Wow. One more rep. One more rep. You're probably wondering how we got here, and we did it with just 3 very simple exercises. The first one is a trap bar deadlift, low handles, 4 seconds down, 6 to 8 reps. After you do those 6 to 8 reps, you rest exactly 45 seconds. Then we're moving to the incline barbell press. Again, 4 seconds on the way down, 1 second up. After you've completed 6 to 8 reps, you rest again, 45 seconds. Then you're going to move to a kettlebell swing. The kettlebell swing is a dynamic movement. Again, we're getting blood back to the lower body. We're doing 15 to 25 reps here, and we're moving with speed and intent. And as you can see, the result is Jazz is gasping for air. It's 45 seconds rest in between each movement, and you do 3 to 4 rounds. Give it a go and make sure you follow my page, Mark Ottobre, for more.
