living in 2 different places. I'm excited to ask you today about some of the ways that you actually manage your life.
Yeah.
Because it is— you're one of the busiest people that I know, and you somehow seem to fit in all of the really important things. So I feel like I would love a 2-week catch-up of some of the things that you've been doing. I know that you also have a course that we want to talk about.
Yeah.
That I'll ask about in a little bit, because that's really exciting for anybody who wants to be a coach, find like, maybe find like a big part of their purpose in life if they know it's meant to help people, especially with health and, you know, life transitions and all of the things that women go through, especially in their, um, 40s and 50s. So I'm very excited about that. But gimme a little rundown on the last 2 and a half weeks since our last podcast. Oh my gosh.
But where do I start?
Well, I know.
Interesting. Okay. So my, I mean, I don't know how much we, I forget we talked about Instagram a lot, but my Loopway Instagram went down on July 1st, which is, I think, I don't, I haven't seen you, I don't think since then. But anyway, here nor there. Um, and that was the Instagram I'd been building cuz Stephanie Gambetta had been taken down and it was kind of on and off. So we're like, let's just focus on that. Focus on that. So it got swept away at the same time. All the other kids, my, my bonus children come into town.
Yeah.
So July 1st kind of started our family trip and we were doing a big stint in Newport and then we were gonna go to Hawaii. For a little bit, and then we're gonna host my daughter's 18th birthday with 10 girls. So I was kind of coming on this like 10-day, or actually like 2 and a half week sprint of like lots of people in my house, a lot of little people while trying to launch my coaching course, while trying to run our business with us in the slowest time of the year and kind of all the things. And my Instagram going down was actually one of the best things that happened in this period of time because, you know what's interesting? I think anytime you're talking to anybody about creating habit, right?
Mm-hmm.
So like, I have it. Today's the 26th of July.
Yep.
So like mine has been down. It came back real quick and it went back down again and it will be back and I'm very certain of that. But I've definitely felt since the 21-day mark, like I am detoxed from Instagram.
Like it's not on my phone. So interesting.
I can't, I can't scroll it. I don't know what some Joe Schmo did in Europe. I don't know about their 4th of July. I don't know about, you know, for Stephanie, I don't know about Mother's Day. I mean, there's so many things I've missed. But I was so present during the family vacation. It wasn't like, oh, I need to get this photo cuz I wanna post it or something.
Interesting.
I mean, it was, I did a couple things that's, you know, oh gosh, when my Instagram comes back, I'd like to actually have this content. But I was really, really present and it was hard in the beginning. And now, like when it came back last, when Tuesday, last Tuesday it came back for 24 hours, then it went down again. It was around the 21-day mark.
Yeah.
Give or take. And it was very odd. So it came back, I was so excited and, you know, we launched and every, You had like a day. So much support. And I got into bed that night and I got on to scroll and I was so uninterested. So uninterested.
21 days later.
I literally told my boyfriend, like, this is so weird. I'm like so uninterested from this piece. Now, from a business standpoint, it's really been hard on our business.
Yeah.
But I was so uninterested. So when it went down the next day, and it was for nothing that I had done, it's a lot of other things that we can discuss one day, but not today. And I was like, Oh well. I mean, it was such a weird oh well that I'm like, I think I finally surrendered.
Yeah.
To like, okay, well it wasn't bringing me that much joy.
I want it for my business.
However, a couple things. I had to pivot, you know? So I am working really hard on my Substack and my coaching and my podcast and like, how do I talk about peptides there and here? And where do you control your voice? And then just like being present with my family. So to answer your question, I think it took one thing off my list of things that I had to do, right? post every single day, get on stories, share my life, be a little preoccupied with engagement and stuff like that where I could—
Yep.
Take that off, be present, and just really lean into it. I think I don't get a lot of time when I have them all together. It's exhausting, but it's also fun. I have to surrender my home. It gets crazy. There's 6 kids running around. But there's also, I remind myself, I wanted this for so long with my partner and I. Some of the tools is I still get in my time. So like even if my workout is 30 minutes or even if it's swimming in the ocean, we were at a place that had no gym. What did that look like? And, you know, did I walk the beach? Was it my time just to like just be outside and ground myself? And it's been great. And so I just do those little touchpoints. I think for me, you know, I've been working on my nervous system a lot lately with my own personal coach.
So good. Yeah.
You know, so like what am I doing to kind of regulate my nervous system through this time of a lot of chaos and things are going on. And so I think as long for me, I know if I get my sleep, I stay on my supplement routine pretty religiously, like my peptides come with me, my supplements come with me, and then I find my grounding, I find my workout. But my workouts are very lenient. They're not uptight. They're not, I have to, but I do move sometime every day. But it could be swimming in the ocean that one day.
Yeah.
So I think The art of surrender and just being like, what does consistency look like? It's not perfection, it's just consistency.
Yeah.
So I think that's kind of it. And then I don't know what normal is, Lori. So I think letting go of that there is a normal. I live in a chaotic world and I think with my coaching, when it lends itself to people, I'm not good at someone's excuses. Mm-hmm. Because I'm kind of like, how bad do you want it? Because if I really can do this, come with me for a week. Yeah. Kind of. And so. That really is just like finding out what's important to you, making time for it and carving it out, and then just not being rigid.
Mm-hmm.
Can be having to be in flow and saying, okay, this, this month is gonna just be something different.
Because things are gonna have to give.
Yeah.
Like some things have to give. I wanna go back to the Instagram because we talk about this all the time with entrepreneurs. Yeah. And we're like, you guys have to act like you could lose one of your channels at any time because you don't own them.
And it's happening, by the way, to people for no reason.
For no reason. Yeah. And so not to freak people out, but the thing is, is we're not trying to, like, I don't say that to freak you out. I say it as in don't put your eggs all in one basket.
Yes.
Like, where can you create other audience? Substack is amazing right now. Podcasting is great. Going on other people's podcasts, which is what I'm talking about all the time. Because if you feel like you are, you have built your business. I, uh, there's a, a girl right now whose Instagram actually got completely taken away and she's building back from zero. And it was a, she was, oh my God, I think she was doing like $3 or $4 million a year from this Instagram channel. And it was just gone overnight.
Yeah.
And so it's the thought of what are you gonna do if that actually happens? And people, the, the answer, if you're like, oh, that's not gonna happen to me, that's not a good enough answer.
No.
It's like you have to know the backup, how to get attention on other platforms as well.
You know what's interesting is that you're doing a big podcast push, which I love.
