What people don't realize is when you're trying to go and do big goals or big things, some of the things they're going to say is going to make you question who you are. It's going to make you question your integrity. It's going to make you wonder how people are perceiving you. And in the moment, that can feel like death. Oh yeah. And I did this for so many years. I'm fine. I'm fine. Not anymore. So what I do is called transformational letter writing. I do transformational letter writing for every single person that hurts me. I write exactly how I feel about it using every single word that I want to use. I can't believe I can't believe you did this. I can't believe you. You're disrespectful. I just go off. I yell. I do my Krama yell. I'll throw an adult tantrum and just, you know, move my body, get it out. And I just give myself the apology that I need to hear. And then I'll let it go.
