This is a tricep pushdown. Extend at the end, all the way up. Keep the wrist cocked. So to get a little more out of this movement, if you bring your elbows back, you push down, and on the way up you let it go a little full. This just creates a little more tension through the tricep as you're doing it. Or you can just keep your elbows fixed in the same position the whole time. This is your tricep push down. Things you want to ensure is you're a little forward, lock at the end, make sure you lock your elbows at the end of the movement. This is tricep push down.
