Why can't I seem to lose weight even though I'm doing everything right? Often the problem is with the word everything and the word right. So there's the perception of that you're doing everything because you're probably not. In my experience, no one is doing everything. So right is obviously a very subjective term because the plan and most people, and no fault of anyone's, but the education of doing the right things, often you're not doing the right things. So when you're talking about you're not losing weight, it really is doing those things that are objective. The biggest thing is a problem well stated is a problem half solved. If you really do think you're doing everything right, is being super, super objective about what you're actually doing, writing it down, documenting it, looking at it objectively, and then presenting that as the map and then understanding where you need to go to.
