This short excerpt from Lori Harder emphasizes recognizing when one’s personality and "self energy" is most active (e.g., on stage), and intentionally doing more of those activities to unlock flow, help others, and create larger ripple effects. Harder contrasts being 'in self' in different contexts (stage, teaching, radio booth) and urges identifying and amplifying those moments.

There are going to be clear places in our life where our personality comes through the most. And when we follow those, it's like so many other parts of your life will be in flow. You're going to unlock blessings beyond your wildest dreams. You're going to help people that you never thought you were going to help. Just a different version of me comes out. I'm like, oh, I like that girl. And that's when you're in self. For me, I'm in self when I'm on stage. And so that self energy is what's magnified when someone's listening to you on stage riffing with your girls. They're listening to you in self. That self that you're expressing is igniting self within them. They feel better in that moment. And then that has a bigger ripple effect than you stuck in an ISO booth and somebody else. It might be totally different, you know, like Howard Stern's just like in his booth, and that's where his self energy is explosive or somebody in self when they're teaching or whatever it is. But it's important to know when you're most in self and do more of that.
