A coaching-style excerpt describing how to mentally and emotionally 'match the frequency' of larger revenue goals by taking incremental steps—visualizing intermediate milestones (e.g., $500k vs $300k) to build belief and make the jump to $1M feel attainable. The speaker emphasizes repetition ("reps") of visualization and gradual shifts in perspective to raise one’s belief and vibration toward the target.

How do we take a goal of, I want to be a founder of this company that is making, let's just say, a million dollars a year. How do we start to learn how to match that frequency? Let's say we're starting at 300,000. Sometimes it's difficult to jump from 300 to a million. Like, that's a big jump. 300 to 500 is not as big of a jump, right? So incrementally shifting your perspectives, the way you think, the way you feel, feel. Even imagining opening up your bank account and seeing 500 instead of 3. 3 and 5 look pretty similar. So that's an easy thing to even close your eyes and imagine. And you can actually see it. And then you get more comfortable with that. So you have to put in the reps of seeing this come to life. And then once you see the 5, then we can switch up to 8. And then once we get from 8, then it's easier to get to a million. So incrementally shifting the vibration, the frequency, so it's not that big of a jump, because then you can believe it. It's really about harnessing the belief and the FAI and knowing that it's going to happen.
