Lori Harder made a viral TikTok that hit 100,000 views and generated more monthly revenue in weeks than her full-time job. She credits the success to staying in creative flow and taking messy action rather than waiting for perfect conditions or relying on traditional marketing.

The video reaches 100,000 views. Oh, God. It gets pushed to all these people I know at work because it's somehow synced to my contacts. And I'm like, oh, my God. Within a few weeks, it was bringing in more money every month than my day job was. Wow, what is going on here? My day job's taken 40, 50 hours a week. I'm going to take the bet on me. My business is like 90. Just me being in a flow state. 10% strategy. So you've never gone out for outreach, for PR, for any of that? For speaking gigs? You've never sent a email? No. Raise your hand if you've been in social media for over five years. Hold room, raise your hand. I'm like, mic, take messy action. Nothing needs to be perfect. Try. We can figure this stuff out when we're 80, or we can all just rewire what we don't like about ourselves.
