I've been a personal trainer for 20 years, and if I had to start again, this is what I would do. Put myself out there, say yes to every opportunity, and come out with it with my hand up rather than my hand out. The other thing I would do is not pay attention to what other people are doing. What other people are doing most of the time is going on social media and big-noting themselves. The answers are in front of you. It's the clients that you see, it's the people that you help. Doubling down on that and staying focused on that, and then also inviting into you people who can help lift you up on your journey and get you to where you want to go faster. If you want my input in how to grow your business more rapidly and learn all the lessons that I have, comment the word below, checklist, and I'll send you my whole checklist of how to be a successful trainer and grow a successful personal training business.
