Mark Ottobre shows how two-kettlebell swings hit your glutes harder than one. A wider stance engages them more. Key cues: thumbs forward, lift over the hips, drive through your glutes at the top.
Where'd you feel it? Bum. The reason why I'm getting you to do it with 2 is so you use more of your hips. When we do it with 1, you can kind of like get nice and narrow, but because I really want you to use your glutes here, by defaulting to getting nice and wide, you're going to use a lot more glute. Don't pick them up here, get over them and pick them up, right? So when you pick them up, I want your thumbs to be pointing towards— so when you swing in, you're here, then when you come out, you're there. Use your bum at the top. 15, good. 16, good. Where'd you feel it? Bum.
