Honestly, I think when we're in our 20s and 30s, I'm just being so open and vulnerable. I think we dread getting older. I think we're so afraid of it. Despite what society says, despite what social media says, I want to be strong. I want to be doing things. I mean, I look at these centurions and I'm like, that's what I want. I think it's important to really have that vision now and not being like, oh, well, I'm 80, I can't do that. I'm actually in the same boat. I'm literally like, okay, if this is how I want to be when I'm 80, I'm still skiing and playing pickleball. Even more fashionable than I could even picture right now. In my head, I'm like, what would I need to start doing now in order to do that? It's actually been like a really empowering thought instead of a fearful thought.