Yeah.
And I'm, I'm gonna, I'm absorbing that all and can't wait to take that course.
Yeah.
I, on my own podcast, Lori, Had not been doing my own ads for Loop Biolabs, for Loop Health, for anything. I hadn't been talking about my supplements, my skin. I looked at my team, I'm like, what have we been doing?
These are your people. These are my people. Those are your most interested people.
They're diehards. They binge it all. They listen. Why am I not talking about it? And so I went in and did my own, you know, ads for things. And then I'm like, I'm just going to start off each podcast now and give them a life update. I'm going to focus on one coaching call On top of my life update and a peptide. And I don't have Instagram, but I have— so it's really been fun to just being like, what can I do? Instead of being like, where have I disappeared?
Yeah.
And like, you know, getting people's feedback where they're like, I miss you, where are you? And I'm like, listen to my podcast, you know, watch it. Like wherever that hole is. But you're 100% right. Like assume you will lose something somewhere and be ready for it. And that's not to be dismal or doomsday, but like I wasn't being smart. And actually I knew I, I mean, I already lost one. Why I hadn't been using my podcast better. I don't know. I don't know.
Well, it's a way— it's, it's a great wake-up call.
Yeah.
And I think that's the other thing is, you know, the, the most successful people that I see are like, they're not going to sit in this for long. Like, to watch what— how you were through this whole process, you're just like, I'm, I'm just going to figure it out. We're just going to keep moving. We're going to try these other channels. We're going to use the podcast. We're going to coach people. We're going to try to fill the coaching roster. Like, what is this? What does this look like?
Yeah.
And so it's gonna happen, uh, in our lifetime over and over and over again. And there's always, there's always places to pivot.
So, and you have to also like get yourself out of like the woe is me. And so I was talking to my coach and I'm like, I don't sit in victim very long.
Yeah, I don't.
Like, that's, I think one positive thing about me is that like I don't sit there for too long. But I've been talking to God more.
Yeah.
The universe, whatever you believe in. And I don't talk to God.
Funny, when Instagram goes down, you're like, oh, who else do I talk to? Hey, let's, hi, let's get closer now.
Do you have Instagram? But You know, and I said, okay, because I believe this, that like lessons keep happening to you until you've learned the lesson, right?
For sure.
So whatever keeps showing up for you, you have to ask, okay, instead of why, woe is me, like, hey, how is this continually happening for me, not to me? Because I have not learned. And so I think for me it was like, I walked in here today and told you, I'm like, I finally have surrendered.
Yeah.
You know, and I do believe in the surrender comes I'm gonna have all my channels back and I'm gonna be like, oh my God, now I have this plethora and here I am not really caring. Like there will be a different Stephanie from not having Instagram and I don't know what that will be and what will that look like? Like I'm on TikTok, I'm not on TikTok 'cause I got kicked off there too, but I've been, because I can't scroll on Instagram, I scroll a little bit on TikTok. Not a ton. Like when I'm in the bath or like, I like it. I like the longer format. I'm actually learning a ton. I learn a ton more on TikTok.
Yeah.
Than when you teach your algorithm. Mm-hmm. Than I do on, so it's, it's just more like getting curious, I think. Just being like, okay. I'm in a season and you just kind of surrender and just go, okay, like this was not the summer that I was thinking that I was gonna have. It's not the hot girl summer in some ways.
Yeah.
But it is the hot girl summer in other ways.
Totally.
But it's just like, you know, how do you move through it instead of just saying stuck?
Yeah.
So what have some of you been there too? Oh my God.
Yeah. So been there. What have some of your, cuz I know that you're doing a lot of coaching right now.
Yes.
What have some of your coaching calls been like? I know we're not gonna mention names or anything like that, but I'm always so curious, especially with the, um, peptide company, and obviously people get on for wanting to work with you for peptides and wanting to work with you for just feeling better and all the things. And people really love you because you are such a work with mindset as well.
Yes.
What have been some of the themes right now that you're seeing?
What's interesting is most people are saying, like, they watch our podcast, my podcast, like, we binged it. Like, I think they're very excited to find a like-minded woman who's either in a similar age stage range. I do work with men too, but I'm primarily Women probably from 40 to in their 60s.
Yeah.
And then I'll get a man once a month or something thrown in who I love having. However, what I'm seeing is the same thing of just like frustrations. Things aren't working. Someone put them on peptides and didn't listen to their goals. And so I have to kind of hold back and say, God, why the hell would someone put you on this peptide? There's just so much. Oh my God. I was listening this morning on— it was a TikTok and it was a guy saying. Someone's like, oh, I'm off my HRT. And this man's like, yes, peptides, you know, can solve it so you don't need HRT. I started laughing. I'm like, you're a dude. A, what do you know? You're not a doctor. And B, that's actually wrong. The peptides are great, but a peptide is not going to solve a hormone problem. So yeah, I think there's just so much noise on social media and so many people talking out of— I think I don't want to say their ass, but really not knowing what they're talking about. So coming in and just saying like, let me simplify it, let's like break it down. I'm really comfortable where my lane is. I'm really comfortable of like how I start somebody out to support them and be like, this is what the next 7 months are gonna look like. And what it looks like is 3 months on of a stack, 1 month off. And we talk about what that month off will look like.
Mm-hmm.
And then I usually put someone on the exact same stack because then they're gonna get really, really into homeostasis. They're gonna feel good. Their body's used to it. They're into the lifestyle. And so I just make it really simple. And I think that's a lot of people coming to being like, I don't want 1,000 vitamins anymore or supplements. Like, I want this simple and I want to trust you. And I think because I am them, I mean, I see them. I am a middle-aged woman. I go through— I don't have it all figured out, but I've gone through a lot of it. So that's what I'm seeing is a lot of confusion and just people tell me what to do and I'll do it.
Yeah. I, you know, something that I love about your coaching is like, you're always going to try to get someone a quick win if we can. Like, let's try to get the inflammation down. Let's try to make you feel less bloated. Let's try to get the uncomfortable thing that is like, making you reach out and be like, please help me right now. But also, I love that you are so realistic with like, hey, if we really, really want this, this goal, this particular goal is going to take a little bit longer. So you need to trust me. And here's what the process will look like step by step.
Yes.
That's why I think the coaching with what we're all doing with Loop is so vital and pertinent is because You know, everybody's getting on peptides. Everybody, their brother. And they are not getting the expectations set up properly.
