Do, Delegate or Dump

The thing you need to understand is time just is. Everyone on this planet has the same amount of time, and we can either do it, delegate it, or dump it. If you kind of put it through this framework of, am I going to do this task, am I going to delegate it, am I just going to completely dump it, you start to make decisions a lot easier. And there's a few vectors that you can analyze this at: what's personally important to me versus what's going to move the business forward versus what's going to make me the most amount of money versus what's the most fulfilling thing that I could do with my time versus what's the easiest thing that I could do with my time. These are all very different vectors which you can analyze, so you need to create a strategy and a constraint over what you're actually aiming at.
