How do you be more productive in a day? I set a challenge recently to one of my mentees and he got more work done in a week than he did in a month. And the way I framed it is you've been putting off these tasks for a while. If I was to put a gun to your head and say you have a week, find 3 new trainers, what actions would you do? He listed 10 actions that he would do that he wasn't doing. We got on the call a week later, he had found 3 new trainers. We make up timelines for ourselves that aren't necessarily true. And often when someone comes along and pushes us, we can achieve a lot more than we think we can. It is about prioritizing actions rather than it is about prioritizing time. If you want more time management tips, comment below results and I'll send you my whole entire course on business.