Well, I think someone is also wanting to do a quick sale. They're going to promise you something that, A, is not realistic, or B, not healthy.
Yeah.
So I'm really realistic. A, what's going to happen going to the gym and lifting kind of for the first time? Like I said, your body is going to take 6 months to a year as a middle-aged woman Putting in the work consistently, walking and taking your peptides. Like, it is not going to— if you've never really, really lifted weights and have a foundation, it is not going to be overnight, but it will happen.
Yeah.
And because you need the foundation, everything will build from there. So just be excited about it. But I really manage expectations and then I really say, hey, I want you to lose 0.5 to 1 pound a week. That's it. But in 8 weeks, that could be 8 pounds.
Right.
Come on. Like, anyone loves to lose it. So we need to just say, because I sometimes say, well, I've only lost like a pound a week.
That's amazing. That was like, that was my mom. She's like, I've only lost 1 to 2 pounds a week. I go, when was the last time you lost 1 to 2 pounds a week?
Yeah.
And she was like, I haven't.
Yeah, I write. Yeah.
I was like, okay, you're 10 pounds down.
Yes.
So, and she feels amazing, but they get so excited. Yeah.
And so I think just like really talking through the process, mm-hmm, what to expect, why I built this stack for you based on your goals, your intake form, oftentimes their blood work, and then kind of go from there. So I think just kind of like anyone, girls like talking to each other, like you wanna be seen, like, mm-hmm. And there are a lot of tears sometimes too. It's just like so frustrating.
Yeah. So frustrating. Yeah. It's the, it's the house we live in, our bodies, like literally. And when they're, when you are doing all the things or when you feel like you're just, you know, trying to manage life.
Yeah.
And it's overwhelming and it's a lot and you're feeling like you're doing everything that you can and it's just not working the way that you want it to. That is the, I don't know if there's anything more frustrating, honestly.
You're banging your head against the wall. Uh-huh.
And we were talking it too, like.
Okay. We're all saying like, oh, it's great to feel good.
Like, mm-hmm.
Everyone wants to look good.
Yes.
Everyone wants to look hot. I mean, I'm sorry. Like, I don't care who you are. Like, everybody, that's all we need to like just say it how it is. Like, you're like, when you come from a dinner party, you're not like, oh, Susie said she felt so good. I'm so jealous of what Susie feels. You're like, no, Susie looked hot as fuck and she's beaming. And I mean, it might not even been how she really looked, but she was just.
And energy.
And she's glowing.
Yes.
I can tell she's feeling herself.
Yeah.
Like a woman who walks through the door, it really doesn't matter their body composition. It doesn't really matter how they— but you— there's an energy.
Like, it's an energy.
Certain women can walk into a room and the energy completely shifts.
Oh God. Yeah.
That's what I'm talking about. And it's because they're confident. They feel good.
They feel good and they feel like they look good.
Yes. Yes. It's all relative to the individual. But like, yep, that is Really what, what we're wanting.
I mean, whatever your version of looking your best is, that's what we're talking about. Yes. It's like, oh my God, remember that time 10 years ago when I felt my best and I wore that dress that's still hanging in your closet?
Yeah.
And you're like, God, I just wanna, I wanna feel that way. I wanna look that way.
Right.
When I was first scaling my company, I remember realizing I could not just hire somebody who understood marketing. Playing small. Yeah. Playing small and pretending like all they want is to just be happy and feel good, which is great and that is important. And trust me, when your health is down and you don't feel good, that, that is the only thing that matters. But there's But there's also levels.
Yes.
Like, you also have the right. It's not shallow to want to look good. I think it's a very female thing to want to be sexy, whatever that version of that feeling is for you. And so, yes, for me, I'm like, no, I, I literally now I'm seeing women in their 50s and 60s that I'm like, oh my God, that is like an amazing, stunning, healthy, fit, hot woman. And that's who's inspiring me.
Who's unapologetic.
Unapologetic. Like, it's my favorite thing.
And that's where I'm like, I want everyone to be. It's like in this era, like, You've gone through so much usually around this time, right?
Oh yeah.
And now you're like, you're either financially in a better spot. Now you're like, how do I enjoy my life?
Like whatever that looks like.
But it is, it's very true that I just feel like people are like— what I'm also liking seeing the trend of like 5 things that are worth the money. And like Botox is on the top 5 of everyone's list.
Totally.
I mean, I remember when people were shy and would never admit to getting Botox.
Yeah.
I feel like that's where peptides are gonna go. Totally.
For sure.
Let's all just talk about it because, um, that's what everyone's doing and that's why you're seeing such a shift is that people are feeling so much better and then they start— it all just plays on top of each other.
It really does. I— tell me a little bit about, um, so I know that you have a course.
Yeah.
That you launched. Tell me all about that. You know what's interesting?
I did it partly for myself. Um, I had a whole group that was really wanting it. I had Loop groups, which is like my group that's been with me since my retreat in last Um, fall in Aspen.
And that's like a community of people who are on—
It's a group coaching. Okay.
Group coaching.
Group coaching who just wanted to stay together, wanted, you know, I'd say accountability, wanted to still be online with each other talking, sharing, kind of what we're doing with Loop Health, but like on a smaller level. And so, you know, at the end of the day, they wanted the education. So I did a live course. So we did it and it was like, gosh, I think it ended up being like 14 hours and it was over like 3 different days. And then they had this whole binder that they could print out and it was everything from like Like, my doctor and I did it. So it's— we break down the peptides into their different categories. We give you the scientific piece of it, but I also go through a lot of the practical. And I think most people want the practical. Why would I get on this? What is it for? I give some case studies, and then we give them supplements to kind of support them on it. So what I found is a lot of coaches— I don't know if it's just the coaching thing, I'm the same way— look, you just want a certification. Like, you want somebody just like, I have Dr. Seed's You know, peptide certification. I know what I'm talking about. People want that. They want the knowledge. You can go read the peptide handbook, but you kind of want to poke your eyes out. I mean, it becomes so scientific. Like, unless you're a true doctor and really, really want to say, I want to know every single mechanism of this amino acid chain and who founded it and where does it go and what it— most people are like, give me the Cliff Notes.
Mm-hmm.
So I think it's really a course where a doctor would love it, but an average person— but coaches are coming and saying to me, like, do you have a certification? So I was getting it in my DMs. Do you have a certification? Do you have a certification? Can I work with you? Can I coach with you? And I thought, why not record what I did?
Yeah.
