females who want to be able to do chin-ups. If you don't have strong bicep brachialis, then it can be the limiting factor for someone to do a chin-up. So developing and doing specific arm work for females can actually be the thing that helps them break through the plateau. Because you got to remember, like, most females have itty-bitty arms in terms of wrist size. Average man is 3 times bigger than the average female. The limiting factor often is the forearm and the wrist. So it makes sense to do reverse grip work for a female, particularly if their goal is chin-up and they can't seem to get a chin-up, right? Because their grip strength isn't there. And that also will help with the scapular articulation. That's why I like reverse curls for everyone.
