From here up, and often people are like constantly there, they can't move properly. So we want to stretch it out. Band, hook it around, you're gonna grab your arm through. So it's almost like a tricep stretch except it's not. So what we're going to be doing is we're going to be separating our neck from our shoulder, and the way we do that is we go in a diagonal axis with our neck. And you've got to remember, your neck is like your thumb joint, right? So our shoulder does full circumduction, our neck moves like our thumb. So what we're gonna do is we're gonna separate. See, I'm like pulling my neck away and creating a space. Use your hands to— I'll put the timer on. You got 60 seconds. I'm just gonna adjust you from here. Separate. That's where we want to be. Now, do you feel it through here? Yeah. Now keep the abs on because we don't want to get into hyperextension when we do this stretch. Most people just stretch wrong. Just take it through the range of motion. You need to load the range of motion.