And so I recorded it, and then anyone who buys it, it always gets updated. And then most of our affiliates are coaches that are coming in. And so we have a coaching affiliate program where we not only— you'll— you take the course, but also you have office hours with the doctor. I come on. You have a place where, like, you continuing education and, like, Really want to share with each other. Like, at the end of the day, like, I want to know what you're learning from your coaching clients because peptides are not a one-size-fits-all. We're doing the, you know, largest human studies now on each other.
I think that's been the fun part, is watching, uh, the community grow and the affiliates come in and people want to— like, maybe they come in as a customer and then, like, obviously what happens to us is the whole, like, why network marketing is so huge and why it worked in affiliate marketing. Is because people get a transformation, you want to share transformation. And so that's been really cool watching people and then wanting them wanting to have a deeper education on what is changing their life. And also, how do I even tell someone what is changing my life?
And I think what's really interesting, my personality is like, I'm very authentic. You see what you get. Like, I'm not looking to sell you a peptide. I'm actually trying to help you with a lifestyle that incorporates peptides. And I hold people back, so I'm not like And I'm cautious. I don't want to put you on a stack that's 4,000 dollars.
Well, you are. I watch you hold way back. Yeah.
I'm like, that's just not— it's not necessary. And I don't want that for you because I want you to feel like you can do this.
Yeah.
And so I feel like I also attract those type of coaches and personal trainers and health coaches. Whatever you are is like, they really love helping people. And I think you need to make sure that you're finding people who just generally love helping people. And that's the root of who I am. And so that's why I think in my coaching, I've gotten really good at where my lane is. And I want to say, Our calls are 50% peptides, and the other 50 is a lot of lifestyle questions. A lot of, I want to say, coaching them on not only their health, but their choices and answering questions. But it's way more than peptides at the end of the day, I think. I mean, we talk all the time about that. All right, my course is great, but you've been working on a course, A, which I want to hear about with everything, because I'm going to be taking it. But also, you've been really sick, and I'm like, how are you still sick, Lori? So I'm like, have you taken TA1, thymosin alpha 1? And you're like, no. I'm like, I literally drove it over to you. I texted it to your assistant and I'm like, take double the amount. So yeah, you were really sick for a long time.
Well, I went to Kelowna.
Yeah.
To speak, and I was already kind of running on fumes because I'm launching like one of the biggest things that I've launched in a really, really long time. And I did it in a very compact, short amount of time while having, you know, our life is busy. We're like you. Yeah. We, we, oh, you're very busy. We don't have kids, but we fill it with business projects.
You have a lot of business. Yeah.
Oh my gosh. So I was like, okay, let me just have this other thing. But there's a big reason why I wanted to rush this training.
Yeah.
That I'm doing with everyone, um, is because I have been wanting something in my sales funnel that is a lower ticket that can help funnel them into the high ticket. Because Stephanie, what happened in the industry is like, it's gotten a lot harder for people to come into a high ticket as quickly.
Yeah.
So there's a bit of like a, what everyone's calling like the trust recession. They kind of take a little bit longer to get to know you. They kind of want to experience your stuff more. And Chris and I, I was low ticket 10 years ago. Like I did that for a little while and it worked. And that's when it was working on the internet and out in the world. And now it's back because people want to experience you. But I didn't have anything like that. And it takes a while to build it and figure out what that offer is for you that works. Because I'm not just going to go do a huge 60-day project of every day with weekends and nights and all the things getting it set up to not know that it works. So it was kind of like sitting and trying to find the thing and wait for it and talk about it at masterminds and figure out what the offer was going to be to find it to then go, okay, I think this is it, but now we want fast data to see if this is something that we're going to put our time, money, effort behind for the next— when you create a product, this will be a 3 to 5. To 6-year product that we like built.
I love that.
I know.
I think the timeliness of it too is like, especially for me when I'm like leaning into my podcast and saying like, how do I find my voice? How do I monetize it? How do I stand out when it's so cluttered? But then is it really cluttered? You know?
Yes.
And that's where like—
Totally.
I think you've nailed it. But you got sick.
But I got sick.
And I think like as your friend—
As I'm doing that, I was very sick. I went to Canada. Yeah, you went to Canada. So it was the long plane rides. And I will tell you, there were like sick people all around me.
Like coughing and sneezing.
I know.
Yeah.
Yeah. And then we got to the event, which was awesome, but that was, you know, 500 people also. So plane, 500 people, then just kind of burning the candle at both ends. And I think my immune system was just like, and we're done.
Yeah.
Wasn't sleeping great. So I came home and I was like, um, I am unwell. What can I do?
So when did you figure out you were sick? 'Cause I, we were on a call. I think you got back, we were on a call Monday or Tuesday and you were, sounded really sick.
I thought I lost my voice.
Okay.
So at first I was like, oh, I just think I lost my voice. And I went wakesurfing. So sometimes the water, you know what I mean?
Yeah.
Can make you feel kind of sick for like 2 days if you drank a lot of water. And I was like, ah, I think I just lost my voice in the wakesurfing and like the yelling and all the things. Yeah. Um, for the event, cuz we screamed the whole time for our friends and stuff. And then it was like day 3, I was like, oh, oh, I am so ill cuz I just got like body aches. And just felt like I got hit like a bus. And you and I had some stuff on the calendar to get done.
Yeah.
And I was like, I am so cooked. I can't even talk into a microphone. Like, no. And we, I was thinking—
We canceled the calendar down the road. Like, I think 3 rescheduled, like 3 times. Like you were sick for a long time.
Yeah, totally. So then you came over with, um, the thymosin alpha.
Yeah.
Thymosin alpha.
Yeah.
And, um, you're like, you need to take like this every day or take double this. And so I started to feel better fairly quickly after that. And then Chris got sick and then Kaeli got sick. So then they all got on it and they got better faster than me cuz they ended up taking a little bit more than I did.
Right.
So it must have kicked it outta their system.
And preventative, like next time one of you guys has it.
Yeah.
You both get on it.
Yeah. And they started early.
Yeah.
So they started at the very first sign of it. And I start, I was like already, I was in it. You were well into it when it happened. But anyway, for our episode, what one thing I'm obsessed with that, oh my God, if I can cut my sick time in half. And feel better and also watch the people around me who I also was relying on for different launch things.
Yes. Right.
You get better.
Everyone can't go down.
I was like, we cannot all be ill at once. So, that's one of the biggest things.
