I'm going to be demonstrating a single leg glute bridge. So we want to be on the floor, hands on the floor, you want to bridge up with one leg, I like to keep this leg perfectly straight. And if you can point the toe as well. So you're going to come down and bridge up. So it's 2, 3, do all the desired reps as well. If you feel it in your hamstrings, you might need to play with the foot position back and forth. Some people might even cramp on this. Cramping is usually either low sodium, potassium, your electrolyte balance, or it could just simply be coordination from the brain to the muscle. So if you are cramping, try and work through it, make sure you're hydrated, but this is your single leg glute bridge, a great warmup on leg day if you wanna get the hips firing.
