A fat-burning circuit with box jumps, cyclist squats, walking lunges, and leg curls. The instructor clarifies that knees can travel over your toes, keeps chest up and shoulders back, and plantar-flexes feet during leg curls. Do all four exercises back-to-back, then rest 90-120 seconds before repeating.

Today the workout that we've got planned is we're going to start off with box jumps, we're going to go to cyclist squats, then from cyclist squats we're going to do walking lunges, and then into leg curls. So we've got Christine here, Christine's going to take us through.
So like we always do with this time, I go for mine, I get to shine, now throw your hands up in the sky. I go for mine, I get to shine, now throw your hands up in the sky. I'm gonna get on the TV, mama, I'mma, I'mma push it down.
Lats squared, you should be okay. Just wait, pause for one sec. Once you land, you want to put out a tiny bit. That's it. So the knee can travel over the toe nice and comfortably. All that bullshit about knee not over toe is just crap. You want your knee over the toe. Chest up, shoulder back. With leg curls, you want to make sure that your feet, uh, plantar flex— well, you can do it both ways, but the way we're doing it today is you want to make sure your feet are plantarflexed.
I'll show you what plantarflex means. Slow. Good.
All right, what the way that works is an A1, A2, A3, A4. Full format, basically there's no rest in between everything until you finish. Once you've finished it, you get around 90 to 2 minutes rest depending on what your fitness level's at. Christine, because being very fit, she only gets 90 seconds rest. So she's gonna get 90 seconds rest, then we're gonna do another round.