Thymosin alpha-1, TA-1, is one of my favorite peptides. It's not sexy in the sense of like, oh, you're going to see these miraculous changes. But what it does is if you have an autoimmune of any sort, you want to be on TA-1 on a regular basis, which I mean by that is Like 3 months on, 1 month off. I stay on it like that and I don't even have an autoimmune.
Wow.
Because I find that it just keeps my body in homeostasis and healthy. And then one day if I'm feeling run down, I double it up. Like our protocols are so conservative that you can play with it. I travel with it so I can bring it to you. I always have it on hand.
What does it do?
Like it basically strengthens your immune system. Mm-hmm. If your immune system is low, right?
Mm-hmm.
So if you're sick, it's like, come on, let's go. And brings your immune system up. And then if you have an autoimmune and your, your immune system is over-functioning, it brings everything. When I say back to homeostasis, imagine on like So it's like the level of opposites, right? So like autoimmune, you're like over-functioning, your body's attacking itself, your immune system cannot find a sense of regularity. And then opposite, you're sick and your body's like, hey, I need to beef up, I need to fight this. How do I have energy to fight it? So it just works with your immune system to really get to the point where it needs to be to support your body. That's all it is.
Okay, that's amazing. Are there other things that you take for just like that, for wellness, essentially just staying healthy?
Like for me, for instance, like if I'm— the other day I was feeling run down, so I went and did that. And I, I have glutathione always on hand. And like glutathione is one— they can get through that through our telehealth.
Yeah.
But yeah, I'm doing my glutathione. I am, I'm taking more of my supplements. I'm really focused on my gut. So I just kind of sit back and reassess and then I sleep. I do my saunas and I walk and I just don't push my body too hard in the gym or anything like that.
Yeah.
But I stay on like, I, the thing is like consistency over perfection is all I'm asking. Like consistency is so important with anything.
It is. Oh my God. When people are like, how do you, how do you do what you do and how do you stay on top of the businesses and all the things? I'm like, you know, it's like I have just, my number one superpower is just being consistent. Yes. Because I have really bad days, but even on a really bad day, I'm still consistent and it doesn't mean I'm going all out. In fact, it's really rare that I even go all out in things anymore. It's just that I every single day am doing something to chip away.
That's the thing, like you don't know the difference. I was thinking about this the other day. Like it's summer and I'm working like a lot. And this is actually not my normal summer. Like I usually get to go on a really fun, exciting trip with my partner. And this season is not happening for many, many reasons.
Same.
This is not— This is the most boring summer.
A summer for me right now.
And I'm like, okay, woe is me, champagne problems. At the end of the day. However, this is not a quote, normal summer for a lot of reasons. But I'm like observing myself sometimes. I dunno if you do this, Lori, where you step back. Mm-hmm. Or someone kind of encourage you to step back and to look at kind of how you operate in the world, how you operate in your life. Like it's not a Monday to Friday.
No.
You know, it's like Sunday you're working. I'm, we ask, what are you doing the rest of the day? And you're like, I'm working. I'm like, I'm playing catch up too. And it's, yeah, that I think is just when someone asks you, it's just like you, if you love what you do, it bleeds into everything. Like, I coached somebody on Friday last minute. You're like, hey, Steph, I've got someone who's gonna, you know, she's working with somebody, another doctor that's not necessarily— she's vibing. We got on a call. It was the most fun 45 minutes. I got her squared away and we went on. I wasn't like, I'm sorry, I do not have time. Like, it was like, no, I love what I do and it just bleeds into everything. And so I'm sure people don't know like how you do it all, but it's because you love what you do. It's just like it's part of who you are.
Growing up, money wasn't something that we talked about. I was raised in a more religious family and there was kind of this unspoken rule rule in my religion that wanting money made you a bad person. So we didn't talk about it much. We didn't plan for it, and we definitely did not have enough of it. And I really carried that tension around money into my adulthood with this weird mix of needing money, but feeling really guilty for wanting it. And it's taken me years to rewrite that story. And that's part of why I think so much about the tools that help people do that. And Monarch is one of the best that I've ever seen. So instead of just showing you what you already spent. It helps you actually plan accounts, investments, savings, goals, spending all in one place so you can see if you're on track before it's too late to adjust. So imagine finally seeing exactly where that extra 15% of your paycheck has gone and where it's been going every month, and you didn't realize it before that. So the AI weekly recap flags spending spikes and net worth shifts before they become a real problem, and You can ask the AI assistant things like, how much did I spend on travel last summer? Or can I afford this without touching my savings? And actually get the answer. It's basically a financial advisor in your pocket. How cool is that? You don't have to be ashamed of wanting money or scared of it. You get to write your own story with it, and Monarch just makes the story a lot easier to write. Write your own money story with Monarch. Use code EYH at monarch.com to get your first year of Monarch Core half off at just $50. That's 50% off your first year at monarch.com with code EYH. It is. It's really rare that I have a day off right now, and that is by choice because I'm good. Like, I'm checking in, like, how am I doing? Am I good? Am I enjoying this? And also, we're in a season, like, we have a lot that we want to build and create. so that different parts of our life are easier in the future. And so to me, I just, when I have a vision, I think this is a huge, well, this is the huge piece of it.
Yeah.
Is like, do you have a vision? Is your vision clear enough? Why are you working? What do you want? And I know that you are building Loop to be one of the biggest peptide education companies.
Yes.
Out there. And, and you know, whatever it's gonna be in the future. And when you have a big vision like that, You're not more focused on days off. No, you're just not.
And I don't sit here and go, when was my last day off?
Yeah.
You know, every once in a while I'm like, okay, don't get into burnout. So like, make sure that you do say, okay, where can I take a, a breather? But I do think when people ask, like, find something you're so passionate about. Maybe this goes to our whole thing of like, I'm obsessed. Like at the end of the day, like I am obsessed with my company. I'm obsessed with what you and I are doing. I'm, so it's like, I wasn't like, oh, I've gotta go do a podcast today. I'm like, oh my God, I get to do a podcast with Lori today. What a fun thing.
You get to drop in. Yep.
And just, and I think just switch gears of, and then ask yourself like, are you really happy? Like with what you're doing? Mm-hmm. Because like I pivoted at 50. Like you can pivot whenever, guys. And just like, you never know what is going to happen. And that's actually what gets me going on days that I'm like a little bit like in a funk or like, this is happening again. And then I'm just like, I don't know what's gonna happen. And like, yeah, if you told me this was my life a year ago, I'd like laugh. So it's like, you don't know.
