I said to a client, I said, you know, how many times do you go to the toilet? She said, oh, about once, maybe twice. Yeah, once, twice a week. Whoa, wasn't expecting that answer, but that's the answer I got. And she was asking me to do a detox. God, no, we're not going to do a detox. We're going to get you moving. We're going to help you work on your diet, get you exercising, give you good nourishment, get you hydrated, get your sleep back in, get your exercising, because that'll help with your bowel movements. And then and only then, probably in a couple of months, then maybe we talk about a detox once we've got you healthy. We're not ready to do that. So fundamentally, you need, you need to get them to record that. It is, it is that important.
