How to endure the first few months of personal training without having clients. Firstly, if you are enduring it, you're probably going to endure yourself right out of business because it's not something you necessarily endure. The reality is you need to learn. So you can be in it for 5 years doing the same thing, you're not going to have 5 years experience. You're going to have 1 year experience repeated 5 times. The first thing you need to acknowledge is that you need skills in which you don't have, and this is where mentors, courses are going to be your best friend. So most of your business, if not all of your business problems, are going solved by two things: either leveling up your mindset or leveling up your skill set. This is why I have the Wolfpack mentorship that I have, which has trainers all around the world that we're a part of, and their businesses double, quadruple, skyrocket because they're getting a system, they're getting my mistakes, they're getting all the things that I've done. And I know exactly what levers to pull, and it happens very fast because people come to me and like, I want to do X, and I'm like, you definitely shouldn't do X, you should do A, B, and C. So this is the point of getting mentorship from someone who's walked that path.
