The initiation that will open the door to your next level

There are reasons why we go through the things and there are reasons why some things don't come super fast. It's a protection so that we can be prepared and we can learn how to be the person who could handle that and have the teams to be able to handle the things that we're dreaming of. Hey, everyone, welcome back to the show. It's time for another quickie because there's always time to fit in inspiration. So. So, you guys, this is your superfast shot of inspiration. Thankfully, I have had some stuff on my mind that I can share with you that I'm really excited about reminding you about. And that is about whatever you are going through right now is your initiation into your next level. And when we think of it as an initiation instead of as a challenge, instead of as an obstacle, instead of as something that's trying to keep us out or something that we'll never have, an initiation is that thing that if you get through it, if you keep going, you are not only going to get the thing that you desire, but it is qualifying you for the thing that you desire. So maybe you're seeing a lot of challenges in your network right now. Maybe you don't have the people in your life that you want. Maybe you're seeing a lot of family challenges where you're not feeling supported. Maybe you're seeing that you have to get really, really good at expressing your thoughts, your ideas, your needs. Because if there's a place that you are feeling resentful around something or someone, let's be honest, it's always a someone, right? If you're feeling resentful around something that happened or someone, that probably means that you have to get really fierce with learning how to communicate and learning how to share exactly what you need, or learning how to put a boundary in place. So there's somewhere in your life where there is a challenge that is trying to get your attention and is trying to get you to be better at something. If we just change our words around it and our perception, everything changes. So if you notice in your life the places where you're saying, this is hard, or, I don't know how I'm going to do this, your language informs your brain, and it informs what you think is possible and it informs how you're going to react. So if there's a spot in your life or many spots where you are talking about how hard things are, how challenging things are, how you think, maybe this isn't for you, how you don't know how you're going to get something that place will eternally stay stuck in until you change the actual language and perception around how you're perceiving it and how you're viewing it. So a quick little shift for all of this is to catch yourself whenever you're thinking something is hard and just ask yourself, what would it be like if this went well? What would this be like if this was easy? What would this be like if this was elegant? What would this be like if this went smoothly? Or what would I be doing? And what would I be thinking if I made this fun? Would I need to invite some people in? Would I need to go to some masterminds? Would I need to make personal, you know, development a little more fun? Would I be putting a group together of entrepreneurs on Zoom and meeting with them once a week? What would this look like if I could make this a little more elegant and a little more fun?

So Right now, just even the thought of taking your challenges and saying, it's initiation season, I mean, it is like it is the draft, right? If you know about football, if your partner or you watches football, it's like this is what you go through training camp in order to go and see if you're ready. And without training camp, without the initiation, we don't get to have or be prepared for the things that are coming for you. Because let me tell you, I know that some of you really think that if you just woke up to a viral video that got you hundreds of thousands of followers or millions of followers, or you got all of these people in your funnel, you wouldn't even be ready for it emotionally or even team wise. Like, it would feel like the craziest, crushing disaster at first because you wouldn't know how to emotionally handle all of the eyeballs, all of the people, and all of the things that come with customer service into your programs or whatever that looks like. So when you're thinking of initiation season, it truly is the preparation. It's the preparation for when that blessing lands. When that blessing comes, you are prepared for it. You're prepared to handle it. There is a reason we do not get everything like that at once. And I have had some people in my life who have had things like that happen where overnight they wake up and they have 40,000 new people in their system, in their. You know, at the time it was Facebook and it was a really rough, challenging, hard time. There were some things that happened internally. There were things that happened with all of the people that onboarded and they didn't have the customer service or the people who could really take care of all of the comments that were coming in. And it really almost took this person's business down. And so not to be afraid of that, but to say there are reasons why we go through the things and there are reasons why some things don't come super fast. It's a protection so that we can be prepared and we can learn how to be the person who could handle that and have the teams to be able to handle the things that we're dreaming of. So, you guys, I just want you to know that you have so much power around what's coming into your life and how you perceive those challenges. Because the challenges are the greatest things.