Do you find like people, um, it's so funny. I feel like we're the exact same age, but I know that you're a little bit ahead of me. And the reason that I'm asking Hardly. Hardly. Well, I can't wait to look like you.
But anyway, whatever you are.
But, you know, I think especially for your— because you're even a little bit earlier than me in terms of the belief system of women at your age bracket. And I think we're pretty much the same. But like, you know, what are women in their 50s right now? Because you're now 51.
51.
And the women that you hang around in their 50s, Is your way of thinking of like, whoa, I can pivot and I'm just getting started? Do you see that a lot? And we're in Newport Beach.
Yeah.
So you would think that maybe you would see it, but what are you kind of seeing?
I do think they look at me and they're like, oh my God, how did you do that? I mean, I blew my life up. And before with my business, I mean, with my divorce, and I made lots of different choices. I think some people get very inspired by it. They're like, okay, wow. You've gotten, and I'm not even on the other side, but it, you know, you've gotten to a certain place for sure. So I do feel like I am seeing more women saying like, it's not over. What do I wanna do now? The kids are older, the kids are leaving the house. Like, I wanna do something. I'm smart. I'm feeling good about myself, or I want to feel good about myself cuz then I think I can do something.
Mm-hmm.
So I think it just kind of comes like, I think it starts with how you look and feel. I think when you look and feel like a has-been and you look and feel like a dope person, or I get a lot like, I've never, I mean, and I'm like, God bless you cuz I've always been someone who has kind of worried, had to worry about their weight. Like, it wasn't always natural.
Same, same.
I was like, if I look a certain way, it's because I work at it. Well, and I've met a lot of women who are like, I've just always been naturally thin and now I have this tire.
Yeah.
And that is like a feeling where I'm like, I don't know that feeling because I've— blessing or curse— I've, I've had to kind of work on it since I was probably in my 20s. And so I know that grit, I know that lever to pull, I know what it takes. No, when someone doesn't and it's things have just come naturally to them, and that is a—
And you have to learn that at 40 or 50?
Yes. Yeah, a big shift.
And I have—
I do have a fair amount of those. So like, I do feel like women are feeling like there's hope, but I think there's also— I encourage them like, you gotta dig deep. Like, do you want this? Because not everyone wants it. And it's— I'm not saying like I live a great balanced life, but I want something that's important to me. And so I value that in my day. And so do you. It's just like, and we talked about this. When was it? We were supposed to do something and you're like, it's okay, I'll skip my workout. I'm like, no. Remember? I'm like, no, we are not.
We were going to podcast.
Yes. I said, no one else is giving me your workout. We will finish. We'll figure it out because I know that that's important to you to be settled in who you are. And it's not like you're like, I'm going to be gone for 4 hours. It was like, I'm going to go do my hour workout. I'm not going to cancel it. So figure out what's important to you. And then you guys, to be hot at 50, for anyone, be hot at 45, whatever. You're not like, oh, they're a supermodel. They were born that way.
Yeah.
Anyone who is, is working really hard at it.
Like really, really hard.
And, and I, and I, I hate to say that, but they're getting the lasers. They're, you know, they're on peptides. They're probably done a little bit of plastic surgery. Like they are researching, they're taking their blood work, they're doing Prenova scans. Like they're invested in themselves. Yeah. And that is just the fact. And that it's not for everyone, but like, don't think that like if you see a 50-year-old walking around, you're like, oh my God, they look amazing. That they're like, oh, this was nat— nat—
Yeah.
I mean, I hate to say it. I wish I I could, but like, no, it's— and even a supermodel, those supermodels right now who are at that top level, like, yeah, do they have a lot of genetics working for them? But they're working their ass off to stay at that elite top level.
For sure.
I don't think anything comes— athletes, wherever, it's like you have a gift or you have maybe a little bit of genetics working for you. Mm-hmm. But for the most part, like, you've gotta get your head in it. I went through this this summer and it made me actually kind of think about you in the sense of So I'm off almost all my peptides. I'm on none of the ones, and I did not time this right, guys. It's like I'm off PPC, which is great for inflammation. I'm off KPV, which is really wonderful for inflammation, and I am off GHK-Cu. It's just my month off. I'm like, July feels forever, I think, because I'm off my favorite peptides.
Yeah.
And I'm traveling so much that I wish I had them for that piece of it. But what I've realized is there was still a part of me that goes, Because I felt inflamed on my trip and I'm a real— I have not felt inflamed in a really long time. Yeah. Like I feel inflamed. And I was like, oh gosh. Like I just felt, we, I think I messaged you. I was just feeling like gross. And I'm like, I need out of my body.
Yeah. You're like, I need to get home.
And I'm like, I don't know if it was like what it was. I, I mean, I know what it was, but I don't know if it was more mental than anything else. Mm-hmm. So I get home, I think within 3 days of being in my sauna and doing, it was just like, I mean, Yes, you trust your body. And I think like, I actually— it was good for me to go through that exercise because I'm like, I think a lot of it's just mental and I don't have some of the tools I'm used to. Second I got back into my routine, it was such a quick transition that I don't think I'll question it again. I think when you do have a foundation that is so metabolically sound, which you do, and that's, I think, the lifting weights, being in a routine, having your body go, I trust you enough because you've been doing this long enough and you haven't starved me.
Yeah.
That I know we're going to be fine. I said to my boyfriend, I'm like, I just kind of look at it as kind of a bulk. So in the sense of anyone who knows what bulking and cutting is, when you are changing your body composition. So in bulking, you end up eating more calories, you're lifting oftentimes heavier, or you're just kind of focused on consistency, but you're using those calories to be in a build stage.
Yes.
And then when you're ready to cut, you kind of bring them back. Now you bring your calories back still into a healthy range, so you're not starving yourself, but you're bringing them down. So all of a sudden your body's like, what is this? And then all of a sudden you're stripping away some of the fat and the inflammation, and this new muscle that you're able to build kind of shows. And I do think—
Done that.
Yeah, if you think about it that way, it works. I think it works for me actually, is to go where I am in a calorie surplus, I am resting more, I do lift and stuff, but it's just, it's a different time. When I come back, my body's kind of like, oh, Here we go. Thanks for all the nutrients. Thanks for all of this time. I'm now gonna actually put it to use. And I, I end up almost feeling like I'm leaner somehow. Mm-hmm. 2 weeks later. So I, I think it's just also like enjoying life and like just getting out of your own head about things.
Yeah.
Interesting.
