I'm numb. Like, I'm feeling numb. It's worrying because like the little things that excite me were just like not exciting me. If you're feeling bored in your life or like you're saying flat, I actually love that word flat. It's helped me describe the feeling. Depressed seems like an extreme word to me at least to describe it. Yeah, it doesn't feel that way. It feels just like meh, flat. Yesterday we went out and played. My boyfriend and all of our kids went on a boat all day. The fog had just kind of lifted. What happens is when you don't do those things that make you feel like yourself, you don't feel fully like yourself. And then you can start going, what is wrong with me? And a lot of times for me, I know there's so many different factors, but it's fun. I thought it was all these things, my hormones, my fuck, my sleep. It was just like getting outta my own way and going to have fun. I just realized that we have to play.
