You need to show up for them, not for yourself. For me, one of the hard truths was if I want to grow my business, the death of the, the guy, you know, I'm the guy that you came for coaching, I'm the guy that was in the corner of the gold medalist, I'm the guy that was in the corner of the Olympian or the competitor, the death of that needs to occur and you actually need to let other people be the guy or the girl. And letting go of that and being happy, happier actually, not even happy, I'd say happier supporting others and realizing that's actually going to get your growth. Contributing rather than looking for significance of about you, what about others? And I think it's not necessarily like quote unquote a hard truth, but it is a reality. If you want to grow a team, if you want to grow people, you need to show up for them, not for yourself.
