Mark Ottobre shows how to do a lateral leaning dumbbell tricep extension by leaning sideways before lifting the weight overhead. Keep your shoulder still and move the dumbbell straight up to isolate the triceps and deepen the stretch.

This is a lateral leaning dumbbell tricep extension. So what you're going to do is you're going to lean laterally into it. So you want to be on quite the angle, then bringing the dumbbell up overhead. This is going to allow you just to get a much deeper stretch into that tricep, then all the way up. One thing to watch for when you do this is you're not doing that. You're coming up, you're stretching. That's why you're laterally leaning, and then you're coming up. Again, look at how I come up. I'm not coming up like that. There's no movement from the shoulder. I'm letting it stretch all the way, then coming straight up in that one line. So this is lateral leaning tricep extension.