You have to, on the cycle of fitness for sure, like you have to know that everything is cyclical. Even when you're at your peak, you're not gonna stay at your peak forever.
That's right.
Meaning like it's gotta go down throughout the month. Yes. For different reasons. Like it's going to cycle. through. Like, there's always 2 weeks out of the month where I'm like, oh my God, I feel my best. And then there's 2 weeks where, even though nobody else knows, because I still look the exact same to everyone else, I'm like, oh, a little bit of hormones, a little bit of whatever it is.
Body dysmorphia.
Body dysmorphia. Um, maybe I'm going out to eat more on the weekends or whatever it is. And then I kind of like assess where I'm at, and then I get back on. And it's— and not even on in like a big way, or your body fluctuates and the hormones change and whatever, and And I think as women, when we start to see great changes, we think that once we're there, we're like, well, now it has to stay here, or I'm unwell. And you're scared. And I'm like, oh my— because I've seen this with so many people, like so many people. And I'm like, you can't adopt that attitude. You always have to know, like, it's feeling your peak is cyclical.
Yes.
Like, you're never— you're going to feel your peak frequently.
Yes.
But you're not going to feel it all the time.
Which would not be normal.
No, it would not be normal. And you're always assessing, what do you need? Do you need more sleep? Do you need to cycle off of something? Do you need—
what do you need? And so much is mental, Lori. I also think I'm going to call women out. There's no way. I think every single woman has some sort of issue with their body. I don't think you're like, I've arrived, I'm here. And when I was on Instagram for the 24 hours, my post back was me like, I don't know if you saw me, that freedom video walking and Like twirling around and my partner took it like kind of, you know, just spontaneously.
Yeah.
And I remember feeling not great that day. Like we got off a plane and I was just like, ugh, I smell gross. Like in my bikini. Everyone knows that feeling. I just didn't feel good. You know, fast forward and the video goes up and I'm like, oh, I actually look great. But I remember that mentality that day. I'm like, that's so weird. I didn't feel good that day.
Yeah.
But it was all mental.
Like, totally.
I think there's so much of that when some of my advice too is when you're having that day, I don't— I'm not a big scale person anyway, but like, you are not. You're just staying away from it all. Like, just go and do what fills you up. Move your body, drink some water, get some sleep. And like, before you know it, it passes. It's just like when you're focusing on that. And I think it oftentimes too is like an idle mind's the devil's workshop. When you're so damn busy, like, like even now, I threw this coverup on and I ran out the door. I did not do 7 outfit changes. I don't have time. Right?
Exactly.
And were there ones that made me look better today? Maybe. But I was like, good enough. It's color. I like it. Let's move on.
Mm-hmm. Were there times when you're like, I'm so fixated.
Like, it's almost like you're like, what the fuck is wrong with me? Like, I'm fixating on everything.
Uh-huh. Yeah, I do think busy has been one of the keys to my happiness in life.
Yes.
And I, you know, some people are like, oh, people are so busy. And while it is good, and I do think that it's important to like have downtime, I do think that's important. I think we are so addicted to being busy. But I will say that being busy keeps you pretty happy. You don't If you have a great attitude about it, you know?
Yeah.
Because sometimes when I'm like, what do I do today? Or what's the purpose? Or what's the point? Like, you have to create your own projects. You have to create your own purpose. You have to create things to be a part of, a community to be a part of. That's why I'm so excited about what is all being created right now at Loop. Like, I'm very excited because I think it's so much purpose and community for people. And if you are finding, if you're in a place right now in your life where you're like, I don't know what the next thing is, like, or maybe you already have the thing, but you're not as excited about it and you want a side thing. Like, that's why this is really exciting.
You bet. So many people also get into peptides and then they want to coach. You know, you want to share or you want to be part of a community because you're like, I'm feeling so good. Not only you don't want to share, it's like half the time it's just your friends and family, right? Like you wouldn't put your parents on it. Well, you're like, I need to know a little bit more. Like that's what the coaching course came in. A lot of people are like, I just want to know enough that I can help my friends and family.
Totally.
And myself. And I was like, absolutely. That's kind of why you get into anything, at least the way I look at it. Just like, where is your passion? I think if you don't have passion, and maybe this comes to the I'm obsessed thing, passion and obsession, I like it. I tell my partner, I'm obsessed with you. I'm obsessed with my boyfriend and I love it. I'm like, I love that I'm obsessed with you. I hope I'm going to be obsessed with you my entire life.
I couldn't agree more.
And vice versa. Sometimes he annoys the hell out of me. Sure. But I'm obsessed with him and I'm obsessed with our kids and our life. And like the word we use for this podcast is cuz it's also when you say it, guys, like try to say like, think of something you like and then be like, I am so obsessed with this pasta dish. Or like, I'm right now I'm obsessed with Skims underpants. Thongs. Yeah. How are you wanting to say it? No, they're the best.
I literally was wearing one 2 days ago and I'm like, why do I not have more of these?
I mean, Kim Kardashian, like you nailed it.
Like nailed it.
I don't use all her stuff, but I was having an issue where like, you know, I'm buying the hanky-pankies. For $30. Everyone kinda knows this and they're cute, but like there's a one size fits all. Mm-hmm. And I love my children, but they're like, they're a little more curvier. They have 2 girls, teenagers, they're more curvy than me.
Yeah.
They come back into my closet and my, I put 'em on and they're like kind of falling off in areas. Like that's not sexy. Like saggy. Yeah.
You know, saggy underwear.
Yeah. And they're $30. And I'm like, and half the time the, you know, the, the lace shows somewhere and I'm like, mm-hmm. Simple, easy. I put 'em on, I got 'em all in gray. I know they're mine and they should go with everything. And I was like, why was I sleeping on this? I'd heard everyone talking about it. Like, you've gotta get their thong underwear. You gotta get it, you gotta get it. I finally got it and I'm like, now I get it.
