Do you just show me how you do? All right, this is how you would normally do it. All right, so you're not really going to use that much glutes. Like, it's kind of, but not really. We really want to activate the glutes. The thing is, you're going to understand is your legs are very long, which means you're going to have to have a much wider stance than the average person. Where you are right now is a lot of quad, so I'm going to get you to go bump up right to the edge. Bump up right to the edge, right to where my foot is. Bump up, bump up, bump up. And we're also going to get you to be neutral with it as well, cuz that's going to get more. Yeah. So now I want you to really spread hard when you do it. You're going to slide down a little bit. I want this part of your back to push as hard as you can against that. Yeah, now go. Now I need you to spread harder. So spread your knees. There you go. Spread harder and push through your heels. Push through your heels. So here, back, here, back. As much force as you can onto your back and push this out. How's that feeling? Yeah, better. More goods? Yeah.
