The video is a multi‑speaker testimonial in which six employees (A‑F) recount their experiences working with Mark, the founder and leader of Enterprise Fitness. Early in their careers, Mark is described as a strict, suit‑wearing, “ruthless” boss who demanded perfection and could be harsh in his feedback. Over six years he has softened, becoming more expressive, caring, and attentive to every detail of his team’s lives. The speakers highlight his evolution from a “straight shooter” to a mentor who prioritises team chemistry, morale, and personal development. They share vivid anecdotes – from being roasted for a mistake that later shaped a trainer’s career, to Mark cracking an egg on a colleague’s head, to offering unsolicited advice on a bad day that changed a person’s outlook. The tone oscillates between informal banter (including crude jokes) and sincere gratitude, illustrating a workplace culture that blends humor with deep respect. Collectively, the participants credit Mark with transforming their professional paths, boosting confidence, and giving them a sense of purpose, ultimately portraying him as a world‑class, innovative leader who genuinely cares about his people.

What is working with Mark like?
Uh, how do I say this without getting sacked? When I first started, he was ruthless.
Very much a straight shooter. Like, he was very serious, very straight down the line. It was when he was in his suit stage.
Oh yes.
So he was talking a lot.
There was one specific mistake and yeah, he got me for it. Like, he roasted me for it, but like, I look at it in the long term and that's made me who I am today as a trainer.
I can see his own personal development in these 6 years.
I think he shows a lot more expression than what he might have done back then.
In all, he's just shown a little bit more understanding.
He's mellowed out a little bit, should we say.
Yeah, it's been a big change for Mark as well.
I can tell him that he's ugly and he still likes me and I've still got a job. So then I can call him small and he'll just tell me I'm a short little wog and, you know, we're still good friends.
So I think I said originally that I thought Mark was this really serious guy. He is not, just FYI.
Can you grab the black bar? Good at grabbing black bars.
You should hear some of the cues that are going on in the background.
Spread your ass cheeks.
Spread your ass cheeks.
If he could either finish his workout or I could crack an egg on his head. He opted for me to crack an egg on his head. Ah, yuck! He's a great person. He just wants the best for you.
I've never worked with someone, let alone had a boss, who is so attentive and pays attention to absolutely everything that is going on around him.
It happened in two instances that I had two, like, bad days. I was in a bad mood, and without me saying nothing, he just came to me, approached me, and he just gave me a few advices. Made my day, changed my day, and yeah, just advice for a lifetime.
He's very passionate, innovative. He really is a world-class leader. Very caring, surprisingly very caring.
Surprisingly?
Yeah, because when I first met him, like, he looked like the biggest asshole.
The way he prioritizes team chemistry and morale and ensuring that everyone loves what they do and loves rolling into work every day reflects so heavily on myself, and I believe everyone else here.
I can't believe I have to put up with this guy every day. To be fair, he has to put up with me. Did you get that?
I've learned so much in the year spending time with him, seminars, making content, just learning even about myself in a lot of aspects of sitting in on all these seminars and seeing how he communicates with people and really changing everyone else's lives in a really positive way.
And you hear it from everybody.
He's, um, he's played a big My first meeting with Mark, he made me cry. Part of the reason why I moved to Serbia is actually because of that one conversation with Mark. Like, every day I feel my heart is so full and that I'm living my life's purpose. So thank you, Mark, for changing my life.
And to have him as a mentor and to have him put the time and effort in to allow me to develop to the point I'm at today, I'll forever be grateful for.
And I couldn't ask for, couldn't ask for a better boss.
He's the man.
And one more thing, folks. Eat well, train hard, and supplement smart.