Working out has been such a huge part of my identity and I work out 3 days a week. I have for years now, but creatine hasn't always been a part of my routine. But in the last year or so it has been because I know how much it does for my strength and recovery. But honestly, one of the things is all the studies that are coming out about your brain health, and I'm telling you, that keeps me so excited about it. along with what I know it's doing for me physically. And that's what got me into Momentous Signature Spec Creatine, is that I'm not just hoping for the best. I wanna make sure that I'm getting the best one out there. Creatine is one of the most researched and effective supplements out there right now, but most brands have spent most of their energy on flavors and marketing instead of actually making the creatine better. Momentous did the opposite, and Signature Spec is manufactured in pharmaceutical facilities using reverse osmosis water purification, and it's verified through a 6-stage testing process with 4 independent agencies. That means 10 times fewer impurities, 2 to 5 times tighter heavy metal limits, and it's screened for PFAS and microplastics. It's also an ultra-fine powder, so no grit, no clumping. It just mixes clean. And I put this in my protein shake every day, and I used to hate that gritty feeling, and it has none So that's the Momentous standard, the relentless pursuit of better. And knowing what I know now, especially as a woman who lifts and wants to actually get the full benefit of what I'm taking, this is the one that I love. If you want to try Momentous Signature Spec Creatine, head to livemomentous.com and use code EARN for up to 35% off your entire first order. That's livemomentous.com, promo code EARN for up to 35% off. livemomentous.com, promo code EARN. No, it's freaking amazing. Yeah, she really, really nailed it. And the thing is, they work with the best teams, obviously.
Yeah.
They're, you know, I had a friend, um, tell me something because sometimes I'm like, oh my God, they're so— when you have a brand and you have a company, it's like you kind of look at the big brands and compare yourself. And she was like, Lori, the Kardashians start at the finish line.
Yeah.
And I was like, great to know, because they attract top talent, obviously. And it's just like you get the Best stuff. And the props to them because they worked really hard to get there.
And it's good stuff. And you're never kind of like— not never, but you're a little bit like, it's good stuff.
Do you want to know what I'm obsessed with?
What?
Another Kardashian thing. I literally can't even believe it. It's life-changing. And I know we have a peptide for sleep, which I have not tried yet, but Lemme Sleep Gummies. This is not an ad.
Will you give me 2? So can I try tonight?
Oh my God, you can't take 2. You got to start with one.
Yeah. Okay, one.
You'll be like— you, if you're going to take them. It's so funny, we had, um, Nick and Melissa here last night and they're visiting for the mastermind because they help run the mastermind and everything. And, um, they came here last time and she's like, could I take a sleep gummy? And I'm like, yes, but you know you need to literally be at your hotel in 15 minutes. Like, number one, Nick was driving. I was like, you cannot drive. Yeah, because you— I do not know. I'm like, what is— what else is in here?
Okay.
It's supposedly like natural, but I am telling you, Like, I need an affiliate link. This is okay for what I'm about to say. I don't have an affiliate link, but you guys, it's crazy when you find those things, especially when it comes to sleep.
Like, I'm so jealous of people who, like, can get knocked out. Like, I made the mistake last night and I knew doing it, Lori.
Yeah.
So I got home. I was at the lake for 24 hours and I didn't bring any of my peptide supplements. I was like, quickly, 24 hours.
Right.
I was like throwing things in my bag, getting on the road. So I got home, I went and took a bath and I was like, oh, I'm gonna take, um, one of my supplements. Or one of my peptides. And I was like, oh, I should take glutathione. And I thought to myself, I do not know, is it good to take glutathione at 7:00 at night? No, do not take it. I could not go to sleep.
You were just like energized or what?
I remember roaring, but I am sure I was not in deep sleep. I am sure my HRV levels were off. I think it just stimulated me too much. But I said to myself as I was taking it, this is probably not a good idea.
I only did that once with GHK. You were like, don't take it at night just in case it stings for any reason.
Yeah.
And GHK goes, it's hit or miss for me. Like sometimes I'm like a week, great, it doesn't sting. And then one time you're like, oh my God, be like a bowling ball. Like on your— exactly. And I had one night that I was like, oh my God, just up like hitting the spot. Speaking of, I'm so excited cuz I've been off GHK for the, um, so you do 3 months on.
Yeah. So one month off together.
Yeah. Yep. So I, but that was my first cycle, so I haven't done a second cycle.
Oh, okay. Oh God, you're glowing already. You're gonna—
you're gonna love it. So in August I get to start. It's like right around the corner.
And I've gotta do a better job. So I might— I think I might have to take one of them and wait. So then I have a cycle where you're not off everything that's that. Because even GHK-CU is a great healing anti-inflammatory peptide. So like for me being off all the ones at the same time is just like not smart. I need to take my own advice.
Yeah. I get to start everything again in August. So there you go.
Yeah. Which sounds super fun.
I'm super excited. So, well, this has been so much fun.
I know. It made me miss you. I was like so excited coming here.
I know. Well, we have this permanently built in now, so It's the best thing ever.
And I'm getting to meet a lot of your community. They're scheduling coaching calls with me.
That makes me so happy.
And they love you, which is really fun. And it's fun because they're getting to know me now that we're doing so many. And there are a lot of them that said, oh, I've been like binging, I've been binging this Obsessed podcast. And then they come over to my podcast and they're like, well, then I binged all your stuff. So it was really cute. It's really fun to have our communities starting to like kind of interact more. Yours is obviously much bigger than mine, but it's been really fun getting To know your people.
While we're growing ours, which I'm so excited about. And the coolest part about that is I can't serve them in the way that you can serve them. And so I started in health and fitness, but if you don't stay in it like you are and you do so much of your education, your focus every single day is on this. And I am in this community as well to help people build. And so I love that we have our lanes and I'm like, oh no, you got to coach with Stephanie for that. She's gonna be able to do that for you. I'm gonna help you download your business. Yeah.
We can bring in and say, if you don't, if you can't coach with me one-on-one, either timewise or financial reasons, like we're gonna be doing some lives. You can jump on and like get a lot of what we coach on, kind of you and I going back and forth talking about it, and then as well as like asking questions on it. And I think being supportive.
So I think that's the best spot for everyone to go cuz you and I are gonna start doing regular lives. Yeah. Whether it's once or twice a month. Um, and they're starting really soon, so probably in the next couple weeks from when you're hearing this. So what I would love is you guys go down in the show notes and you can text the word LIVE to that, and I'll make sure you get the link.
Yeah.
Of when it's going to come out. So put it on your calendar. So just text the word LIVE and it's all in the show notes below. So all you have to do is just go scroll down and follow those directions below, um, so that we can make sure you're on. So even if you're just curious, even if you're just like, okay, I really wanna go deep on a couple things. Then you're gonna wanna be on those.
And we can give a 20% off code for my coaching course.
Mm-hmm.
To all the listeners.
Okay. That's great. Yeah. We'll throw that in there too.
Yeah.
And we'll link that up as well. Um, so we would love to chat with you guys, and until next time, we're obsessed with you.
I love it.
Bye everyone.
