3 ways personal trainers can use AI. Way 1 is to use ChatGPT as your thinking partner. So if you've got a list of things to do or dot points of things that you want to remember, feeding all those dot points into ChatGPT and then asking it to write you an article about that can be a really helpful way to summarize your thoughts and to produce content. Second way is using ChatGPT plugin, the paid version. You can use plugins like VideoIQ or vidIQ and then analyze things like your YouTube or other people's YouTube channels to find out what is trending and working for things like content ideas and just general information of what is happening in the world around you. And the third way, which I use quite a lot, is using ChatGPT to multipurpose your content. So for example, if you've written a 1,000-word article, asking ChatGPT to turn into an Instagram post, a YouTube post, an email can definitely fast-track your way to creating lots and lots of content in a much shorter period of time.
